The framework and cultivating modes of intercultural communication competence for business English majors in vocational colleges： Based on the study of vocational colleges in Guangxi

The teaching objective of vocational business English is not only to improve students＇ English language competence, but also to develop their intercultural communication competence. Based on an analysis of the outcome of a survey on cultivation of English majors＇ intercultural competence among vocational colleges in Guangxi, the paper aims at exploring the framework and cultivating modes of intercultural communication competence for business English majors in vocational colleges.

Innovation and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Talents in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges under the Guidance of the Spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness

Heilongjiang reclamation area has made great progress since its development and construction, among which the agricultural and forestry colleges in China have played a key role in the input of talents for the production of reclamation area, and the spirit of the Great Wilderness has important strategic significance for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents. Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, this paper analyzes the ways of the Great Northern Wilderness Spirit for cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges, improving the curriculum system of undergraduate talents through innovation, strengthening the cultivation of students’ innovative ability, leading students’ scientific research and academic level, and enhancing students’ practical ability. To innovate the cultivation mode of application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges under the guidance of the spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness, and to provide a reference mode for the cultivation of undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges in China.

Research on Foreign Language Talent Cultivation Mode Based on the Concept of Language Security

Language security is an important part of national security,and in the current complex international environment,the issue of language security is becoming more and more prominent and has become an unignorable part of national security strategy.As the bridge and link of international communication,foreign language talents’language skills and the level of national security awareness directly affect our country’s international image and the effect of international communication.Therefore,the establishment of a foreign language talent cultivation mode based on the concept of language security is not only an important way to improve the quality of foreign language education but also a realistic need to safeguard national security and promote international exchanges.Starting from the influence of the language security concept on foreign language talent cultivation,this paper analyzes the foreign language talent cultivation mode based on the language security concept,with a view to providing new ideas and methods for the development of foreign language education.

The Impact of The Three-Dimensional Cultivation Model on the Development of the Suzhou Tea Industry:Estimating Value of Output Per Acre and Diversified Sales Models

This article explores the impact of the three-dimensional cultivation mode on the development of the Suzhou tea industry,focusing on the diversified estimation of the value of output per acre and sales mode.It introduces the history and traditional cultivation practices of tea in Suzhou,as well as the current challenges and problems faced by the industry.An in-depth analysis was conducted on the overview and improvement plans of the three-dimensional cultivation mode,covering relevant technical methods.Based on this analysis,the impact of the three-dimensional cultivation on the value of output per acre was studied and predicted.Its potential and advantages were explored and compared with the effectiveness of traditional cultivation models.Additionally,the impact of the three-dimensional cultivation mode on sales was analyzed,examining its market adaptability and competitiveness,as well as its advantages in expanding sales channels and market coverage.The study also focused on the promoting effect of diversified sales models on the Suzhou tea industry,including direct consumption market development,tea processing product development and promotion,and the integration of tea culture and the tourism industry.To ensure sustainable development,the article evaluates the environmental impact,economic feasibility,social benefits,and farmer benefits of the three-dimensional cultivation model.Finally,the prospects for the development of the Suzhou tea industry were discussed,and the positioning and response strategies of the threedimensional cultivation model were proposed.

Exploration and Reflection on Modern Apprenticeship Talent Cultivation Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities

Modern apprenticeship is a talent cultivation mode of deep integration between schools and enterprises,and an effective way for higher vocational colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation and realize professional service to society.Guangxi College for Preschool Education of Special Education College of Applied Behavior Analysis cooperates with Guangxi Youzhuan Special Children Care Service Center to coeducate rehabilitation teachers of autistic children using the modern apprenticeship mode,constructs school-enterprise synergistic cultivation mechanism,promotes the integration of enrollment and recruitment,improves the system and standard of talent cultivation,builds the faculty team that is mutually employed by the school and enterprise,establishes the guarantee for the management system of modern apprenticeship,and so on.The practice has been carried out with the initial experience gained.However,the construction of a long-term operation mechanism of the modern apprenticeship mode still requires consideration of the contradiction with the traditional cultivation mode and the construction of a perfect evaluation system.

