This paper analyzes the problems faced by College English Teaching in ethnic minority areas, arguing that it is imperative to cultivate autonomous learning ability of College English in ethnic minority areas. The strategies of cultivating students' autonomous learning ability are discussed in this paper and some suggestions on the scope of application of these strategies are put forward.展开更多

目的了解高校教师数字素养能力培养现状,为高校教师数字素养的相关研究提供参考和借鉴。方法在PubMed、CINAHL、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学等数据库网站检索建库至2023年7月发表的...目的了解高校教师数字素养能力培养现状,为高校教师数字素养的相关研究提供参考和借鉴。方法在PubMed、CINAHL、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学等数据库网站检索建库至2023年7月发表的相关文章。阅读和分析后对结果加以讨论。结果共纳入28篇文献;高校教师数字素养以信息素养的方式呈现较多;研究的提升途径多集中于促进教师对信息素养的学习、提升教师信息技术的实践能力等;因素影响较多;评价方式围绕数字素养的各项维度展开;评价工具也呈现多样化。结论高校教师数字素养评价体系有待进一步完善,针对各项影响因素制定切实可行的教师数字素养提升策略是关键,未来高校教师数字素养能力的培养与提升可作为专业发展的研究方向。展开更多
