The internationalization of talent cultivation in the field of international higher education is a widely discussed topic among higher education institutions worldwide.This paper conducts a comparative study of domest...The internationalization of talent cultivation in the field of international higher education is a widely discussed topic among higher education institutions worldwide.This paper conducts a comparative study of domestic and foreign higher education institutions and identifies some differences in the internationalization of talent cultivation among different countries and regions.Firstly,the study summarizes the changes in talent cultivation through domestic study abroad programs and overseas study programs.Then,this paper introduces the“Knowledge-Practice-Research”international talent cultivation model in China and the international talent cultivation model in Japan as an example.Finally,this study compares the international talent cultivation models in domestic and foreign higher education institutions.The results indicate that the internationalization of talent cultivation models needs to be adjusted according to different training objectives,specific countries,and even regional circumstances to adapt to local characteristics and the international environment.Overall,different countries and regions have different emphases and characteristics in the internationalization of talent cultivation in higher education institutions.However,regardless of the country,higher education institutions should focus on enhancing students’international perspectives and cross-cultural communication skills to adapt to the globalized economic and social environment.展开更多

The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(refer...The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(referring to new inventions,discoveries,and creations that can be practically operated and applied)and"soft technology"(generally referring to technology formed in all industry fields in response to new changes,new markets,new industries,and new business models,such as innovative marketing models,new team building,and management strategizing,cultural and creative skills,etc.),with distinctive and external and internal connotations.In a narrow sense,new technology refers to the most recent and cutting-edge technology in a particular industry field.There are also definitions that are based on their applicability,such as referring to new operation methods as new technologies.The premise of how to precisely implement new technology application education in higher education is to understand how students in higher education institutions think.For this reason,this study takes senior graduate students as its target,and through the statistics and analysis of survey data,we get three results.First,education featuring applications of new technology proves highly compelling,particularly given its importance in graduates'career development,thus garnering support;second,such education is both conceptual and practice-based;third,education concerned with the application of new technologies can be carried out in any major,both in engineering and non-engineering disciplines,with different requirements for educational content and technical skills according to the varying disciplines.Based on the investigation and analysis,we propose solutions and recommend methods of applying new applications in higher education.展开更多

文摘Under the social background of application-oriented transformation of local colleges and universities,the construction of linguistics course for English majors in Tibetan ethnic colleges should actively adapt to the requirements of the times,update the teaching concept,take application as orientation,take combination of language theory and language practice as the principle,take interlinguistic study as the basic content and focus on language acquisition and second language teaching of extralinguistic study.In view of the existing problems in this course,the reform should take the following aspects into consideration:redefining the training objectives,finding out the course orientation,revising the teaching contents,improving the teaching methods,enriching the teaching means,reforming the evaluation methods,enhancing the teaching practice,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and the construction of the course resources,to make the linguistic theoretical courses related to and guide students’language learning practice,to make it close to and be applied in students’daily life,to prepare students to be future teachers or researchers and most importantly to train qualified application-oriented English teachers for ethnic areas in Tibet.

文摘Through understanding the history and current situation of aesthetic education in China,this paper explains some misunderstandings in the aesthetics of contemporary university art students,such as the insufficiency of aesthetic value and ability,as well as the inadequacy of students’creativity due to traditional art education.It is also pointed out that the cultivation of core literacy of art students is a multidimensional and comprehensive process,and these problems need to be solved by schools,teachers,and students,so as to strengthen the inner aesthetic education of students and improve their aesthetic awareness and ability.Aesthetic education is not only an important part of the art classroom but also a key part of fostering students’all-round development and enhancing their humanistic literacy.It is necessary to cultivate students’observation,imagination,image-thinking ability,and creativity,so that they can become artistic talents with independent thinking and innovation.
文摘CBE,initials of Competency Based Education,is an educational theory focused on competency,which plays a very important role in the cultivation of skilled talents with high quality in higher vocational colleges.This paper,from the CBE perspective and with the combination of the main problems existing in the present cultivation of business English talents in higher vocational colleges,puts forward effective strategies:confirm the explicit cultivation target for business English major,innovate the talent cultivation mode,optimize the professional curriculum system,reform the practical teaching,perfect the testing and evaluation system,and improve the teaching staff construction.
文摘The internationalization of talent cultivation in the field of international higher education is a widely discussed topic among higher education institutions worldwide.This paper conducts a comparative study of domestic and foreign higher education institutions and identifies some differences in the internationalization of talent cultivation among different countries and regions.Firstly,the study summarizes the changes in talent cultivation through domestic study abroad programs and overseas study programs.Then,this paper introduces the“Knowledge-Practice-Research”international talent cultivation model in China and the international talent cultivation model in Japan as an example.Finally,this study compares the international talent cultivation models in domestic and foreign higher education institutions.The results indicate that the internationalization of talent cultivation models needs to be adjusted according to different training objectives,specific countries,and even regional circumstances to adapt to local characteristics and the international environment.Overall,different countries and regions have different emphases and characteristics in the internationalization of talent cultivation in higher education institutions.However,regardless of the country,higher education institutions should focus on enhancing students’international perspectives and cross-cultural communication skills to adapt to the globalized economic and social environment.

文摘Cultivating application-oriented talents have become essential in vocational and higher education.This concept also applies to BIM intelligent construction programs.Based on literature review and general observations,we analyzed the connotation,key points,and value of developing a BIM intelligent construction program based on application-oriented talent cultivation.We also identified problems in the development of the program such as lack of comprehensive planning and the school being the sole authority in program development.Therefore,we proposed several strategies to address these problems,including systematic program development planning and fostering a multi-faceted partnership between schools and the industry.The goal is to provide valuable insights for the development of relevant programs in the new era.
文摘Modern apprenticeship is a talent cultivation mode of deep integration between schools and enterprises,and an effective way for higher vocational colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation and realize professional service to society.Guangxi College for Preschool Education of Special Education College of Applied Behavior Analysis cooperates with Guangxi Youzhuan Special Children Care Service Center to coeducate rehabilitation teachers of autistic children using the modern apprenticeship mode,constructs school-enterprise synergistic cultivation mechanism,promotes the integration of enrollment and recruitment,improves the system and standard of talent cultivation,builds the faculty team that is mutually employed by the school and enterprise,establishes the guarantee for the management system of modern apprenticeship,and so on.The practice has been carried out with the initial experience gained.However,the construction of a long-term operation mechanism of the modern apprenticeship mode still requires consideration of the contradiction with the traditional cultivation mode and the construction of a perfect evaluation system.

文摘The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(referring to new inventions,discoveries,and creations that can be practically operated and applied)and"soft technology"(generally referring to technology formed in all industry fields in response to new changes,new markets,new industries,and new business models,such as innovative marketing models,new team building,and management strategizing,cultural and creative skills,etc.),with distinctive and external and internal connotations.In a narrow sense,new technology refers to the most recent and cutting-edge technology in a particular industry field.There are also definitions that are based on their applicability,such as referring to new operation methods as new technologies.The premise of how to precisely implement new technology application education in higher education is to understand how students in higher education institutions think.For this reason,this study takes senior graduate students as its target,and through the statistics and analysis of survey data,we get three results.First,education featuring applications of new technology proves highly compelling,particularly given its importance in graduates'career development,thus garnering support;second,such education is both conceptual and practice-based;third,education concerned with the application of new technologies can be carried out in any major,both in engineering and non-engineering disciplines,with different requirements for educational content and technical skills according to the varying disciplines.Based on the investigation and analysis,we propose solutions and recommend methods of applying new applications in higher education.
