Constructing a cross-border power energy system with multiagent power energy as an alliance is important for studying cross-border power-trading markets.This study considers multiple neighboring countries in the form of alliances,introduces neighboring countries’exchange rates into the cross-border multi-agent power-trading market and proposes a method to study each agent’s dynamic decision-making behavior based on evolutionary game theory.To this end,this study uses three national agents as examples,constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model,and analyzes the evolution process of the decision-making behavior of each agent member state under the initial willingness value,cost of payment,and additional revenue of the alliance.This research helps realize cross-border energy operations so that the transaction agent can achieve greater trade profits and provides a theoretical basis for cooperation and stability between multiple agents. 展开更多

Electric vehicles(EVs) and the recent pandemic outbreak give cities a new trend to primarily private and shared mobility with low noise and less air pollution.Crucial factors for the widespread of EVs are the electrical charging infrastructure,driving range,and the reduction of the cost of battery packets.For this reason,there is a massive effort from manufacturers,governments,and the scientific community to reduce battery costs and boost sustainable electrical production and distribution.Battery reuse is an alternative to reduce batteries’ costs and environmental impacts.Second-life batteries can be used in a wide variety of secondary applications.Second-life batteries can be connected with off-grid or on-grid photovoltaic and wind systems,vehicle charging stations,forklifts,and frequency control.The present work aims to analyze the main challenges imposed on the reuse of batteries,the leading technologies for their reuse,and the different types of batteries in terms of their feasibility for second-life use.The main novelty of this work is the discussion about the barriers,opportunities,uncertainties,and technologies for the second life market.Here we summarize the present state of the art in reusing lithium-ion batteries discussing technical and economic feasibility,environmental impacts,and perspectives.The results show five business models that have been proposed in the literature,three types of markets for trading second-life batteries,and the main opportunities and barriers for each actor in the battery supply chain. 展开更多

“双碳”目标的提出促进了绿色生产与低碳发展相结合的需求。围绕着商业园区的能量共享与低碳运行这一问题,提出了一种充电站、商业楼宇、光储电站的电-碳交易模型,研究了园区主体与电力交易中心、微网运营商、碳交易中心之间能量和信... “双碳”目标的提出促进了绿色生产与低碳发展相结合的需求。围绕着商业园区的能量共享与低碳运行这一问题,提出了一种充电站、商业楼宇、光储电站的电-碳交易模型,研究了园区主体与电力交易中心、微网运营商、碳交易中心之间能量和信息流动关系。在模型求解上,运用分布式鲁棒优化将商业园区电-碳分布式调度模型的非凸的机会约束问题转化为半正定规划问题。通过设定的3种方案从运营成本、碳排放量2个方面验证了所提方法在降成本、降碳排方面的有效性。最后,将所提方法与基于条件风险价值(conditional value at risk,CVaR)模型的线性规划方法对比,结果表明分布式鲁棒在决策结果方面更符合实际调度情况。 展开更多

The use of clean electricity to replace fossil energy burning for heating is an important emission reduction way to achieve carbon neutrality.Without a good business model,it is very difficult to promote electric heating as a replacement for coal-fired systems in some areas with abundant coal resources.This study proposed a new business model for electric heating with stakeholders that included the government,the power grid company,and heat users.Based on this model,a specific tri-objective optimization model was proposed with the electric heating promotion power,heating electricity price,and government subsidy as variables to characterize the game relationship of the stakeholders,and the components of the stakeholder benefit function were analyzed in detail.A classical multi-objective genetic algorithm was used to solve the model.Finally,an"electrical heating"project for a typical area in China was analyzed,and four promotion cases were examined.The results showed that the power grid company and users had an antagonistic relationship in relation to the electricity price,but the best solution was found for all three stakeholders due to the high financial subsidies provided by the government. 展开更多

针对电动汽车这一新型储能资源大规模接入后电力市场多主体竞争格局,提出一种计及需求响应潜力的电动汽车聚合商多主体日前投标策略。以实现削峰填谷、保障电网安全稳定运行等为目标,促使电网与聚合商等多方市场主体可持续发展,探索其... 针对电动汽车这一新型储能资源大规模接入后电力市场多主体竞争格局,提出一种计及需求响应潜力的电动汽车聚合商多主体日前投标策略。以实现削峰填谷、保障电网安全稳定运行等为目标,促使电网与聚合商等多方市场主体可持续发展,探索其未来商业模式。首先,根据电动汽车用户出行特性进行电动汽车集群分类,考虑出行时间、到达时间及荷电状态等因素,模拟集群内用户随机充放电选择。结合聚合商整体充电功率上限值与电能波动区间值等主要因素,基于历史数据评估聚合商需求响应潜力。然后,考虑多个聚合商投标问题,建立日前市场投标模型,以测算电动汽车聚合商日前市场效益。为探寻多元竞争格局下最优日前市场投标策略,以日前投标净利润最大为目标函数,考虑电量、功率上限及电池容量等约束条件,利用Gurobi对优化问题进行求解。最后,通过湖北省武汉市某区实际负荷算例验证了所提策略的先进性及可行性。 展开更多

可再生能源发电需要大规模的储能设施进行跨季调节,氢储能具有储存成本低、自放电率低的优势,是跨季储能的最佳选择。当前,氢储能如何实现盈利是阻碍其发展的主要问题。通过混合整数线性规划模型计算氢储能在各商业模式下的机组最佳装... 可再生能源发电需要大规模的储能设施进行跨季调节,氢储能具有储存成本低、自放电率低的优势,是跨季储能的最佳选择。当前,氢储能如何实现盈利是阻碍其发展的主要问题。通过混合整数线性规划模型计算氢储能在各商业模式下的机组最佳装机容量及收益,探索氢储能的最佳商业模式,结果发现:氢储能电站通过电价差套利、售氢及建设可再生能源的方式可获得最大收益;在电价上限为2.56元/kW·h时,氢储能可以实现收支平衡;在2030-2037年间,氢储能可以实现商业化盈利;氢燃料电池成本下降对氢储能系统收益影响最大。当前,应通过加快推进电力现货市场建设、完善氢储能进入电力市场政策、重视氢燃料电池发展等措施,大力推动氢储能快速发展。 展开更多
