Database systems have consistently been prime targets for cyber-attacks and threats due to the critical nature of the data they store.Despite the increasing reliance on database management systems,this field continues...Database systems have consistently been prime targets for cyber-attacks and threats due to the critical nature of the data they store.Despite the increasing reliance on database management systems,this field continues to face numerous cyber-attacks.Database management systems serve as the foundation of any information system or application.Any cyber-attack can result in significant damage to the database system and loss of sensitive data.Consequently,cyber risk classifications and assessments play a crucial role in risk management and establish an essential framework for identifying and responding to cyber threats.Risk assessment aids in understanding the impact of cyber threats and developing appropriate security controls to mitigate risks.The primary objective of this study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of cyber risks in database management systems,including classifying threats,vulnerabilities,impacts,and countermeasures.This classification helps to identify suitable security controls to mitigate cyber risks for each type of threat.Additionally,this research aims to explore technical countermeasures to protect database systems from cyber threats.This study employs the content analysis method to collect,analyze,and classify data in terms of types of threats,vulnerabilities,and countermeasures.The results indicate that SQL injection attacks and Denial of Service(DoS)attacks were the most prevalent technical threats in database systems,each accounting for 9%of incidents.Vulnerable audit trails,intrusion attempts,and ransomware attacks were classified as the second level of technical threats in database systems,comprising 7%and 5%of incidents,respectively.Furthermore,the findings reveal that insider threats were the most common non-technical threats in database systems,accounting for 5%of incidents.Moreover,the results indicate that weak authentication,unpatched databases,weak audit trails,and multiple usage of an account were the most common technical vulnerabilities in database systems,each accounting for 9%of vulnerabilities.Additionally,software bugs,insecure coding practices,weak security controls,insecure networks,password misuse,weak encryption practices,and weak data masking were classified as the second level of security vulnerabilities in database systems,each accounting for 4%of vulnerabilities.The findings from this work can assist organizations in understanding the types of cyber threats and developing robust strategies against cyber-attacks.展开更多

Conducting a third-party assessment on targeted poverty alleviation can effectively avoid the disadvantage that local government plays as both athlete(i.e.performer of poverty alleviation work)and referee(i.e.referee ...Conducting a third-party assessment on targeted poverty alleviation can effectively avoid the disadvantage that local government plays as both athlete(i.e.performer of poverty alleviation work)and referee(i.e.referee for poverty alleviation effect)in poverty alleviation to ensure the truth of poverty alleviation,and therefore,it is an important part of the work to win the battle against poverty.Since 2016,the thirdparty assessment teams from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation have achieved good results and performance in the assessment on both the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation work and the exit of poor counties in China,and they have made due contributions to the cause of poverty alleviation.However,as a new thing,third-party assessment obviously has some problems,mainly including the following:subjective understanding on the long-term nature of rural poverty alleviation is insufficient,and there is a lack of long-term considerations and related mechanism for third-party assessment;affected by policies and institutions,most of the existing third-party assessment teams from colleges and universities have not regarded third-party assessment of targeted poverty alleviation as a cause,and they lack the motivation to actively study the assessment business;and the third-party assessment staff from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation have low stability and high mobility,not conducive to the long-term construction of assessment teams.In order to establish long-term poverty alleviation and prevention mechanisms,these issues must be addressed squarely and relevant countermeasures need to be taken actively to effectively build a long-term mechanism for building third-party assessment teams from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation.展开更多

The result showed that Taohua Mountain was unique in scenery, rich in rural tourism resources and broad in market prospect. However, the tourism products were monotonous, lack of characteristics and depth; the ecological environment was weak; the tourism staff was with low quality; some parts of the area were in poor sanitary condition, restrained by season and periodicity. Meanwhile, there existed some opportunities and challenges in this park. The opportunities mainly contained policy opportunity and transference of tourists’ preference. The challenges primarily included challenges from urban tourism spots of Ya’an City and surrounding cities, and threats of sustainable use of tourism resources resulting from blind exploitation of fruit production area. And the corresponding development countermeasures were put forward, that is, to develop diversified tourism programs, to allocate mountainous resources according to local conditions, to train the local tourism staff, to dredge the area with poor sanitation, to diversify business with other industries supporting the development of tourism agriculture.展开更多

