They are all isomorphous and triclinic, space group of P1, with Z=1. The lattice parameters of compound 1 is: a=0.63483(2) nm, b=0.74972(3) nm, c=0.78390(1) nm, α=75.912(2)°, β=78.634(2)° and γ=86.845(2)°; compound 2: a=0.78707(6) nm, b=0.79823(6) nm, c=1.23246(9) nm, α=74.813(2)°, β=73.048(2)° and γ=88.036(2)°. The copper atom is located on a crystallographic inversion center and zinc atom lies across centers of symmetry. The Cu(II) ion has a square-planar geometry while Zn(II) has a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The thermal gravity (TG) data indicate that no structural transitions in the two compounds were abserved and the decomposition products can adsorb gas. The title compound belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a -- 9.435(5), b = 12.241(6), c = 13.666(6) A, β = 94.396(8)°, V= 1565.5(13) A3, Z= 2, C34H30Cu2N4Os, Mr = 749.70, Dc = 1.590 g/cm3,/l = 1.419 mm-1 and F(000) = 768. The title metal-organic coordination polymer exhibits the first two-fold interpenetrated pcu topological structure assembled by two types of dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) dusters and a flexible bis(imidazole)-based ligand. In addition, the fluorescence and catalytic performances of the complex for the degradation of Congo red azo dye in Fenton-like process were presented.展开更多
Developing chemotherapy drugs with high efficacy and few side effects has been a bottleneck problem that requires an efficient solution.The active cancer treatment ingredient disulfiram(DSF),inspired by the copper(II)...Developing chemotherapy drugs with high efficacy and few side effects has been a bottleneck problem that requires an efficient solution.The active cancer treatment ingredient disulfiram(DSF),inspired by the copper(II)diethyldithiocarbamate complex(CuET),can be used in a one-pot synthesis method to construct a CuET delivery nanosystem(CuET-ZIFCu@HA).Due to the high biocompatibility,targeting of CD44 overexpressed cancer cells,and acid response of zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)materials of hyaluronic acid(HA),we realized that CuET-ZIFCu@HA could become an effective and highly selective cancer treatment.Both in vivo and in vitro experiments have demonstrated that CuET-ZIFCu@HA has robust anti-tumor properties without evident side effects.This research provided a promising strategy for DSF nanosystems that involves simple preparation and high efficacy,both of which are key to reusing DSF in cancer treatment.展开更多
