7 studies on the effectiveness of peer and teacher feedback have been critically reviewed in this paper,some problems being perceived either in the research design or their research findings.Based on the detected problems,I put forward some suggestions for the future study and then draw some pedagogical implications.

A Critical Review on Language Learning Strategies and Implications for College English Teaching

This paper reviews the current developments of language learning strategy researches in the world, both approval and critical voices on the issue of strategy instruction. Then it summarizes the current developments of learning strategy instruction in China. It indicates college English teachers should model learning strategy and make the instruction explicit. Students are advised to be active in seeking for strategies suitable for themselves through their own exploration and reflection.

Advances in low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) technologies applied for characterization of pore space inside rocks:a critical review

NMR serves as an important technique for probing rock pore space,such as pore structure characterization,fluid identification,and petrophysical property testing,due to the reusability of cores,convenience in sample processing,and time efficiency in laboratory tests.In practice,NMR signal collection is normally achieved through polarized nuclei relaxation which releases crucial relaxation messages for result interpretation.The impetus of this work is to help engineers and researchers with petroleum background obtain new insights into NMR principals and extend existing methodologies for characterization of unconventional formations.This article first gives a brief description of the development history of relaxation theories and models for porous media.Then,the widely used NMR techniques for characterizing petrophysical properties and pore structures are presented.Meanwhile,limitations and deficiencies of them are summarized.Finally,future work on improving these insufficiencies and approaches of enhancement applicability for NMR technologies are discussed.

China's Total Emission Control Policy:a Critical Review

As part of a comprehensive environmental management system, many countries establish emission control targets for mass emissions of a pollutant. Such targets are often the key objective of an environmental policy, such as an emission trading program. In China, however, it is more than just an objective of one particular policy; it has become a concept that has influenced many national environmental policies and activities. The objective of this article is to review the implementation of the total emission control policy in the past 10 years and explore emerging issues in its implementation. The article has three sections: a summary of the implementation experience, issues with the design and implementation of the policy, and policy recommendations.

A Critical Review of Viewpoints on the Time of the Origin of Hongqu(Red Yeast Rice)

Through a summary of the results of past research on the time of the origin of hongqu(红曲,red yeast rice),a critical review is made of multiple pieces of published evidence supporting the various viewpoints that hongqu originated from the Han,Wei,Jin,Tang,or Song dynasties.Based on a newly discovered textual comment by Kong Guangtao孔广陶(1832–1890)that rectified the mistake of mis-quoting“red wheat powder in Guazhou”(Guazhou hongzhi瓜州红)as“red yeast rice in Guazhou”(Guazhou hongqu瓜州红麯)in Entry into Learning(Chuxue ji初学记),a conclusion can be drawn that the evidence for a Han dynasty origin that has dominated for nearly forty years is not well-grounded,and proposes that Chinese hongqu originated in the Tang dynasty(618–907).

Enhancing Evidence-Based Practice and Critical Thinking Skills of Nursing Students: Lessons from the Review of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Curriculum of the University of Zambia

Background: Making changes in the existing curriculum aims, objectives, course contents learning outcomes and assessment strategies have become a fact of life for nurse educators. Purpose: To enhance the existing Bachelor of Science (BSc) in nursing curriculum through integration of evidence-based practice (EBP) and teaching of critical thinking skills. Materials and Methods: A needs analysis was conducted using a five-phased approach to review the BSc in nursing Curriculum. Kern’s six-step model was adapted and introduced through a series of workshop exercises that highlighted the application of each step: 1) Desk review of the BSc curriculum offered globally;2) Administration of the needs assessment questionnaire to key informants;3) Strengths, weakness, opportunities and threat analysis;4) Consultative meeting with major stakeholders;5) Curriculum review. Results: The five-phased approach established some gaps in existing curricula, and identified critical core competences and best practices in integrating EPB and critical thinking in the BSc undergraduate curriculum and some “A” level content that was not in tandem with the practice of nurses. New courses were developed to support students in academic writing and enhance professionalism and duration of training was reduced from 5 to 4 years. Conclusion: The process demonstrated that BSc curriculum review, in fact, should be thoroughly scrutinized to encourage positive changes to the curriculum, provide opportunities for team building and the development of leadership skills and a whole-of course perspective on the curriculum.

Role of theories in school-based diabetes care interventions:A critical review

BACKGROUND Diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases of childhood.School plays an essential role in the management of student diabetes,which reduces the risk of short-and long-term diabetes complications and ensures that students are wellpositioned for optimal academic performance and growth.AIM The aim of this review was to systematically identify and synthesize the literature concerning theory-based diabetes care interventions in K-12 schools in the United States.It critically assessed the specific role of theories and associated essential constructs in intervention design,implementation,outcome measurement,and evaluation.METHODS Relevant literature was identified by keyword searches of the Cochrane Library,PubMed,and Web of Science.RESULTS Four interventions met the eligibility criteria and were included in the review.Of those,two evaluated online diabetes education programs for school personnel and the other two assessed in-person interventions.Three studies adopted a onegroup pre-post study design,and the remaining one adopted a one-shot casestudy design.Three of the interventions adopted social cognitive theory,and the remaining one was guided by the diffusion of innovations theory.Three studies identified core constructs of a theory as predictors of behavioral change.Two used theory to select or develop intervention techniques.Two studies used theory to customize participant intervention techniques.Two studies discussed their findings in the context of theory.No study used theory to select potential intervention participants.CONCLUSION In conclusion,despite the value of theory in intervention design and evaluation,theory-based diabetes interventions at school remain scarce.Future research may seek ways to better integrate theory and empirical research.