Research Progress of High Yield Cultivation Mode of Rice

Optimized high-yielding cultivation is of great significance to ensure stable and high yield of rice in China. This paper reviewed several super high-yielding cultivation modes, analyzed the effects of different cultivation modes on rice agronomic traits and physiological characteristics, and discussed the advances in rice mechanized cultivation and mode. Finally, the future development prospects of rice cultivation were put forward.

Research of ＇Employment-oriented＇ Talent Cultivation Mode of Tourism Major in the Third Batch Colleges

Third batch colleges are the products of the popularity and the rapid development of higher education. Through taking advantage of the premium and sufficient educational resources of parent higher universities and combining the advantage of privately-funded colleges to absorb social capital, they have become a new educational form. The production and development of third batch colleges has solved the contradiction of higher education that demand exceeds supply. They have become an indispensable part of higher education and exert irreplaceable function. This paper collects the related data of the national undergraduate institutes and third batch colleges from 2008 to 2014 and analyzes the problems of third batch colleges in the talent cultivation mode. On the basis of this, it studies the talent cultivation mode of third batch colleges through taking the example of tourism major of third batch colleges, proposes the train of thought concerning the ＇employment- oriented＇ talent cultivation mode and also puts forward its development prospect.

Exploration and Practice of "One Three One" Talent Training Mode Focuses on the Intelligent Hardware Industry of Electronic Information Science and Technology Major

China's intelligent hardware industry is gradually mature,the upstream and downstream resources of the industrial chain are increasingly rich,and the software and hardware system is gradually improved,forming a complete industrial chain of producing,supplying and selling intelligent hardware.The smart hardware market consists of six segmented areas,such as intelligent medical and health equipment,intelligent vehicle-mounted equipment,intelligent service robot,and intelligent industry,which has become the intersection of information technology and traditional industries.Intelligent hardware engineering and technical personnel are the important support for Chongqing to implement the"innovation-driven development strategy action plan led by big data intelligence".Taking Electronic Information Science and Technology Major of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences as an example to focus on intelligent hardware industry"One Three One"talent training mode,namely,institute of intelligent hardware platform construction,teaching staff,teaching resources construction and practical conditions,intelligent hardware training mode to explore and practice,for the similar construction and reform of colleges and universities related to provide reference and reference.

Effects of Different Nutrient Management Systems and Cultivation Methods on Crop Yield and Soil Fertility

[Objective] The aim was to provide scientific basis for improving the middle and low yielding fields fertility and farmland productivity. [Method] A field experiment was carried out to study the effects of different management practices （including nutrient management systems and cultivation methods） on crop yield and soil fertility in winter wheat/summer maize rotation system. [Result] The crop yield in the treatment of the high yield and high efficiency system was remarkably higher than farmer conventional management practice. After five crop seasons experiment, the contents of soil organic matter for high yield and high efficiency system increased 2.72-3.01 g/kg, and that of soil total nitrogen increased 0.12-0.16 g/kg, the soil Olsen-P increased 5.2 mg/kg and the soil available K （NH4OAC-K） increased about 37.8 mg/kg. [Conclusion] Considering the yield and soil fertility comprehensively, the management system of high yield and high efficiency could effectively increase the crop yield and improve the soil fertility.

Preliminary study on the cultivation of Porphyra yezoensis in Bohai bay

Sampling survey was carried out on the whole growth cycle(except the ice period from mid-January to mid-march next year)of Porphyra yezoensis breeding in Bohai Bay from late November 2017 to early May 2018,and the marine environment factor were monitored at the same time.According to the the analysis of the growth condition of P.yezoensis and the environmental factors,the preliminary results confirmed that P.yezoensis could grow well in the Bohai Bay,the water temperature,salinity,pH and Nitrite are important environmental factors to limit its growth,if hanging net curtain in time when environmental conditions in the area is suitable for the growth of P.yezoensis that its growth period will be extended to five months.Survey also found that how to streak through the winter ice period is the key problems to be solved for P.yezoensis cultivation in the area,this study also puts forward two kinds of schemes,which is the effective method remains to be further tested.
