Research and Suggestions on the Coordinated Management and Protection of Intellectual Property in China

From two aspects of intellectual property management, namely the subject and the object,this article discusses the development and im-provement of intellectual property system in China and the gap and problems existed compared with developed countries. Based on this, the issue ofhow to improve the coordinated management of intellectual property is studied and the relevant proposals are put forward.

Dynamic Coordinated Management Model of Programme in Large-Scale Construction Company

Large-scale construction companies develop rapidly when facing more and more opportunities and challenges of programme contracting. However, project management technology, not meeting the requirements of firm growth, still stands proud, while relevant programme management methods have not been well studied. Therefore, this paper commences innovative application of coordinated management theory to programme management according to the need of changing the existing management mode in large-scale construction companies,then puts forward the dynamic coordinated management model composed of the dynamic coordination of function module, interface module, support module and evaluation module. Besides, coordination degree was introduced to make auxiliary analysis, so that companies can utilize internal and external resources more effectively to realize the goals of programme management as well as enterprise strategy.

The Routine and Emergency Coordinated Management of Public Security

The paper presents a study based on the observation of public security programme situations.Nowadays, public security management is faced with challenges such as the increase in non-traditional safety threats, high occurrence probability, obvious complex chain reactions, high security demand, vulnerable bearing systems and world-wide influences. For the new adapted requirements of public security management, this paper puts forward the concept of the coordinated routine and emergency management, which combines the routine management at normal status and the emergency management at the abnormal status based on the whole process of public security management. This paper analyzes the coordinated management system and establishes the decision-making objectives, decision-making model and constraints. In addition, this paper proposes the basic strategy of achieving the coordinated management of public security.

Organizational Leadership in a Postmodern World： Practical Implications for Contemporary Religious Leaders

We live in an increasingly postmodern society. American Christianity, however, is imbued in a modem---even pre-modern--paradigm. As a result, many contemporary religious leaders find it difficult to communicate with their postmodern constituents, as evidenced by declining attendance rates and religious affiliation. The present study explores this dilemma by offering potential implications for contemporary religious leaders to communicate more effectively with emerging/emergent generation（s）. The author begins this exploration, first, by outlining the philosophical tenants of postmodemism： its epistemological, ontological, and axiological assumptions. Second, the author delineates several key characteristics of postmodern religious communication. Next, the author offers three practical implications for organizational leaders： （1） increased use of personal narrative, （2） removal of hierarchal boundary structures, and （3） increased awareness and appreciation for divergent perspectives. The author concludes this study with directions for future research.

The study of IT development on the international trade in China

International Trade refers to the exchange activities of goods and services among the different countries （and / or regions）. International trade is the international transfer of goods and services. International trade is also called the globe trade. International trade is composed of Import Trade and Export Trade, so it is sometimes also called as import and export trade. Specifically speaking, the management trade refers to the administration and interventions to the foreign trade activities by considering the country＇s macro-economic interests and foreign policy needs. For the international economic organizations, it is the coordinated management of the international economy.

A Novel Analysis of Delay and Power Consumption for Polling Schemes in the IoT

In the Internet of Things（IoT）, various battery-powered wireless devices are connected to collect and exchange data, and typical traffic is periodic and heterogeneous. Polling with power management is a very promising technique that can be used for communication among these devices in the IoT. In this paper, we propose a novel and scalable model to study the delay and the power consumption performance for polling schemes with power management under heterogeneous settings（particularly the heterogeneous sleeping interval）. In our model,by introducing the concept of virtual polling interval, we successfully convert the considered energy-efficient polling scheme into an equivalent purely-limited vacation system. Thus, we can easily evaluate the mean and variance of the delay and the power consumption by applying existing queueing formulae, without developing a new theoretical model as required in previous works. Extensive simulations show that our analytical results are very accurate for both homogeneous and heterogeneous settings.
