Terahertz biotechnology has been increasingly applied in various biomedical fields and has especially shown great potential for application in brain sciences.In this article,we review the development of terahertz biotechnology and its applications in the field of neuropsychiatry.Available evidence indicates promising prospects for the use of terahertz spectroscopy and terahertz imaging techniques in the diagnosis of amyloid disease,cerebrovascular disease,glioma,psychiatric disease,traumatic brain injury,and myelin deficit.In vitro and animal experiments have also demonstrated the potential therapeutic value of terahertz technology in some neuropsychiatric diseases.Although the precise underlying mechanism of the interactions between terahertz electromagnetic waves and the biosystem is not yet fully understood,the research progress in this field shows great potential for biomedical noninvasive diagnostic and therapeutic applications.However,the biosafety of terahertz radiation requires further exploration regarding its two-sided efficacy in practical applications.This review demonstrates that terahertz biotechnology has the potential to be a promising method in the field of neuropsychiatry based on its unique advantages. 展开更多

Studies have shown that the organic products contain more iron, magnesium, calcium and other trace elements and vitamins C, and lower contents of heavy metals and carcinogenic nitrates. In recent years, organic rice wins the fa- vor of consumers due to its pure natural and pollution-free advantages. Based on the planting area selection, organic rice variety screening, fertilization, control of dis- eases and insect pests and harvesting, this article specifically discussed the cultiva- tion techniques of organic rice and developed the cultivation technology regulation of organic rice in Yellow Rive irrigated area of Ningxia, in order to lay the foundation for speeding up the development of organic rice industry and establishing highly standardized and normalized organic rice production base, thereby promoting the standardization of organic rice production. 展开更多

Major Cultivation Technology of HQ No.1, a New Flue-cured Tobacco Cultivar

The transplanting period, density, the number of left leaves and fertilizer amounts of HQ No.1 were explored in Hengyang. The results showed that with transplanting periods of March 5-March 15, and planting space of 120 cmx(50-60) cm, agronomic and economic characters of tobaccos showed insignificant differences. Specifically, plant height was growing upon the number of left leaf and fertilizer amount; tobacco yield and output value kept increasing upon fertilizer, and both reached maximums with pure N at 195 kg/hm^2, showing significant differences with the treatment of pure N at 135 kg/hm^2; the number of left leaf had the least effects on agronomic and economic characters of tobaccos. The research indicated that highly-qualified HQ No.1 can be produced, given that tobaccos are transplanted during March 10-March 15, planting density of 15 000-16 500 seedlings/hm^2, the number of left leaves of 22-24 leaves per seedling, and pure N of 150-165 kg/hm^2 in Hengyang. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to select simplified high-yielding cultivation technology of rice. [Method] The research explored three methods of farmland prepara- tion, transplanting, and fertilization including shallow rotary tillage and deep ploughing, mechanical transplanting and hand transplanting, controlled-release fertilizer and quantitative fertilization in order to investigate effects of different treatment groups on rice characteristics, economic characteristics, as well as labor saving, yield increasing and profit improving. [Result] Rice increased by 596.4-809.55 kg/hm2, labor saving reached 120-135 per hm2, and profit improved in the range from 5 521.39 to 8 727.48 yuan/hm2 in the treatment groups by combinations of shallow rotary tillage, mechanical transplanting, and controlled-release fertilizer, of shallow rotary tillage, mechanical transplanting, and quantitative fertilization, and of deep ploughing, mechanical transplanting, and controlled release fertilizer. The comprehensive improvement strategy of intra-county environment pollution in the city and countryside was searched.By the research method which combined the microscopic view,the macroscopic view with the dynamic perspective,the seriousness of rural water quality,soil and atmospheric pollution in Xiangxiang,Xiangtan and the surrounding areas in Shaoshan irrigated area was revealed.The control measure which was 'four-dimensional pollution in the city and countryside'—— low-carbon-high-value agriculture and the technology innovation was proposed.The low-carbon-high-value technology innovation industrialization demonstration in three parts which included the pre-production,mid-production and post-production deep-processing of cultivation and breeding industry in the ecological cyclic agricultural garden in Shaoshan irrigated area was the driving force.We tried to propel the low-carbon ecological cultivation and breeding industry which included the paddy rice,grass,tree,medicinal herbs and pig,cow,chick,duck,fish.We wanted to relieve the structural unbalance of previous cultivation and breeding industry,'cheap grain hurting the farmers' and the short-leg problem of social-economic-ecological benefit.The results showed that the low-carbon-high-value agricultural system was a poly-generation technology system which promoted the multi-level and grading utilization,saved the energy,reduced the consumption and cleaned the production based on the ecology. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to explore application and popularization of Huaimai No.29. [Method] The characteristics, yields, quality, application range and use of Huaimai No.29 were introduced and the cultivation technology was concluded. [Result] Huaimai No.29 is cultivated with Huaimai No.20 as a female parent and Mianyang No.04254 as a male parent, it is a semi-winter variety, and matures later, with yield of 7.5-9.0 t/hm2. The variety is suitable to be grown in Henan Province, northern areas of Anhui Province and Jiangsu Province, the central Shaanxi plain, and Heze, Shandong Province. The ears are spindle-shaped and seeds grow quite well. The thousand-seed weight is in the range of 40-42 g, and it is suitable to be sown in early or middle October in Huaibei and late October in the area along Huaihe River. The basic seedlings maintain in the range of 1.80-2.70 million per hm2. [Conclusion] Huaimai No.29 is of high yield and high tolerance against coldness. The comprehensive characters performed good. The variety was approved by our country in 2009 and numbered as nation-approved wheat No.2009010. [Objective] The aim was to research high-yielding cultivation and fertilization technology for Lvhan No.l, a new Chinese rice cultivar, in Angola. [Method] In rainy season of 2012, high-yielding cultivation and fertilization technology of Lvhan No.l, a new cultivar of earlier ripe and drought resistant rice, was researched in CATETE farm of Luanda suburb with pot experiment method. [Result] In CATETE farm, Lvhan No.1 rice were directly sown in black clay and the rice can be significantly improved in plant height, grain weight of single plant, biological yield of single plant, ear length, total grain number per ear, number of filled grain per ear and thousand seed weight, as well as economic coefficient and ratio of grain to straw, if applied with base fertilizer made up of DAP (N:P2Os=14:43), or compound fertilizer of N, P and K (N:P2Os:K^O=15:15:15) and with Duannai fertilizer and ear-grain fertilizer made up of urea. If DAP is taken as base fertilizer, the optimal quantity is 300 kg/hm2. If compound fertilizer of N, P and K is taken as base fertilizer, the optimal quantity is 450 kg/hm2, but urea at 75 kg/hm2 should be applied as Duannai fertilizer and ear- grain fertilizer, respectively, on time. [Conclusion] The research provides technical ref- erences for planting of Chinese rice cultivars in Angola. 展开更多

