Enlightenment and Suggestions on the Construction of Information Platform and Processing Mechanism of Drug Shortages in Developed Countries to China

Objective To study how to improve and perfect the information platform and processing mechanism of drug shortages in China.Methods By searching the relevant policies from official websites of FDA,European Medicines Agency(EMA),Health Canada(HC)and National Health Commission,the good experience of the United States,the European Union and Canada in the construction of information platform and processing mechanism of drug shortages was summarized for reference in China.Results and Conclusion China has initially established the processing mechanism of drug shortages,but the platform construction should be improved,and the information disclosure of drug shortages varies from province to province.We should improve the information platform of drug shortages,strengthen the disclosure and communication of information,enrich the processing tools and measures after the drug shortages occurs,and strengthen the cooperation with relevant associations and other non-governmental departments.

Information service platform of forest pest forecast based on WebGIS

Taking Linkou Forestry Bureau, Heilongjiang Province, China as the demonstration plot and Dendrolimus pinidiatrea as an example, we developed a WebGIS-based information service platform for forest pest forecast using J2EE and ArcGIS Server technology. The service platform is able to predict the occurrence period, amount of pest, occurrence tendency, and pest zones in the B/S environment and realized the display, querying, analysis and editing of the spatial data and the automatically integrated control of multilevel Data,. Additionaly, the service platform offers the visualization of geographic service and predicted results. It provides a solution for prediction of forest pest and forest resource management.

Study on Information Exchange Platform for Port Logistics Based on Web Services

Information exchange platform(IEP)for port logistics is used to realize data transmission among different sys- tems and districts by Internet.This paper presents the web services technology used in transferring information for port logistics. The system architecture based on J2EE and B/S mode frame has been constructed to subscribe the distributed information.To en- sure platform independent,extensible markup language(XML)integration technology was also used in the system design.

Research on Architecture of Logistics Public Information Platform

On the basis of the discussion on main functions of logistics public information platform, and the summary of general functions of some typical cases at home and abroad, such as China electronic port and TradeLink, the logistics public information platform architecture is introduced from a technical point of view. It contains multiple levels, such as cloud computing platform and data storage layer, and discusses some new technologies available. Finally, the important trend of the logistics public information platform development is discussed.

A Compositive Information Collection Platform System Based on Web Service

The aim is to solve the problem that how to share dispersive and heterogeneous data inside business information system or some other information source. On the basis of Web service, this paper adopts the notion of Data As ,Service to build service-oriented data integration architecture. According to this architecture, we develop data collection system which effectively integrates data from heterogeneous informa tion source and present a uniform data view to end users by implementing sharing data from heterogeneous systems and information source . At last, this paper gives an example of a compositive information collection platform system.

Fair-News: Digital Journalism Model to Prevent Information Pollution and Manipulation

As digital data circulation increases,information pollution and manipulation in journalism have become more prevalent.In this study,a new digital journalism model is designed to contribute to the solution of the main current problems,such as information pollution,manipulation,and account-ability in digital journalism.The model uses blockchain technology due to its transparency,immutability,and traceability.However,it is tough to provide the mechanisms necessary for journalism,such as updating one piece of information,instantly updating all other information affected by the updated information,establishing logical relationships between news,making quick comparisons,sorting and indexing news,and keeping the changing informa-tion about the news in the system,with the blockchain data structure.For this reason,in our study,we have developed a new data structure that provides both the immutability,transparency and traceability properties of the blockchain and can support the communication mechanisms necessary for journalism.The functionality of our proposed data structure is demonstrated in terms of communication mechanisms such as mutability,context,consistency,and reliability through example scenarios.Additionally,our data structure is compared with the data structure of blockchain technology in terms of time,space,and maintenance costs.Accordingly,while the model size increases linearly in blockchain,the model’s size remains approximately constant since the structure we developed is data-independent.In this way,maintenance costs are reduced.Since our model also has an indexing mechanism,it reduces the linear time search complexity to logarithmic time.As a result,the data structure we developed is found to have higher performance than blockchain in the journalism concept.In future studies,it is planned to test all aspects of the model with a pilot application,eliminate its shortcomings,and develop a holistic approach to the root causes of the problems in the journalism focus.

Information Reach and Range Impact on Interorganizational Systems Platforms

Organizations tend to use information systems (IS) applications that require data to be exchanged between different parties, while data exchange is restricted with information reach and range, which determines the organizations’ IT platform. To determine the best platform, a comparison between electronic data interchange (EDI) and web services was conducted depending on certain criteria, and then we match the results with the information reach and range. The main findings show that the web services platform can take place when the range of information access is required by anyone and anywhere regardless of IT base. EDI can take place when the range of information access doesn’t exceed the organizations’ boundaries. But when the range of information access exceeds the organizations’ boundaries, still between certain partners, web services or EDI can take place, and thus the organization can select them from those platforms depending on other criteria such as security, and cost.

