Perspective in Development of Shape Memory Materials Associated with Martensitic Transformation

By consideration of the characteristics of martensitic transformation and the derivation from the application of the group theory to martensitic transformation, it may be concluded that the shape memory effect (SME) can be attained in materials through a martensitic transformation and its reverse transformation. only when there forms single or nearly single variant of martensite, with an absence of the factors causing the generation of the resistance against SME. on this principle, various shape memory materials including nonferrous alloys. iron-based alloys and ceramics containjng zirconia are expected to be further developed. A New Method of Recognizing Polygons under Perspective Transformation

Existing methods for recognizing polygons can be improved. A new concept ＂homograph＂ and then a new method for recognizing polygons based on the principle of homograph are proposed. First, five topological characteristics and geometrical characteristics are introduced that are invariant to describe polygon under perspective transformation. Then, the new concept of homograph is defined in terms of five topological characteristics and geometrical characteristics. Based on this definition, a new algorithm is proposed for recognizing that two polygons are homograph. The topological structure is introduced to analyze homograph qualitatively and the algorithm is insensitive to noises; and the geometrical structure is introduced to analyze homograph quantitatively, thus the algorithms can show tiny differences between polygons. It can not only recognize the objects with different shapes but also distinguish between objects with same shape but with different sizes and scales. Comparing with other recognition algorithms, the algorithm presented showed apparent improvement. The effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated by experiments.

我国高等教育数字化转型建设路径的定性比较分析

高等教育数字化转型是推动高等教育高质量发展的关键举措,也是加快实现高等教育现代化的必由之路｡研究基于TOE框架,从技术､组织､环境三个维度构建高等教育数字化转型分析框架,提炼出数字技术嵌入､战略规划､数字素养与能力､开放教育资源､协作共享五个条件变量｡运用清晰集定性比较分析(csQCA)方法,以组态视角对我国28个高等教育数字化转型典型实践案例进行分析,探索条件变量之间的“多向互动”以及不同条件组合对高等教育数字化转型产生的“联合效应”｡研究发现,单一条件无法单独构成高等教育数字化转型高水平建设的必要条件;高水平建设路径包括“合作驱动型”､“潜力发挥型”和“禀赋优越型”;在特定的客观禀赋条件下,数字技术嵌入和战略规划可以通过等效替代以“殊途同归”的方式推动高等教育数字化转型.

教育数字化转型为高校教学信息化创新发展带来了机遇。研究从教育数字化转型的TASH视角——技术(Technology)、应用(Application)、系统(System)和人本(Human-centered)出发,探寻高校教学信息化创新发展的内容与路径。研究发现,高校教学信息化创新发展的核心内容为:以技术为动力夯实发展基座,以应用为目标推动教学改革,以系统为纽带创新教学机制,以人本为宗旨培养师生数字素养。高校教学信息化创新发展的实践进路为:注重育人为本,锚定创新发展“聚焦点”;关注政策引领,绘制创新发展“导流线”;加强技术赋能,浇筑创新发展“基础面”;推动多方合作,构建创新发展“共同体”;完善机制建设,打造创新发展“新生态”。

空间溢出视角下绿色金融对制造业转型升级的影响

运用空间计量模型,实证分析了绿色金融对制造业转型升级的空间效应。结果表明:绿色金融发展水平和制造业转型升级存在显著的空间正相关性;绿色金融不仅能够显著促进本地制造业转型升级,还对邻近省市产生正向的空间溢出效应,通过稳健性检验后结论依然成立。提出相关政策建议:加快建立统一的绿色金融体系、创新与拓宽金融产品种类;完善激励机制、推动绿色金融和制造业协同发展;建立区域间绿色金融合作机制、促进绿色金融区域合作协同发展。

基于检测框下边沿的单目视觉车辆测距研究

对车辆测距是当今驾驶领域的热门研究方向。针对传统测距方法测距精度受到车型大小影响的问题以及前车存在的X轴偏移问题,提出了基于检测框下边沿中心点的车辆测距模型。该模型通过使用单目视觉摄像头及车辆检测算法获取前方车辆的位置信息,并通过车辆检测框得出的下边沿中心点坐标,以及相机安装的俯仰角信息综合建立了车辆测距模型,解决了车型大小带来的误差问题;通过构建三角函数模型,解决了前车相对于实验车辆存在的X轴分量问题,并优化改进了前车安全距离的判定方式;设定车尾矩形框中心点横坐标与车辆外接矩形框宽度的比值λ,根据λ取值分情况讨论,使该模型更符合场景应用需要。并提出了基于测距关键点的逆透视变换模型,减小了测距误差。实验表明,改进后测距模型的测距精度不受车型大小的影响且能考虑到前车位置的X轴分量问题,改进后的测距模型相对于传统测距模型,测距误差降低了约1.5%,且测距精度明显提高。