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949,significant achievements have been made in cotton production in China.China has maintained its position as the world’s largest cotton producer for 33 years(1983–2015),with average annual increases of 3.5 and 3.9% in the unit yield and total output of cotton,respectively.Cotton production has played an extremely important role in the development of the national economy and the improvement of living standards.Although the cotton planting area has been reduced in recent years,the total output has remained relatively unchanged due to the continuous increase in the unit yield.China’s dominant position in global cotton production is undoubtedly attributed to the progress and development of cotton cultivation technology.Over the past 70 years,China has established a high-yielding and high-efficiency cotton cultivation mode that corresponds to its national conditions,including a large population and a limited land area.Furthermore,cotton cultivation technology is constantly being innovated and developed to keep pace with the times.In this paper,we review the development of cotton production and cultivation in China over the past 70 years,with a particular focus on the innovation and development of cotton cultivation technology with Chinese characteristics.This review is intended to provide guidance for the sustainable development of China’s cotton production in the future and to provide a reference for global cotton production. 展开更多

Accident-immunity system for highly hazardous petrochemical enterprise, which is made up of its productive system's Safety Organ and Safety Organization, is typically an evolution-cultivation progress for immune function, The new B immune cell is generated after several layers' screening, clone expanding, receptor editing, organizing in immune system of work accident in petrochemical enterprise. There is a B immune cell with high appetency and a manipulative function chain for accident-immunity. In recent years,with the global climate change,the frequency and duration of high temperature in summer and autumn have increased,causing high temperature heat damage to summer crops such as rice and maize.From the end of July to early August is the main period of high temperature occurrence,during which the daily average temperature above 30℃is a high probability event,and even the highest temperature is above 38℃,while this period coincides with the booting-blooming-filling stage of the single-season middle rice in Jianghuai,especially the middle-season indica rice,so it often leads to the degradation of rice spikelets,pollen abortion,difficulty in pollen dispersion,and even difficulty in heading,resulting in a serious decline in the seed setting rate and poor filling of grains,which finally affect the yield and quality.Based on the goal of high-yielding high-quality rice cultivation,this paper proposed targeted technical measures for single-season middle rice from the aspects of planting time sequence optimization,selection of high-temperature-resistant varieties,population construction,fertilizer and water management technology,and how to compensate for the occurrence of unexpected disasters to promote plant growth.This study provides technical support for high-yielding high-quality stress-resistant and disaster-reducing rice cultivation technology. 展开更多

[Objectives]Pleurotus eryngii is currently the second largest edible fungus variety cultivated in China,and it mainly adopts the bag cultivation mode.This study aims to effectively solve the problems of high cost of solid spawn,long spawn production cycle,low application level of green and high-yield cultivation technology and equipment,and unstable output and quality in the factory production process and to further promote industrial upgrading.[Methods]Since June,2018,a series of research and technical optimizations had been carried out by a technical research team consisting of personnels from Vegetable Office of Guannan County,Institute of Edible Fungi of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Jiangsu Xiangru Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.,around the production of liquid spawn,introduction of excellent varieties of P.eryngii,medium pretreatment,autoclaving,clean room inoculation,digital cultivation,harvesting,packaging,etc.[Results]The key technology of industrial production,liquid spawn production and green and high-yield cultivation of P.eryngii are summarized.[Conclusions]The economic benefit of liquid spawn of P.eryngii is extremely considerable compared with liquid spawns such as branch spawn. 展开更多
