All subjects of the training group were asked to perform a training once daily for 10to 12 d within two weeks. The results proved that the cross-country race training both in the artificial hot chamberand on the drill ground of troop could obtain evident training-adaptation. The rectal temperature, heart rate, andsweat volume reduced by 0. 39℃, 13. 2 b/min and 338 g during training in field, respectively. In the same period ofcross-country race training, the normal military exercises, labours and natural heat acclimatization in the summercould only raise slightly the level of heat acclimatization in soldiers. Heat-bath training could reduce rectal temperature by 0. 6℃ during immersion in hot water, however, the level of heat-tolerance in a hot climatic chamber was inferior to that attained by cross-country race, march and running training.展开更多

Eight young males were asked to perform a simulated SMT and SCT for 90 min on a treadmill in a hot climate chamber (Td 32. 7℃ , WBGT 28. 4℃ ) once daily for 10 to 12 d within two weeks. The results showed that rectal temperature (Tr) was reduced by 0. 61℃ , heart rate (Hr) by 8. 5 b/min,sweat volume (SV)by 0. 220 kg, physiological strain index (PSI)by 0. 620,systolic pressure (SP)and diastolic pressure (DP) had a little change, pulse pressure (PP) and stroke volume (StV) increased , and cardiac output (CO) decreased a little at the middle stage and increased at the late stage due to Hr change. The standardized bicycle ergometer test (SBE test) in the heat (Td 37℃)has proved that these physiological indexes post-training had significant improvements ,as compared with those pre-training, suggesting that the combined training could raise heat-tolerance and was superior to the SMT in improving acquired heat acclimatization in same training duration and times , and to the SCT in regulating body temperature and cardiovascular function and in prolonging heat tolerance duration.展开更多
The purpose of this study was to investigate whether eight weeks of aerobic high-intensity interval training with roller ski is effective in cross-country skiers. 10 male (age, 18.28 ± 2.1 years; height, 171.26 ...The purpose of this study was to investigate whether eight weeks of aerobic high-intensity interval training with roller ski is effective in cross-country skiers. 10 male (age, 18.28 ± 2.1 years; height, 171.26 ± 4.12 cm; weight 61.39 ± 6.28 kg) and 8 female (age, 16.05 ± 0.3 years; height, 158.3 ± 6.47 cm; weight, 49.34 ± 0.7 kg) junior cross country skiers completed the study. All skiers performed a 2 × 2-kin all-out uphill intervals with roller-skis, 3 times a week, in addition to their traditional training program. Measurements included VO2max (maximal oxygen uptake), anaerobic power, and also for 2-km roller ski. All values were listed as pre-to post-test mean (± SD), significant level, and percentage changes (%). Pre-to post-testing changes in VO2max, anaerobic power, and also 2-kin roller ski performance were significantly higher during all post-test trials in all groups (P 〈 0.005). With reference to the training effects found in our study, we suggest that the skiers should integrate the roller ski aerobic high-intensity interval uphill models in their training programs for improving performance.展开更多

This study investigates both the exterior and interior sound sourc...Noise is one of the key issues in the operation of high-speed railways, with sound source localisation and its transfer path as the two major aspects. This study investigates both the exterior and interior sound source distribution of a high-speed train and presents a method for performing the contribution analysis of airborne sound with regard to the interior noise. First, both exterior and interior sound source locations of the high-speed train are identified through in-situ measurements. Second, the sound source contribution for di erent regions of the train and the relationships between the exterior and interior noises are analysed. Third, a method for conducting the contribution analysis of airborne sound with regard to the interior noise of the high-speed train is described. Lastly, a case study on the sidewall area is carried out, and the contribution of airborne sound to the interior noise of this area is obtained. The results show that, when the high-speed train runs at 310 km/h, dominant exterior sound sources are located in the bogie and pantograph regions, while main interior sound sources are located at the sidewall and roof. The interior noise, the bogie area noise and the sound source at the middle of the coach exhibit very similar rates of increase with increasing train speed. For the selected sidewall area, structure-borne sound dominates in most of the 1/3 octave bands.展开更多

So the latest target of the trai...Many design engineers in cross-domain industries have attended training classes of TRIZ to improve their innovative abilities in China. Most of them are successful, but others are not. So the latest target of the trainers is to improve the training process used now in industry in China and to make the engineers to understand the basic principles of TRIZ better. Based on the mass-engineer-oriented training model(MEOTM) and mechanical engineers’ design cases, a relationship between managing activities about the opportunities for innovation and the training process is set up. It is shown that the inventive problems come first from opportunity searching for engineers. A training and gate system for evaluation is developed to involve the managing activities of the companies in the training process. Then comparison between the general analogous process and the application of TRIZ is made, which shows the advantages and depth principles of TRIZ for the engineers to apply them confidently. Lastly a new process is formed in which opportunity searching, engineers training, inventive problems identifying and solving,and three redesign paths are connected seamlessly. The research proposes an opportunity-driven redesign path that cooperates the training and opportunity searching, which will be applied in future training classes to make more and more engineers to follow.展开更多