Bioinspired tactile perception platform with information encryption function

Mimicking tactile perception is critical to the development of advanced interactive neuromorphic platforms.Inspired by cutaneous perceptual functions,a bionic tactile perceptual platform is proposed.PDMS-based tactile sensors act as bionic skin touch receptors.Flexible indium tin oxide neuromorphic transistors fabricated with a single-step mask pro-cessing act as artificial synapses.Thus,the tactile perceptual platform possesses the ability of information processing.Interestingly,the flexible tactile perception platform can find applications in information encryption and decryption.With adoption of cipher,signal transmitted by the perception platform is encrypted.Thus,the security of information transmis-sion is effectively improved.The flexible tactile perceptual platform would have potentials in cognitive wearable devices,advanced human-machine interaction system,and intelligent bionic robots.

Pig Price Fluctuations and Forecasting Model Based on Information Platform

Pork is common in people's daily life consumption,and it accounts for more than half of all meats. By collecting data information published by Bureau of Statistics and Bureau of Agriculture,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the influence of price fluctuation in the pork market on China's pork production,and finds that China's pork production shows a general trend of fluctuations due to the impact of price factors.According to the predecessors' studies on the factors influencing pig market price,combined with the actual situation of pig breeding in China,this paper uses the latest website data released by the government's public information platform to establish a forecasting model.

Generic Attribute Scoring for Information Decay in Threat Information Sharing Platform

Cyber Threat Intelligence(CTI)has gained massive attention to collect hidden knowledge for a better understanding of the various cyber-attacks and eventually paving the way for predicting the future of such attacks.The information exchange and collaborative sharing through different platforms have a significant contribution towards a global solution.While CTI and the information exchange can help a lot in focusing and prioritizing on the use of the large volume of complex information among different organizations,there exists a great challenge ineffective processing of large count of different Indicators of Threat(IoT)which appear regularly,and that can be solved only through a collaborative approach.Collaborative approach and intelligence sharing have become the mandatory element in the entire world of processing the threats.In order to covet the complete needs of having a definite standard of information exchange,various initiatives have been taken in means of threat information sharing platforms like MISP and formats such as SITX.This paper proposes a scoring model to address information decay,which is shared within TISP.The scoring model is implemented,taking the use case of detecting the Threat Indicators in a phishing data network.The proposed method calculates the rate of decay of an attribute through which the early entries are removed.

An Efficient Task Scheduling Method for the Unified Interface Platform of the Electric Information Acquisition System

Due to the large and frequent static data interaction between the Electric Information Acquisition System and the external business systems,researching on using limited server sources to do an efficient task scheduling is becoming one of the key technologies of the unified interface platform.The information interaction structure of the unified interface platform is introduced.Task scheduling has been decomposed into two stages,task decomposition and task combination,based on the features(various types and dispersed)of large static data.The principle of the minimum variance of the subtasks data quantity is used to do the target task resolving in the decomposition stage.The thought of the Greedy Algorithm is used in the task combination.Breaking the target task with large static data into serval composed tasks with roughly same data quantity is effectively realized.Meanwhile,to avoid the situation of the GA falling into the local optimal solution,an improved combination method has been put forward.Moreover,the new method creates more average composed tasks and making the task scheduling more effective.Ultimately,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the experimental data.

Application of Big Data Information Platform in Medical Equipment

The application of big data in the medical device industry mainly refers to the analysis and processing of various medical devices,so as to provide patients with better treatment and rehabilitation services.At present,our country already has a relatively mature and reliable large database system.This article studies the application of medical equipment in the big data information platform.The main methods used in this article are survey method,case analysis method,and interview method.The big data information platform and medical devices are studied from different aspects.The survey results show that 41%of people completely agree with the role of big data information platforms in medical devices.

Discussion and Research on Information Security Attack and Defense Platform Construction in Universities Based on Cloud Computing and Virtualization

This paper puts forward the plan on constructing information security attack and defense platform based on cloud computing and virtualization, provides the hardware topology structure of the platform and technical framework of the system and the experimental process and technical principle of the platform. The experiment platform can provide more than 20 attack classes. Using the virtualization technology can build hypothesized target of various types in the laboratory and diversified network structure to carry out attack and defense experiment.

DPOI: Distributed Software System Development Platform for Ocean Information Service

Ocean information management is of great importance as it has been employed in many areas of ocean science and technology. However, the developments of Ocean Information Systems(OISs) often suffer from low efficiency because of repetitive work and continuous modifications caused by dynamic requirements. In this paper, the basic requirements of OISs are analyzed first, and then a novel platform DPOI is proposed to improve development efficiency and enhance software quality of OISs by providing off-the-shelf resources. In the platform, the OIS is decomposed hierarchically into a set of modules, which can be reused in different system developments. These modules include the acquisition middleware and data loader that collect data from instruments and files respectively, the database that stores data consistently, the components that support fast application generation, the web services that make the data from distributed sources syntactical by use of predefined schemas and the configuration toolkit that enables software customization. With the assistance of the development platform, the software development needs no programming and the development procedure is thus accelerated greatly. We have applied the development platform in practical developments and evaluated its efficiency in several development practices and different development approaches. The results show that DPOI significantly improves development efficiency and software quality.