However, whether it also has a good effect on anti-liquefaction or not needs to be urgently answered for earthquake engineering. Quiet boundary is adopted on the lateral face while free field boundary is employed at the bottom. Byrne model on dynamic pore water pressure generation is accepted and natural seismic wave EI Centro whose peak acceleration is adjusted to 0.2 g in proportion is used for input. A double-layer foundation with sandy soil in the upper portion while clay soil in the lower part is chosen as the calculation model, which is 30 m in length and 20 m in width. The groundwater level is on the ground surface. Excess pore water pressure rate is considered as a liquefaction index in the three-dimensional non-linear earthquake response computation. The anti-liquefaction effectiveness and its influencing factors, such as confinement element area are studied. For the natural double-layer foundation, it is liquefied when the excess pore water pressure rate reaches 1.0 under the seismic load. Under the same earthquake load, the peak excess pore water pressure reduces to 0.56 after adopting reinforcement of the continuous soil-cement wall, which is 46% lower than before. It indicates that continuous soil-cement wall confinement method can attain the purpose of anti-liquefaction. Accordingly, it can be a sort of engineering measure to carry on the anti-liquefaction foundation treatment.展开更多

文摘Conducting a third-party assessment on targeted poverty alleviation can effectively avoid the disadvantage that local government plays as both athlete(i.e.performer of poverty alleviation work)and referee(i.e.referee for poverty alleviation effect)in poverty alleviation to ensure the truth of poverty alleviation,and therefore,it is an important part of the work to win the battle against poverty.Since 2016,the thirdparty assessment teams from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation have achieved good results and performance in the assessment on both the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation work and the exit of poor counties in China,and they have made due contributions to the cause of poverty alleviation.However,as a new thing,third-party assessment obviously has some problems,mainly including the following:subjective understanding on the long-term nature of rural poverty alleviation is insufficient,and there is a lack of long-term considerations and related mechanism for third-party assessment;affected by policies and institutions,most of the existing third-party assessment teams from colleges and universities have not regarded third-party assessment of targeted poverty alleviation as a cause,and they lack the motivation to actively study the assessment business;and the third-party assessment staff from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation have low stability and high mobility,not conducive to the long-term construction of assessment teams.In order to establish long-term poverty alleviation and prevention mechanisms,these issues must be addressed squarely and relevant countermeasures need to be taken actively to effectively build a long-term mechanism for building third-party assessment teams from colleges and universities for targeted poverty alleviation.

文摘According to the current situation and development planning of water resources in Jiangjin District of Three Gorge Reservoir Area at the upper reaches of Yangtze River,by combining with social needs,through the survey on pollution source and analysis of water quality,based on the Report of Water Function Division of Jiangjin District(2005) ,the adjustment and revision have been conducted on water function divisions,and corresponding protection targets and countermeasures for water resources have been proposed,so that the water function division can comply with the development situation of Jiangjin District,providing a reliable reference for the protection and reasonable utilization of water resources,enhancing the unified and effective supervision of water resources,promoting the sustainable use of water resources in Jiangjin District,and ensuring the sustainable development of regional society and environment.
文摘By using SWOT Analysis, the internal strengths and weakness, and the external opportunities and challenges of Taohua Mountain Ecotourism Agricultural Park were discussed. The result showed that Taohua Mountain was unique in scenery, rich in rural tourism resources and broad in market prospect. However, the tourism products were monotonous, lack of characteristics and depth; the ecological environment was weak; the tourism staff was with low quality; some parts of the area were in poor sanitary condition, restrained by season and periodicity. Meanwhile, there existed some opportunities and challenges in this park. The opportunities mainly contained policy opportunity and transference of tourists’ preference. The challenges primarily included challenges from urban tourism spots of Ya’an City and surrounding cities, and threats of sustainable use of tourism resources resulting from blind exploitation of fruit production area. And the corresponding development countermeasures were put forward, that is, to develop diversified tourism programs, to allocate mountainous resources according to local conditions, to train the local tourism staff, to dredge the area with poor sanitation, to diversify business with other industries supporting the development of tourism agriculture.

