A Zinc(Ⅱ) Coordination Framework Based on Terpyridine and 5-Nitroisophthalic Acid Mixed Ligands: Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Fluorescence Property

A new coordination framework, {[Zn（L1）（5-nipc）]·H2O}n（1, L1 = 4ˊ-（4-pyridyl）-4,2ˊ：6ˊ,4ˊˊ-terpyridine, 5-nipc = 5-nitroisophthalic acid）, has been prepared under hydrothermal conditions, and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses, IR and powder X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 29.983（9）, b = 13.709（3）, c = 14.391（3）A, β = 114.93（4）°, V = 5364（2） A3, Dc = 1.493 g/cm^3, C28H19N5O7 Zn, Mr = 602.85, F（000） = 2464, μ（Mo Kα） = 0.972 mm^-1, Z = 8, R = 0.0935 and w R = 0.1509 for 4724 observed reflections（I 〉 2σ（I））. The structure of 1 exhibits a three-dimensional（3D） network with a layer-pillar structure. The fluorescence property of 1 is also investigated.

Synthesis, Structure and Luminescent Property of a 2D Cd(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer Based on Mixed-ligands of 1,3-Bis(imidazol)propane and Pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic Acid

A new Cd（Ⅱ） coordination polymer, namely, [Cd（1,3-bip）（3,5-pdc）]n （1,3-bip = 1,3-bis（imidazol）propane and 3,5-pdc = pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid） has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Compound 1 was characterized by infrared spectrum, elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction （PXRD） and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 1.40178（7）, b = 1.72502（12）, c = 1.41635（6） ran, β = 92.653（4）°, V = 3.4212（3） nm3, Z = 4, C16HIsCdNsO4, Mr = 453.73, Dc = 1.762 g/cm3, F（000） = 1808,μ = 1.310 mm1, R = 0.0899 and wR = 0.1945. In compound 1, each 3,5-pdc ligand links three Cd（lI） ions and each Cd（Ⅱ） attaches to bip ligands to form a complicated 2D double-layer structure. In addition, the thermal stability and luminescent property of 1 have been studied in the solid state at room temperature.

Hydrothermal Synthesis, Crystal Structure, Magnetic Properties and Network Topology of a Novel Binuclear Co(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer_∞~1[Co_2(4,4'-bpy)_2(L)_4](bpy = Bipyridine, HL = 2-Fluorbenzoic Acid)

One novel binuclear Co（Ⅱ） coordination polymer ∞ [Co2（4,4＇-bpy）2（L）4] （1, bpy = bipyridine, HL = 2-fluorbenzoic acid） has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.163（2）, b = 21.943（4）, c = 9.6381（19） A, β = 113.92（3）°, V= 2158.2（7） A3, Z= 4, Dc = 1.518 g/cm^3, Mr = 493.31, F（000） =1004, R = 0.0303 and wR = 0.0808 for 3614 observed reflections （I〉 2σ（I））. Complex I exhibits a 3D Schlafli symbol （4.62）（4.66.83） topological framework, and the magnetic characterization shows weak antiferromagnetic coupling exchange between two Co ions.

Synthesis, crystal structures and fluorescence properties of four mixed-ligands Zn(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) coordination compounds

Four new coordination compounds, [Zn(dba)(bpy)]n (1), {[Zn(dba)(phen)]·2H2O}n (2), [Cd(dba)(bpy)(H2O)2] (3) and [Cd2(dba)2(phen)2]n (4) (H2dba = 2,5-dihydroxy-p-benzenediacetic acid, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) have been prepared via solvothermal method and characterized by sin-gle-crystal X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and powder X-ray diffraction. 1 and 2 possess 1D infinite chain structures. Complex 3 exhibits a mononuclear structure. Complex 4 owns binuclear symmetry units, which were bridged via the dba ligands forming a 2D framework. The fluorescence properties of 1―4 have been studied.

A Luminescent Cd(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer Constructed from Isophthalic Acid and 1,3-Bis-(4-pyridyl)propane

A new coordination complex [Cd2（ip）2（bpp）]n （1, H2ip = isophthalic acid, bpp = 1,3-bis-（4-pyridyl） propane） has been synthesized and structurally characterized. Crystal data for the title complex are as follows： triclinic system, space group Pi with a = 9.6724（6）, b = 10.2243（6）, c = 14.8205（9） A, a = 88.927（5）, β = 71.664（6）, ）, = 75.767（5）°, F= 1345.79（14） A3, Mr = 751.29, Z= 2, F（000） = 740, Dc = 1.854 g/cm^3,μ（MoKa） = 1.636 mm^-1, R = 0.0259 and wR = 0.0623 for 4754 observed reflections with I 〉 20（0. X-ray structure analysis reveals that complex 1 holds a 3D architecture based on a-Po primitive cubic units with the [Cd4（COO）8] units treated as 6-connected nodes. Solid-state properties for 1, such as infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses, thermal stability and luminescent property, have also been investigated.

3,5-二(吡啶-4-甲氧基)苯甲酸和芳香二羧酸配体构建的具有3,4-连接四重和三重穿插的d^(10)金属配位聚合物（英文）

以3,5-二(吡啶-4-甲氧基)苯甲酸(HL)与芳香二羧酸为配体,在水热条件下与Zn(Ⅱ)或Cd(Ⅱ)盐反应得到4个具有3,4-连接多重穿插结构的配位聚合物:[Zn_2L_2(tdc)]_n(1),{[Zn_4L_4(Hhdc)_2]·H_2O}n(2),{[Zn_2L_2(Hhdc)]·H_2O}n(3),{[Cd_2L_2(bdtc)(H_2O)]·0.5H_2O}n(4)(H_2tdc=2,5-噻吩二甲酸,H_3hdc=5-羟基间苯二甲酸,H_2bdtc=1,4-苯二硫乙酸)。晶体结构分析表明,聚合物1~3具有3,4-连接四重穿插的三维网络结构,拓扑符号分别为(4.82)(4.85)(1)、(63)(65.8)(2)和(63)(65.8)(3)。4为3,4-连接三重穿插的二维平面结构,拓扑符号为(6~3)(6~6)。测定了配位聚合物1、3和4的热稳定性和荧光性质。

超分子配位化合物及其晶态聚集体的合成、结构与功能

超分子配位化学是当今化学学科的前沿研究中最为中心和发展最迅猛的分支之一.其中晶体工程,尤其是金属一有机框架材料的合成、结构和功能,正引起国内外越来越多的化学工作者的关注和参与.本文结合本课题组的研究成果,简要总结了超分子配位晶态聚集体的自组装合成、结构和功能方面的若干规律.主要介绍了原位反应与模板合成,调控构筑基元的尺寸、形状、连接性、相互弱作用等结构策略,以及发光金属一有机框架材料的热致变色、化学传感等功能,并简要阐述了构效关系,为今后进一步研究开发光功能金属一有机框架材料提供参考.