基于逆透视变换的车道线激光精准检测方法

车道线检测作为智能汽车安全驾驶的主要研究方向,能够在汽车偏离车道时及时发出预警,有效缓解交通拥挤、安全问题,但常规方法易受光照强度、阴影等环境因素影响,限制其使用范围,且检测误差较大。为此,提出基于逆透视变换的车道线激光精准检测方法。该方法选用RS-LiDAR-16激光雷达作为车道数据采集装置,借助逆透视变换、顶视图空间坐标系转换各激光点数据,利用最大类间与最小类间方差算法找出激光点反射强度最佳阈值,作为车道表面及车道线数据判断依据,通过二值化算得出车道线各点数据,凭借最小二乘拟合法将这些数据拟合成线,最终检测出车道线。实验结果表明,所提方法车道线检测精准度高,逆透视变换降低了环境对检测结果的干扰。

陕西科技成果转化效率影响因素组态效应研究

为提升科技成果转化效率,促进创新型国家转型和陕西经济高质量发展。文中基于整合视角,运用因子分析法和模糊集定性比较法从制度、组织和资源三个层面探究陕西科技成果转化效率影响因素的组态效应。研究结果发现:单一层面的因素难以决定科技成果转化效率的高低;身份自洽下政策协调型、中介实力下政策供给型、身份自洽下技术资源型是实现陕西科技成果转化高效率的3种组态类型,其中身份自洽在产生科技成果转化高效率上发挥关键作用;组织要素在一定情景下可以弥补政策供给的缺失,组织要素内部的机构实力和身份自洽在一定情景下可以相互替代。研究结论可以为优化陕西科技成果转化政策、促进陕西科技成果高效转化提供专业参考。

“四史”视域下再论“三大改造”的历史意义

中国共产党领导的“三大改造”是对生产资料私有制的社会主义革命,它实现了中华民族有史以来最为深刻的社会变革,为中华民族伟大复兴和中国式现代化奠定了坚实根基。但“三大改造”的历史必然性与合理性却不时遭到质疑。基于“四史”视域,从中国共产党的使命、新中国工业化发展战略、改革开放和中国式现代化的制度与物质基础、科学社会主义的理论与实践创新等维度,再论“三大改造”的历史必然性和历史意义,以历史事实彰显“三大改造”的历史地位,坚定对“三大改造”的历史自信。

基于改进Yolov5模型的纱筒余纱量检测方法

为实现针织圆纬机纱架上纱筒余纱量的实时检测,提出一种深度学习与传统图像处理相结合的检测方法。通过优化Yolov5的主干网络并加入Shuffle-Attention注意力机制,利用改进后模型在图像中检测并框出纱筒位置;然后利用透视变换、均值偏移、canny轮廓检测、闭操作等处理获取纱筒内外圆轮廓,设计基于梯度下降的圆拟合算法,拟合纱筒内外圆的轮廓,得到纱筒的内外圆半径;最后结合小孔成像的原理完成纱筒余纱量的测量。结果表明:改进后的Yolov5模型在纱筒检测精度上达到99.5%,检测速度可达20帧/s,同时模型参数减少至3.255×106可检测的最小纱筒余纱量为3 mm,当纱筒余纱量小于3 mm后,将其视为空筒,进行延时更换。本文算法拟合圆所花费时间是传统霍夫圆检测算法的1/4左右,因此可满足针织车间的实际应用需求。

农户视角下农业生产经营模式转型研究——基于宁夏M县土地流转的思考

以M县的农业转型实践为例,从农户分化和农户思考的视角出发,在土地流转背景下思考农业生产经营模式的转型,探索其转型动力。研究发现:土地流转有自发性流转、政策导向加速流转、资本导向型流转、市场驱动型流转4种模式,农业生产经营主体经历了4种变革;农业生产经营方式在实践中呈现出适度规模经营、联合经营、托管经营、新型农业经营并存的多元化发展趋势;政策助推、市场引导、科技支持在推动农业生产经营模式转型上起到了重要作用。
