Both compounds were catalytically active and stable for the epoxidation of cyclooctene, 1-octene, and styrene with tert-butyl hydroperoxide (t-BuOOH) as oxidant. The excellent catalytic performance was attributed to the presence of stable coordination bonds between the molybdenum oxide and copper complex, which resulted in the formation of easily accessible Mo species with high electropositivity. In addition, the copper complex also acted as an active site for the activation of t-BuOOH, thus im- proving these copper complex-modified polyoxometalates.展开更多

Methods Diabetic mouse model was established by intraperitioneal injection of alloxan. Low, middle, and high doses of Cu2(Thr)4 at 0.002%, 0.02% and 0.1% were given respectively to diabetic mice following lavage. The fasting blood glucose was determined after the diabetic mice were given Cu2 (Thr)4 for 0, 30, and 45 d. The diabetic mice were killed on the 45th day. Then glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and blood lipids were assayed, and pathologic changes in hearts and kidneys stained with HE were observed. Results Compared with the control group in which the diabetic mice were given distilled water, the value of blood glucose reduced significantly in middle dose group (P 〈 0.01 ), followed by that in low dose group (P 〈 0.05). TC level reduced markedly and HDL level increased significantly in all three treatment groups (P 〈 0.05). Especially in middle dose group, cardiac muscle fibers were neatly arranged, nucleus and cytoplasm well distributed, glomeruli showing normal structure, cells well distributed and staining being normal. Conclusion Cu2 (Thr)4 reduces blood glucose, regulates blood lipids, and play protective action on the vessels of hearts and kidneys in diabetic mice. The effects of it in middle dose were better than those of other doses.展开更多

CPE was conducted in a pH 8. 0 medium at 40 ℃ for 10 rain. After the separation of the phases by contrifugafion, the surfactant-rieh phase was diluted with 1 mL of a methanol solution of 0. 1 mol/L HNO3. Then 20μL of the diluted surfactant-rieh phase was injected into the graphite furnace for atomization in the absence of any matrix modifier. Various experimental conditions that affect the extraction and atomization processes were optimized. A detection limit of 5 ng/L was obtained after preconeentration. The linear dynamic range of the copper mass concentration was found to be 0-2.0 ng/mL, and the relative standard deviation was found to be less than 3. 1% for a sample containing 1.0 ng/mL Cu ( Ⅱ ). This developed method was successfully applied to the determination of uhratraee amounts of Cu in drinking water, tap water, and seawater samples.展开更多

The sample obtained was characterized by using X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron micrescopy(TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermo-gravimetric analyses (TG), and element analysis. In addition, the catalytic activity of CuRes nanoparticles on the thermal decomposition of nitrocellulose-nitroglycerine(NC-NG) was also determined via DSC. The results show that the spherical nanoparticles with a diameter of 20 nm were obtained in ethanol solution. The peak temperature of the thermal decomposition of NC-NG-CuRes decreases by 3℃ compared with that of normal CuRes, and the decomposition enthalpy is increased by 735 J/g, and therefore, it is reasonable to assume that CuRes nanoparticles have a better catalytic activity.展开更多

文摘The catalytic epoxidation of olefin was investigated on two copper complex-modified molybdenum oxides with a 3D supramolecular structure, [Cu(bipy)]4[Mo15O47].2H2O (1) and [Cu1(bix)][(Cu1bix) (δ-MoVl8O26)0.5] (2) (bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine, bix = 1,4-bis(imidazole-1-ylmethyl)benzene). In addition, the copper complex also acted as an active site for the activation of t-BuOOH, thus im- proving these copper complex-modified polyoxometalates.

文摘A novel compound Cu(phen)(m-CBA)2 was synthesized with m-chlorobenzoic acid(m-CBA), 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) and Cu(OAc)2·H2O. It was characterized by IR, UV, elemental analyses and X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with C2/c space group, a=2.9699(4) nm, b=1.15452(2) nm, c=1.5335(2) nm, β=111.118(2)°, V=4.905 1(1) nm3, Z=8, F(000)=2 328, R1=0.072 8, wR2=0.223 4 [I2σ(I)]. Structure analysis shows that the copper center coordinates with two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, two oxygen atoms from two m-chlorobenzoic acid molecules, giving a distorted squared planar coordination geometry. This novel compound shows paramagnetic interactions between copper centers.
文摘Aim To study the effects of binuclear copper (Ⅱ) threonine complex (Cu2 (Thr)4) as analogue of superoxide dismutase (SOD) on blood glucose, blood lipids and vessels of hearts and kidneys in diabetic mice. The effects of it in middle dose were better than those of other doses.

文摘A novel approach was developed for the determination of ultratrace amounts of copper in water samples by using electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS) after cloud point extraction ( CPE ). 1-( 2-Pyridylazo ) -2- naphthol was used as the chelating reagent and Triton X-114 as the mieellar-forming surfactant. This developed method was successfully applied to the determination of uhratraee amounts of Cu in drinking water, tap water, and seawater samples.

文摘Copper( Ⅱ ) resercyiic acid(CuRes) nanoparticles were synthesized by using reactive precipitation method with resorcylic acid and blue copperas as the raw material in a rotating packed bed. The peak temperature of the thermal decomposition of NC-NG-CuRes decreases by 3℃ compared with that of normal CuRes, and the decomposition enthalpy is increased by 735 J/g, and therefore, it is reasonable to assume that CuRes nanoparticles have a better catalytic activity.