《学衡》与《新青年》诗学观念的参差对话

《学衡》内在诗学观念的贯通,具有隐伏的本体论与方法论层面的潜在脉络。由文学自身的思考出发,强调诗文差异与内在格律,是《学衡》诗学观念的本体论建构;而作诗的具体实践,先学文而学诗,由摹仿而创造,“以新材料入旧格律”,此三者构成《学衡》诗学观念的方法论论述。从诗、文、小说的文类视野审视,《学衡》坚持文字本位的态度,坚守诗优于文、文优于小说的诗学观念。《学衡》的文学论点乃针对《新青年》而发,然而其文学理念与当时的社会风潮产生隔阂,仅能完成自身理想的“独立性”。《学衡》从边缘发出的向“中心”主流《新青年》的质疑,必须等待不同间隔的时间审视,而断定其是否将时时刻刻皆处于“边缘”,这是值得进一步思索的论题。

Gibbs反思循环模型在护理专业教学中应用的范围综述

目的对Gibbs反思循环模型在护理教学中应用的研究进行范围审查,探讨国内外Gibbs反思循环模型在护理教学中的应用现状、教学策略及其教学效果。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane library、Embase数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年11月30日,应用Arksey和O'Malley提出的报告框架对纳入文献进行范围综述。结果共纳入19篇文献,其中10篇英文文献,9篇中文文献,发表时间为2017-2023年,Gibbs反思循环模型已广泛应用于护理专业教学中,但目前国内师资培训尚不规范,部分教学实施步骤欠严谨,教学评价科学性不足。结论Gibbs反思循环模型应用有利于提升护理教学质量,对增强学生及护士的专业水平及综合能力具有重要意义,但应规范师资培训过程,明确实施步骤和各阶段教学重点,建立双向、多维度教学评价机制。

信息化技术在重症患者负性情绪调节中的研究进展

ICU环境封闭,有创操作频繁,患者负性情绪高发。目前,信息化技术在重症领域应用广泛。文章主要围绕信息化技术在重症患者负性情绪调节中的应用与效果、发展与建议进行综述,以期为国内ICU护士对重症患者实施心理护理提供新思路,为促进ICU信息化建设和人文护理发展提供参考。

危重患者肠内营养喂养不耐受预测模型的概况性评价

目的 系统综述国内外危重患者肠内营养喂养不耐受预测模型工具,为临床选择、应用和未来研究提供参考。方法 系统检索中、英文数据库,2名研究人员独立筛选文献、提取数据并评估风险偏倚。结果 最终纳入12篇文献,包括10篇预测模型开发研究及2篇验证研究,总体预测性能良好,但偏倚风险较高。年龄、机械通气、血糖、腹内压、急性生理和慢性健康评分Ⅱ、镇静镇痛药是预测危重患者肠内营养喂养不耐受的重要因子。结论 危重患者肠内营养喂养不耐受预测模型构建研究较多,但临床适用性能还需进一步验证。同时,应研究不同疾病类型危重患者的喂养不耐受预测模型,结合信息化系统,实现喂养不耐受高风险患者筛选和管理的流程化、科学化、信息化。

ICU患者再喂养综合征风险预测模型的研究进展

再喂养综合征(refeeding syndrome,RFS)在重症患者中发生率较高,严重影响患者的康复和预后。通过对再喂养综合征的风险因素和风险预测模型进行综述,发现其风险因素包括患者相关因素、治疗相关因素和疾病相关因素三个方面;风险预测模型包括风险分层模型、风险评分模型和Logistic回归模型。预防RFS的发生重点在于早期评估,但目前尚缺乏预测效能良好的RFS风险预测模型。关注营养和血清学指标等多方面因素对RFS的预防有着重要意义,未来需开展前瞻性、多中心研究,以构建预测效能良好的ICU患者RFS风险预测模型,为RFS高危人群的早期评估和早期干预提供参考。

开放式学术批评引入科研评价研究

融媒体时代为构建开放式学术批评提供了可能。将开放式学术批评引入科研评价,既受科研评价异化与学术批评缺失的内部逻辑驱动,也受回应同行评议信任危机的外部逻辑驱动,同时面临从批评乱象中选取基于文本的客观有效批评、对学术批评的价值倾向作出分类、对学术批评质量作出衡量、对学术批评实现数据化的叠加挑战。为此,应构建刊网融合的开放式学术批评平台,多元并举治理开放式学术批评乱象。开放式学术批评引入科研评价,其性质是对同行评议的补充,应采用定性评价与定量评价相结合的评价方式,定性评价由同行评议专家作出,定量评价由第三方专业评价机构作出,科研评价结果以同行评议为主、以开放式学术批评为辅。