One of the challenges in developing a restoration plan is to sift t...System operators and planners develop and implement restoration plans based on off-line simulation studies, and accumulated experience and knowledge. One of the challenges in developing a restoration plan is to sift through numerous possible restoration scenarios and paths, in order to identify those that are technically feasible. When implementing a restoration plan in an on-line environment following a blackout, the operators need to adapt to the actual outage scenarios and available resources, and be constantly mindful of anticipated voltage and frequency excursions that must remain within system and equipment tolerances. In recognition of these challenges, EPRI has developed System Restoration Navigator (SRN), to provide decision support to system restoration planning and operations engineers in developing, evaluating and revising system restoration strategies, guidelines, plans and step-by-step procedures. During 2013-2014, EPRI developed SRN version 3.0, which is designed to facilitate its integration into a commercial operator training simulator (OTS) (AKA a dispatch training simulator, DTS). The integration of SRN 3.0 with an OTS allows operators to obtain experience in simulating, developing, experimenting with and revising system restoration plans, and to address related regulatory standards. The integration expands the usability of SRN 3.0 by providing the OTS platform for training purposes and for the purpose of interfacing SRN 3.0 with operational power system models to be able to explore near real time application of SRN 3.0. This 2013-2014 development work also included the integration of SRN 3.0 into EPRI OTS, and its application on the Florida Reliability Coordinating Council (FRCC) power system. It is shown that if thermal forcing appears a meridional linear variation the rays of quasi-stationary planetary wave may propagate along oblique lines and if the meridional variability of heat source has second order term the rays show distinct deformation as a great circular route. Additionally, the inhomogeneous distribution may cause lower frequency oscillations in mid- and low-latitudes. The combination of zonal and meridional wave numbers and distributive character of heat source may form an inverse mechanism of variational trend of generized wave energy, reflecting in some degree the physical process of transition between meridional and zonal flow patterns.展开更多
Passengers’demands for riding comfort have been getting higher and higher as the high-speed railway develops.Scientific methods to analyze the interior noise of the high-speed train are needed and the operational tra...Passengers’demands for riding comfort have been getting higher and higher as the high-speed railway develops.Scientific methods to analyze the interior noise of the high-speed train are needed and the operational transfer path analysis(OTPA)method provides a theoretical basis and guidance for the noise control of the train and overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional method,which has high test efficiency and can be carried out during the working state of the targeted machine.The OTPA model is established from the aspects of“path reference point-target point”and“sound source reference point-target point”.As for the mechanism of the noise transmission path,an assumption is made that the direct sound propagation is ignored,and the symmetric sound source and the symmetric path are merged.Using the operational test data and the OTPA method,combined with the results of spherical array sound source identification,the path contribution and sound source contribution of the interior noise are analyzed,respectively,from aspects of the total value and spectrum.The results show that the OTPA conforms to the calculation results of the spherical array sound source identification.At low speed,the contribution of the floor path and the contribution of the bogie sources are dominant.When the speed is greater than 300 km/h,the contribution of the roof path is dominant.Moreover,for the carriage with a pantograph,the lifted pantograph is an obvious source.The noise from the exterior sources of the train transfer into the interior mainly through the form of structural excitation,and the contribution of air excitation is non-significant.Certain analyses of train parts provide guides for the interior noise control.展开更多

文摘Passengers’demands for riding comfort have been getting higher and higher as the high-speed railway develops.Scientific methods to analyze the interior noise of the high-speed train are needed and the operational transfer path analysis(OTPA)method provides a theoretical basis and guidance for the noise control of the train and overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional method,which has high test efficiency and can be carried out during the working state of the targeted machine.The OTPA model is established from the aspects of“path reference point-target point”and“sound source reference point-target point”.As for the mechanism of the noise transmission path,an assumption is made that the direct sound propagation is ignored,and the symmetric sound source and the symmetric path are merged.Using the operational test data and the OTPA method,combined with the results of spherical array sound source identification,the path contribution and sound source contribution of the interior noise are analyzed,respectively,from aspects of the total value and spectrum.The results show that the OTPA conforms to the calculation results of the spherical array sound source identification.At low speed,the contribution of the floor path and the contribution of the bogie sources are dominant.When the speed is greater than 300 km/h,the contribution of the roof path is dominant.Moreover,for the carriage with a pantograph,the lifted pantograph is an obvious source.The noise from the exterior sources of the train transfer into the interior mainly through the form of structural excitation,and the contribution of air excitation is non-significant.Certain analyses of train parts provide guides for the interior noise control.
