Cultivation Path of Nursing Undergraduates’ Scientific Research and Innovation Ability

Objective:The cultivation of the innovation ability and scientific research is one of the nursing learning objectives for undergraduate students.To explore the method and effect of training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on“3332”.Methods:Three course learning modules are constructed:stage-based course learning module,systematic project practice training module and comprehensive practice training module.A practical training platform for scientific research innovation projects is built,and undergraduate scientific research innovation ability training is carried out from both in-class and out-of-class lines.Results:Since 2017,the students have obtained 7 national innovation and entrepreneurship training programs,52 university-level undergraduate scientific research projects,published more than 10 academic papers,and obtained 2 patent authorization.Conclusions:The training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on“3332”is conducive to the development of scientific research innovation ability of nursing students,and to cultivate nursing talents who can adapt to the development of the new era and have better post competence.

Innovation and Practice of the Cultivation Mode of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Talents in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges under the Guidance of the Spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness

Heilongjiang reclamation area has made great progress since its development and construction, among which the agricultural and forestry colleges in China have played a key role in the input of talents for the production of reclamation area, and the spirit of the Great Wilderness has important strategic significance for the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents. Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, this paper analyzes the ways of the Great Northern Wilderness Spirit for cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges, improving the curriculum system of undergraduate talents through innovation, strengthening the cultivation of students’ innovative ability, leading students’ scientific research and academic level, and enhancing students’ practical ability. To innovate the cultivation mode of application-oriented undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges under the guidance of the spirit of the Great Northern Wilderness, and to provide a reference mode for the cultivation of undergraduate talents in agricultural and forestry colleges in China.

Innovation Ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine Graduates Cultivated by Industry-University-Research Institute Cooperation Program:A Case Study of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine

Industry-university-research institute cooperation has important strategic significance and practical value for cultivating the innovation ability of graduate students.Taking Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper analyzed the current status of the joint cultivation of industry-university-research institute,and explored an effective way to cultivate top-notch innovative talents with innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness and innovative entrepreneurial ability,in order to maximally stimulate talents to create the vitality of traditional Chinese medicine.

Deepening the Curriculum Reform to Cultivate Student's Practical and Creative Ability: A Case Study of School of Arts & Design of Nanjing Vocational Institute of Industry Technology

With the advance of curriculum reform, innovative education has become the calling of Chinese vocational education. Based on the case study of Nanjing Vocational Institute of Industry Technology, the paper is to explore methods and approaches of deepening the curriculum reform to cultivate student's practical and creative ability from following aspects: creating an open teaching environment to cultivate students' innovative consciousness, setting open teaching contents to foster students' creative thinking, and establishing an open assessment system to test students' innovation ability.

本科护生科研创新能力强化培养模式的实践研究

探究强化培养模式对本科护生科研创新能力的实践应用效果,为护理教育教学改革提供参考依据。2022年10月至2023年3月,在广西某高校313名具有科研经历的2021级本科护生中,以自愿报名原则设立62名护生为实验组,在剩余护生中随机抽取62名护生设立为对照组。实验组以本科护生科研创新能力强化培养模式为依托,在常规课程的基础上强化培训;对照组通过学校常规课程自然学习,不另设强化培训。培训结束后,比较两组护生科研创新能力得分和产出情况,比较实验组培训前后科研能力得分、论文质量得分,并收集培训后教学效果评价。结果表明,以强化培养模式为载体、以成果为导向的本科护生科研创新培训实践能够提高护生的科研能力,培养其创新思维。

护理本科生创新能力现状及影响因素分析

目的了解高校护理本科生创新能力现状,探讨其创新能力影响因素。方法采取方便抽样方法,对西安医学院373名在校护理专业本科生(以下简称护生)进行问卷调查。采用Excel和SPSS 18.00进行数据整理与分析。结果回收有效问卷350份。不同创新能力重要性认识和创新活动参与次数的护生在大学生创新能力问卷总分及3个维度得分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护生创新能力处于中等水平。创新能力水平受到创新能力重要性认识以及创新活动参与次数与类型的影响,在后期培养中,高校应开展创新宣讲并鼓励护生积极参与各项创新活动,以提高护生创新能力,促进护理事业健康发展。

基于研究生创新能力培养的高校图书馆服务模式构建与实践

文章基于研究生创新能力培养中高校图书馆的作用,分析了当前高校图书馆在研究生创新能力培养过程中存在的问题,并针对性地给出了图书馆服务模式的改革与发展策略,包括加强馆藏资源整合、建设特色学科资源,强化信息素养教育、建设嵌入合作课程,强化基础阶段服务、满足高阶个性需求,建立专题研究空间、加强学术交流协作,建立联合培养模式、全程跟踪学科服务等,以期助力高校图书馆实现人才创新能力培养服务模式的改革与发展。

基于扎根理论的日语专业学生创新能力培养路径研究——以“新国标”为视角

采用扎根理论,以“新国标”为依据对大学本科日语专业人才培养方案、教材情况、教学大纲、考试大纲、教学设计等文本进行三级编码,运用分析软件Nvivo12的词频搜索功能对范畴内容进行逐级分析,从而构建以政策规划和教学实践两大板块为内容的日语专业学生创新能力培养路径模型,阐述分析培养目标、课程体系、教学方法、师资建设、产学合作、自我提升等六个培养路径影响因素,为政策规划及教学实践提供建议。

创新能力一直被视为人类独有的智能,但以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能产品突破了人类对机器智能的认知,也为研究生创新能力培养带来了新的价值和挑战。一方面,ChatGPT在弥补导师资源不足、强化学术指导,加速研究生创新知识习得、打破学科壁垒,引导研究问题挖掘、激发创新思维,推动研究生创新能力评价改革、容许自由探索等方面具有潜在价值。另一方面,ChatGPT也在一定程度上违反了高深知识的学习规律,使知识体系难以形成;导致教育内容亟待更新,人际互动受到冲击;引发创新能力内涵急剧变化,数字素养要求进一步提高;加剧就业风险,使学科价值需重新研判。基于此,我国需要灵活运用人工智能,完善研究生创新能力培养模式;完善研究生创新能力评价机制,营造包容的创新环境;健全数字安全法规,提升研究生数字素养;优化学科专业布局,增强研究生技能迁移能力。
