Selection of Greenhouse Zucchini Varieties and High-Quality,High-Yield and High-Efficiency Cultivation Techniques

[Objectives]To select zucchini varieties suitable for cultivation in Zibo City and test its high-yield cultivation techniques.[Methods]Six zucchini varieties were introduced,and their commercial quality and yield were determined.[Results]The yield of Shengfeier,Xiuyu 170 and Xihulu 309 increased by 11.4%,6.9%and 4.6%,respectively compared with S68(control),and zucchini was straight,looked pleasing to the eye,and had strong disease resistance.[Conclusions]The zucchini varieties were selected and the high-quality,high-yield and high-efficiency cultivation techniques were integrated.

What type of entrepreneurial spirit is needed for China’s new era,and how can we unlock its innovation potential?Answers to these questions will unleash vital forces to drive China’s high-quality economic development.After reviewing the theories,dimensions,features,and limitations of the entrepreneurial spirit in the Western context,we concluded that the entrepreneurial spirit in China’s new era,which is characterized by patriotism,innovation,trustworthiness,adherence to the law,fulfillment of social responsibilities,and a global horizon,has overcome the limitations that come with self-interested entrepreneurship in the context of Western economics.This is a major step forward in the development of theories on entrepreneurial spirit.In the development context of the new era,this paper argues that the entrepreneurial spirit should become an important force at the individual level to implement the new development concept,foster the new development paradigm,and promote high-quality development in the new stage.This paper provides answers to the question of what type of entrepreneurial spirit China’s new era requires.Finally,this paper presents basic strategies for cultivating entrepreneurial spirit in the context of China’s new era,emphasizing the importance to promote the healthy growth of young entrepreneurs,ensure their business autonomy,develop a multi-tiered capital market,implement the factor market reforms,improve the business climate,and accelerate the digital transition.

Personnel Cultivation Program for Innovative and Entrepreneurial Biopharmaceutical Discipline under the Credit System

Biopharmaceutical discipline is an interdisciplinary subject with strong comprehensiveness and wide coverage. Under the background of credit system,it is an important task for application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities to optimize the cultivation program for innovative and entrepreneurial bio-pharmaceutical professionals. According to the characteristics of biopharmaceutical discipline,Binzhou University biopharmaceutical teaching and research office,based on the social demand for biopharmaceutical discipline talents,defined the principle of optimizing the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial biopharmaceutical discipline talents,and constructed the cultivation program of innovative and entrepreneurial biopharmaceutical discipline talents under the credit system. The development of this cultivation program is expected to build a new mode for cultivating high-level biopharmaceutical professionals with strong innovative spirit and entrepreneurial potential.

Practice and Thinking on the Construction of Agricultural Science and Education Cooperative Personnel Cultivation Base

Agricultural science and education cooperative personnel cultivation base is a new personnel cultivation platform built by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Education relying on the national modern agricultural industry technology system,to strengthen the close connection between agricultural education and modern agricultural industry. The first batch of agricultural science and education cooperative personnel cultivation bases have been operating for 5 years. Taking Zhanjiang Litchi-Longan Agricultural Science and Education Cooperative Personnel Cultivation Base as an example,it introduced the achievements in the base construction from the perspective of construction cooperators,and discussed measures for improving the base operation.

Research and Development of New High-quality Short-season Cotton Varieties and the Industrial Application of High Efficiency Technologies in Shandong Province——Based on the Innovation of Building a Green and Efficient Farming System

Through the analysis of the impact of changes in the cotton planting industry on cotton production structure and benefit in Shandong under the national cotton production pattern in past ten years,based on the guarantee of food security and the overall ecological regional layout of Shandong s agricultural characteristic and advantageous industries,we proposed that through the development of high-quality short-season cotton and the industrial application of high-efficiency technologies,a green and high-efficiency farming system should be established to comprehensively reduce cotton planting costs,improve comparative benefits,and realize green and efficient optimization technologies that unify the stable production of cotton and high-quality cotton supply and the industrial path supported by the new industrial model.It is aimed to speed up the upgrading and transformation of the existing traditional cotton cropping system,reconstruct a ternary structure of grains,economic crops and fodder in the ecological suitable cotton areas and sub-suitable cotton areas in Shandong,and maintain a series of new green and ecological cotton rotation industrial models including the“double security”of the grain and cotton industries,the ecological“double superiority”of "cotton and fodder",and the high-efficiency"double increase"of cotton and garlic,providing a certain foundation for the research on technological integration innovation and industrial structure optimization of the green,efficient and high-quality development and transformation of the cotton industry in Shandong during the"14 th Five-Year Plan"period.

Cultivation Path of Compound Talents in Ophthalmic Diagnosis, Treatment, and Nursing Based on Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of medical diagnosis,clinical data analysis,medical image recognition,treatment plan decision-making,etc.It has broad application prospects in the ophthalmic diagnosis,treatment,and nursing industry.However,the application of artificial intelligence in the ophthalmic diagnosis and nursing industry in China started relatively late,and there are insufficient ophthalmic diagnosis and nursing personnel who are familiar with artificial intelligence technologies.In order to promote the modernization of ophthalmic medicine in China and accelerate the development of a high-quality and modern medical education system,it is necessary to train a new generation of compound ophthalmic medical talents who are skilled in artificial intelligence and develop an advanced talent training model that meets the needs of the ophthalmic profession and the society.Based on the application status and development prospects of artificial intelligence in the ophthalmology industry,this paper analyzes the current medical education model in ophthalmology,examines the path of cultivating compound talents in ophthalmic diagnosis,treatment,and nursing,as well as proposes suggestions for developing a high-quality and modern medical education system.

Research on the Cultivation Path of Craftsman Spirit Among Construction Site Workers

In order to improve the craftsman spirit of on-site construction personnel and accelerate the smooth transition of construction products from the development period to the mature period,a questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the characteristics of construction personnel of different levels and the problems existing in the cultivation of craftsman spirit.The results show that there was lack of awareness in understanding craftsman spirit among construction personnel,the consciousness of their own craftsman spirit cultivation was insufficient,and no effective measures have been taken to cultivate the craftsman spirit.Based on the research results,the ways to cultivate the craftsman spirit of on-site construction personnel are given.

医教协同是高职药学服务人才培养的客观要求。通过对全省医药企业、毕业生和职业院校的调研访谈,统计分析当前医药企业药学服务领域的员工结构、人才需求现状,职业院校医教协同、药学服务人才培养现状,高职毕业生在药学服务领域就业情况和对职业院校人才培养的评价,明确高职药学服务人才培养在培养规模、培养结构、培养质量和培养模式方面与医药产业不适应,存在组织困境、目标困境和生态困境,进而提出组建多元育人共同体、优化专业结构、动态调整机制、构建面向未来产业需求的培养目标、探索多元化人才培养模式和完善医教协同育人模式的建议。
