However, members of these teams often work in stressful and unhealthy environments, which can undermine their productivity and well-being. The humanization of the culture of technology teams is an approach that aims to create healthier and more productive work environments for team members, promoting balance between personal and professional life. Despite the importance of a healthy and productive work environment, many companies do not invest in strategies to humanize the culture of their technology teams. This can lead to high levels of stress, staff turnover and low productivity. The objective of this project is to identify effective strategies to humanize the culture of technology teams and create healthier and more productive work environments in digital companies. For this, factors such as management styles, psychological safety, human-centered development, individual beliefs and time and energy management will be analyzed. The project’s methodology will include a literature review on the subject and qualitative data analysis will be performed using a content analysis approach. This project will contribute to the advancement of knowledge about the humanization of the culture of technology teams in digital companies. The results can be applied to companies that want to create healthier and more productive work environments for their team members.展开更多

This study examined the influence of social factor variables on the management of control of access to Awoja watershed. The study was conducted in Awoja watershed in Eastern Uganda facing frequent floods and draughts. The study used a cross sectional research design involving factor analysis and logistical regression to determine the influence of social contextual factors on watershed management. Qualitative methods were also used to explain statistical trends. From the household survey data correlation results indicated that, there was a significant relationship between the social issues and management of the watershed (r = 0.353, P −0.489, P −0.249, P < 0.01). From the Logistical Regression two factors “institutions” and “rationale for access” had an increasing influence on watershed management while the other factors had a decreasing influence on watershed management. However, while the influence of institutions was increasing and significant, the influence of rationale for access to protected areas was increasing but not significant. Factors with negative influences included culture, social cohesion and social conflicts which had significant negative influence. The study also found that climate change had negative consequences on existing social institutions due to its ability to erode the powers of traditional institutions and to intensify resource conflicts. The study recommended the need for a local governance system to empower the key gatekeepers in the watershed management in order to promote the role of social institutions in the control of access to watershed resources.展开更多

Since the competition remains to be the theme of the market economy, how to establish an unassailable position in the growing market economy which values survival of the fittest is what has been long studied and discussed among catering enterprises. Although catering business belongs to traditional labor-intensive service industry, it is against the backdrop of "demographic dividend" being turned into "talents dividend" that the cultivation of catering talents becomes of great importance. Besides, the trend of branding will be even more intensifying and innovation will certainly serve as a significant approach to the improvement of competitiveness among catering enterprises. As public catering becomes a main current in today's catering business — an accurate market positioning and food dishes get to be more exquisite and diversified with health elements taken into top priority, brand power stands to be the recipe for winning the competition. Moreover, the strategy of enterprises development through culture is an irreversible trend in modern catering operation and management. Furthermore, the education and artistic cultivation serve as core competence of modern catering enterprises and the employed.展开更多