文摘[Objectives]To explore pathways and countermeasures for transforming farmers livelihoods in the way of reducing their dependence on land while promoting sustainable development and alleviating ecological degradation.[Methods]A combination of field research,literature review,and policy analysis was employed to identify key factors affecting farmers livelihoods and potential strategies for transformation.[Results]The study found that developing ecological agriculture and modern agriculture,promoting agricultural transformation and upgrading,cultivating alternative industries,strengthening ecological engineering construction,and establishing diversified ecological compensation methods and supporting policies are effective strategies for transforming farmers livelihoods.[Conclusions]Implementing these strategies can help alleviate the contradiction between ecological protection and farmers livelihood development,promoting coordinated development of both.This approach not only benefits farmers but also contributes to sustainable environmental management and biodiversity conservation.

文摘Feixi County has made significant progress in promoting waste classification,such as establishing a comprehensive classification system,and effectively reducing environmental pollution and waste volume.However,with the increase in waste generation,the county faces multiple challenges especially in the disposal of kitchen waste and improvement of residents environmental awareness.To address these issues,Feixi County has implemented various measures,such as strengthening the construction of infrastructure for waste classification,improving regulations and clearly defining responsibilities,enhancing residents environmental awareness to encourage their participation in waste classification through education and promotion,and increasing supervision to ensure effective implementation of the work.It emphasizes community governance,encourage all parties to participate in it,and strengthen publicity,education and training to enhance residents participation.Feixi County has achieved positive results,but efforts are needed to further improve facilities,raise awareness,enhance supervision,and ensure the continuous effectiveness of waste classification work to promote urban green sustainable development.

文摘Continuous soil-cement wall confinement method to resist liquefaction is a new kind of process. However, whether it also has a good effect on anti-liquefaction or not needs to be urgently answered for earthquake engineering. Quiet boundary is adopted on the lateral face while free field boundary is employed at the bottom. Byrne model on dynamic pore water pressure generation is accepted and natural seismic wave EI Centro whose peak acceleration is adjusted to 0.2 g in proportion is used for input. A double-layer foundation with sandy soil in the upper portion while clay soil in the lower part is chosen as the calculation model, which is 30 m in length and 20 m in width. The groundwater level is on the ground surface. Excess pore water pressure rate is considered as a liquefaction index in the three-dimensional non-linear earthquake response computation. The anti-liquefaction effectiveness and its influencing factors, such as confinement element area are studied. For the natural double-layer foundation, it is liquefied when the excess pore water pressure rate reaches 1.0 under the seismic load. Under the same earthquake load, the peak excess pore water pressure reduces to 0.56 after adopting reinforcement of the continuous soil-cement wall, which is 46% lower than before. It indicates that continuous soil-cement wall confinement method can attain the purpose of anti-liquefaction. Accordingly, it can be a sort of engineering measure to carry on the anti-liquefaction foundation treatment.

文摘In this paper,we proposed a new design scheme of real time electronic countermeasure simulation system.This paper mainly expounds the modeling and realization methods of each part of the whole simulation system,and the real-time property of system has been lucubrated.Electronic countermeasure simulation system is the key part of military training of individuals;it can also allow the realistic evaluation of the performance of modern equipments and techniques.As a proof,we have drawn up a series of simulation scenarios,such as radar electronic reconnaissance simulation scenario,to explain the feasibility and the superiority of our modeling scheme in this paper.
文摘In the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,in order to restore the national economy as soon as possible,the Communist Party of China carried out maintenance and repairs on the railways that caused serious damage to transportation tasks through war-torn smoke,and carried out large-scale railway construction.However,in the course of operation,railway safety accidents occur frequently due to outdated equipment,low quality of staff,lack of rules and regulations,vandalism,and various natural disasters.In the face of severe conditions,the railway authorities summed up the accidents and learned the safety of the railways,so that the railway transportation industry,which started after the founding of the country,was gradually on the right track,and laid a solid foundation for the safe development of the railway industry.
文摘Aesthetic value,scientific research value and ecological protection value of world heritage in Mount Longhu,Jiangxi Province was analyzed.And the urgency of protecting Danxia landform was clarified from the perspective of influence brought by tourism development,population explosion,economic development and natural disasters.Planning and management agencies and relevant policy support for the safeguarding of world heritage in Mount Longhu,Jiangxi Province were expounded,as well as protective strategies for different zones and grades according to their scientific research value and protection value.Training for the protection and management of Mount Longhu,and local residents' participation in the training were introduced.Finally,suggestions for the heritage protection in Mount Longhu were given:project construction and management should be stressed,operation activities standardized,ticket management for the Longhu World Heritage improved,and the sustainable development persisted in.
