Construction of Intelligent Recommendation Retrieval Model of FuJian Intangible Cultural Heritage Digital Archives Resources

In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs,improve the recommendation efficiency,and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval,a design method of intelligent recommendation retrieval model for Fujian intangible cultural heritage digital archive resources based on knowledge atlas is proposed.The TG-LDA(Tag-granularity LDA)model is proposed on the basis of the standard LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis)model.The model is used to mine archive resource topics.The Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the relevance between topics.Based on the measurement results,the FastText deep learning model is used to achieve archive resource classification.According to the classification results,TF-IDF(term frequency–inverse document frequency)algorithm is used to calculate the weight of resource retrieval keywords to achieve resource retrieval,and a recommendation model of intangible cultural heritage digital archives resources is built through the knowledge map to achieve comprehensive and personalized recommendation of resources.The experimental results show that the recommendation and retrieval results of the proposed method are more in line with users’needs,can provide users with personalized digital archive resources,and the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval is low,the recommendation efficiency is high,and the utilization effect of archive resources is effectively improved.

Research on the Path to High-Quality Development of Grassroots Libraries in the Era of Artificial Intelligence in Henan

Since the age of digital intelligence,the government has introduced policies to actively promote the intelligent transformation of grassroots public cultural services.Based on the investigation and analysis of the development status quo of grassroots libraries in Henan Province,we put forward the path of high-quality development of grassroots libraries in Henan,namely,improving the mechanism and system,leading with digital intelligence technology,empowering by Yellow River culture(the heritage and values rooted in the history and traditions of the Yellow River region),and driven by users’demand.

A social media adoption strategy for cultural dissemination in municipalities with tourist potential:Lamas,Peru,as a case study

Social media is commonly used by governments to disseminate information related to transparency and institutional promotion,but its potential for the dissemination of cultural resources is often overlooked.This research proposes a strategy for adopting social media to achieve cultural dissemination in the municipality of Lamas,Peru,which has tourism potential and has been awarded the“Best Tourism Villages”seal of the World Tourism Organisation.Methodologically,we propose a case study at a propositional exploratory level.We start by determining the current state of dissemination of tangible and intangible resources,as well as the practical use of social media,through a survey of 20 officials.The results reveal that crafts are the most widely disseminated tangible resource in the municipality(according to 55%of officials),and intangible resources are occasionally disseminated(50%).We also find that Facebook is the only digital channel used to disseminate cultural information.In this context,we formulate a strategy for adopting social media to improve cultural dissemination,which consists of six phases:(i)forming a work team,(ii)preparing a budget plan,(iii)strengthening capacities,(iv)taking inventory of cultural resources,(v)coordinating community interests and(vi)preparing a cultural dissemination plan.The findings can contribute to formulating public initiatives for the institutionalisation of social media in governments for the purposes of preserving,promoting and guaranteeing the accessibility of cultural heritage.

The ecology of Artificial Intelligence could be an interdisciplinary field of study that takes as its object the expressive forms of human culture,starting from its systemic dimension.According to this approach,as in the study of‘old and new’media,AI could also be conceived as an environment capable of influencing human perception and knowledge,emotions and values,a space in which individual and social experiences can take place.The following reflection attempts to reflect on a rich and complex topic from a historical and scientific point of view:that of Artificial Intelligence.Specifically,the characteristics and role of AI in contemporary society will be considered,as well as the implications and links of this new technology,capable of imitating human intelligence,on media,education and health.Will what we call(perhaps erroneously)AI become our cognitive/communicative and social collaboration environment?

3D reconstruction of movable cultural relics based on salient region optimization

How to protect cultural retics is of great significance to the transmission and dissemination of history and culture.Digital 3-dimensional(3D)modeling of cultural relics is an effective way to preserve them.The efficiency and complexity of cultural relic model reconstruction algorithms are significant challenges due to redundant data.To tackle the above issue,a 3D reconstruction algorithm,named COLMAP+LSH,was proposed for movable cultural relics based on salient region optimization.COLMAP+LSH algorithm introduces saliency region detection and locality-sensetive Hashing(LSH)to achieve efficient,accurate,and robust digital 3D modeling of cultural relics.Specifically,400 cultural model data were collected through offline and online collection.COLMAP+LSH algorithm detects the salient region interactively and reduces the number of images in the salient region by feature diffusion.Additionally,COLMAP+LSH algorithm utilizes LSH to calculate the image selection scores and employs the image selection scores to reduce the redundant image.The experiments on the self-constructed cultural relics dataset show that COLMAP+LSH algorithm can efficiently achieve image feature diffusion and ensure the quality of artifact reconstruction while selecting most of the redundant image data.

Digital technology has significantly facilitated the development of the cultural industry,and the cultural industry has also become one of the most important fields to which digital technology is applied.Conducting an analysis of how digital technology empowers consumers,creators,producers,social interaction and cultural communication can help us understand how it has improved the efficiency of the cultural industry,propelling digital contents into becoming the mainstay of the cultural industry and making digital communication the principal channel of cultural transmission.Digital technology has reshaped the structure of the cultural industry,leading to marked changes in the structure of cultural consumption,cultural production,the cultural market,and the proportion of domestic to foreign culture.However,whether this powerful digital technology will result in impressive technological results but lackluster cultural content remains a question.In fact,creative people's pursuit of cultural content and consumers'desire for such content will constantly give rise to outstanding cultural works with rich connotations and lasting influence in the digital era.The integration of digitization and technology can not only foster an open cultural plain filled with diverse and vibrant cultures,but can also create cultural peaks that will exhibit profound thought and superb artistic expression.

Buried Alive in History： Poetics, Politics and Ethics of Time in Startling by Each Step （Bubu jingxin） and Other Chinese Time-Travel Historical Romances

The dawn of the new millennium witnessed the rise of Internet literature in China. Time-travel historical romances （chuanyue lishi xiaoshuo） became one of the most prominent genres produced and circulated online. At the heart of each story lies a fictitious hero who goes back in time to witness, facilitate, delay or alter a particular historical incident or series of historical events. Focusing on temporal poetics, politics and ethics in Tong Hua＇s Startling by Each Step （Bubu ]ingxin） and its TV and film adaptations, whilst also drawing upon a number of other well-acclaimed time-travel historical romances, this paper builds a threefold argument. Firstly, I argue that the aesthetic fascination of this genre mainly consists in its dramatization of the temporal clash between imperial and modern zeitgeists, interweaving the traditional device of dreams to deal with the Lacanian Real; secondly, although the immense popularity of the time-travel motif evinces a fascination with the fast pace of the digital age, Startling by Each Step tempers that trend by slowing things down and suggesting a yearning for the individual＇s temporal sovereignty; finally, the causal loop innate in this genre necessitates a transgression of historical linearity which often leads to unintended catastrophes and results in a prevailing sense of historical determinism. However, in Startling by Each Step a Heidegger-like resolute struggle for finite freedom within time delivers from the recognition of one＇s fateful destiny.
