Methods: Three course learning modules are constructed: stage-based course learning module, systematic project practice training module and comprehensive practice training module. A practical training platform for scientific research innovation projects is built, and undergraduate scientific research innovation ability training is carried out from both in-class and out-of-class lines. Results: Since 2017, the students have obtained 7 national innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, 52 university-level undergraduate scientific research projects, published more than 10 academic papers, and obtained 2 patent authorization. Conclusions: The training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on “3332” is conducive to the development of scientific research innovation ability of nursing students, and to cultivate nursing talents who can adapt to the development of the new era and have better post competence.展开更多

Methods: All 28 MNS 2020th graduate students in a university were selected as sub...Objective: To explore graduation practical ability assessment mode of graduate students in nursing (Master of Nursing Specialist, MNS). Methods: All 28 MNS 2020th graduate students in a university were selected as subjects by convenient sampling method, using the improved 4-station objective structured examination (Objective Structured Clinical Examination, OSCE) model. The assessment content included nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, basic nursing operation, specialist nursing operation, theoretical written test and oral test and overall evaluation. And self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of the assessment model and the improvement of clinical practice ability of graduate students. Results: The overall satisfaction rate of graduation assessment was 89.51%, the overall satisfaction rate of graduation assessment mode and practical ability improvement evaluation was 84.66%, the pass rate of assessment results was 100%, and the excellent rate was 71.42%. Conclusion: The MNS graduation practical ability assessment model has a high degree of satisfaction, objectively evaluates the knowledge, skills, attitudes and emotions of graduate students, promotes the comprehensive quality and ability of graduate students, which is worthy of promotion.展开更多

文摘In the face of the fierce environment of employment,the employment of college students is a hot topic in all walks of life.The concept of career planning plays an important role in promoting the employability of college students.The career planning course for college students is a course generally offered by colleges and universities,which can help college students to better determine their employment goal and direction,and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of the employment rate of Chinese college students.This paper analyzes the reasons for the difficult employment of college graduates,puts forward the application value of career planning education in the improvement of college students’employability,points out the reasons for the difficulties of college students’employment,and makes targeted measures to improve the employability of college students under the concept of college students’career planning.

文摘Vocational education and general education are two different types of education that are equally important.The orientation of talent training in vocational education is to nurture skilled talents to serve the society.The practical ability of students is both the focus of teaching in vocational colleges and the requirement of enterprise posts.The various types of skills competitions provide a“stage”for students to showcase their abilities.First,this paper explores students’problem-solving ability while preparing for these competitions,expounding the importance of vocational education and skills competitions.Second,this paper summarizes the views of different scholars.Third,based on a specific case,this paper describes the improvement in students’ability while preparing for these competitions.Fourth,this paper analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey conducted to investigate the improvement in students’ability.Lastly,this paper puts forward several suggestions that appeal for vocational colleges to pay more attention to skills competitions.
文摘The cultivation of English major students' vocational ability is the key to the improvement of graduates' quality, the enhancement employment and shortening the entry cycle. However, due to the improper curriculum, lack of the micro-standard skill teaching lab and the formalistic teaching practice, there are many problems in English major students' vocational ability in ethnic regions. For instance, their language knowledge and ability is not solid; they lack the modem foreign language teaching theories; they have a weak pragmatic competence and lack teaching reflection, etc.. In practical teaching, it is proved that the following ways are effective to solve these problems optimizing the curriculum, strengthening language teaching and skill training and improving the quality of teaching practice and teaching reflection
