Study on the Characteristics and Protection of Famous Historical and Cultural Cities, Towns and Villages in River Basins from the Perspective of Cultural Ecology: A Case Study on Sanggan River

With the continuous progress of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the protection of famous historical and cultural cities, towns and villages has received great attention from the state and society. With the continuous improvement of the level of economic development and the further advancement of industrialization and urbanization, the current historical and cultural environment and ecological environment are increasingly eroded and destroyed. From the perspective of cultural ecology, based on exploring the cultural ecological characteristics of Sanggan River Basin, this paper classified and analyzed the historical and cultural cities, towns and villages in the basin according to three levels: natural ecological elements, historical functions of towns and historical function forms of villages, and further explored their overall protection methods, hoping to provide some reference for the protection of other famous historical and cultural cities, towns and villages in China.

With the development of economy and society,China’s cultural heritage survival environment is worsening,the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage become a common concern of mankind.It is of great importance to use reasonable and scientific protection methods,the author explore path on the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage:(1)To strengthen the research and publicity of the value of the intangible cultural heritage;(2)let the intangible cultural heritage education into the campus;(3)To protect the cultural ecology on the intangible cultural heritage;(4)To Protect the inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage;(5)To encourage using minorities languages;(6)To establish archives of the intangible cultural heritage.According to the exploation path,the intangible cultural heritage would be realized the effective protection of the intangible cultural heritage and sustainable inheritance.

Protection and Inheritance of the Architectural Cultural Heritage of the Longevity Pagoda in Jingzhou

With the ongoing advancement of human civilization,China is increasingly prioritizing the preservation and transmission of its architectural heritage.This study examines the historical development of the Longevity Pagoda in Jingzhou,synthesizing its architectural and artistic characteristics as well as its cultural heritage value.In light of contemporary challenges,the paper proposes strategies for the protection and preservation of the Longevity Pagoda.The aim is to ensure that the Longevity Pagoda continues to realize its distinctive historical,cultural,and social significance in the future.

The Protection and Inheritance of the Traditional Papermaking Process: A Case Study of the Zhang Paper Workshop

The Zhang Paper Workshop preserving the complete traditional papermaking process has been praised by experts as “the living fossil of Chinese papermaking”. Due to the impact of industrial papermaking, however, the traditional papermaking has gradually lost its market advantage, and the Zhang Paper Workshop prevailing for a time is already on the decline. In order to retain this precious cultural heritage, for more than 10 years, the Gleaners has spared no effort to provide various efforts to papermakers and has found a way out for the manual papermaking, and results have been achieved. How to protect and inherit the traditional papermaking process under the premise of conserving the ecological environment and maintaining the integrity of the papermaking process, and establish the Zhang Paper Workshop as a place for spreading the concept of nature conservation and cultural heritage protection is an urgent problem to be solved. This requires the support of policies, the investment of funds and the upgrading of technology, as well as the promotion of understanding and the cultivation of feelings.

Relationship between the development of ethnic tourism and the protection for regional culture:a case study of Tuwa people

The innocent Tuwa people live in Kanas Lake, a world famous national reserve in northern Xinjiang. With therapid development of tourism today, Tuwa people are finally involved in tourism industry. The development of tourismis a two-edged sword. On the one hand, it boosts the revival of Tuwa culture, provides a large number of employmentopportunities and cross-cultural exchanges, and improves material welfare for Tuwa people. On the other hand, somedisadvantages have also resulted from tourism development, such as the unauthentic exhibition of Tuwa culture, limitedtourists, Tuwa group interaction, and limited material improvement for the Tuwa, etc. This paper takes Tuwa people asa case, illustrates the types, characteristics and the conditions for the development of Tuwa culture, explores the advan-tages and disadvantages resulting from the development of folk-custom tourism industry and then puts forwardsrecommendations on the protection for local cultures as follows: (1) attach great importance to Tuwa culture in thetourism development of Kanas Lake Visitor Attraction; (2) construct the aboriginal village with the consciousness ofprotection; (3) remove the Tuwa village; (4) consummate the management mode and let Tuwa people really benefit fromtourism; (5) restrict the grazing in the scenic spots and protect natural grassland; (6) promote Tuwa people’s ability ofself-supervision and self-management; (7) exhibit Tuwa culture authentically.

Inheritance and Protection of Native Culture in Campus Landscapes

Significance and development of native culture was introduced, native culture as an important component of regional characteristics faded out gradually in the "cultural blending" of modern society, but the construction of socialist cultures with Chinese characteristics must have traditional Chinese cultures as its foundation. Thus, significance of succeeding and protecting native culture was stressed. Functional, cultural and ecological attributes of campus landscapes were analyzed. Campus as a distribution center of knowledge and consciousness guides the development of social consciousness, and also contributes a lot in succeeding and protecting native cultures, so the construction of campus landscapes is of great significance. Landscape design of the new campus of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute was taken for an example to highlight the expression of native "materials", "things" and "conceptions" in campus landscapes, from the perspective of inheritance and protection of native culture, various disciplines such as cultural studies, ecology and psychology were combined to comprehensively analyze application and protection of native culture in campus landscapes, forecast development trend of campus landscapes, so as to guide future development of campus landscapes theoretically and practically.

On ecological inheritance construction of intangible cultural heritage in era of intellectual media

It is known that intangible cultural heritage is an important resource of the cultural soft power in a country, and it is also an organic component and representation of national history, spirit and cohesion.Therefore, a good inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is of great significance for carrying forward the ethical basis of human culture as well as maintaining its value core. Nowadays, the rapid intelligentization of media has ushered in the era of intellectual media, with characteristics of “massive media, man-machine integration and self-evolution”. In the era of intellectual media, traces of intelligent technologies can be seen everywhere, and the ecology of the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has been reconstructed. Under this circumstance, the author firstly makes clarification of the advancement of the era, which has given a new logic of intangible cultural heritage inheritance, and various intelligent powers should be developed including intelligent acquisition, processing and judgement ability of content value. Then, the technology empowerment is analyzed, which has made reconstruction of intangible cultural heritage inheritance: while being digitalized,the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has become systematized in way of “Points, Lines and Planes” at the same time. Therefore, the communication ecology of intangible cultural heritage could be established as a new approach of inheritance via all sorts of intelligent technologies, so as to promote Chinese cultural soft power and enhance our national image in the long run.

Problems and Countermeasures for the Protection of Agricultural Heritage in China

With the rapid development of modern agriculture,China has increasingly attached importance to the protection and development of agricultural cultural heritage,but it has encountered severe challenges in reality.By analyzing the connotation and current situation of agricultural cultural heritage,to address the issues faced by China,such as imbalanced theoretical and practical development,difficulty in grasping the boundaries of protection and development,inadequate research and management mechanisms,large funding gaps,lack of talent,and insufficient international influence,targeted solutions are proposed based on relevant information and literature.This aims to strengthen the protection,activation,and inheritance of agricultural cultural heritage.

Protecting intangible cultural heritage of linguistic culture resources and developing strategies from the perspective of cultural ecology

From the perspective of cultural ecology, the thesis takes the linguistic culture resources as the research object, analyzes the diversified and endangered characteristics of linguistic cultural resources, and then comes up with three different strategies to protect intangible cultural heritage of linguistic culture domain and to develop cultural industry. Then it stresses cultural self-consciousness, sustainable development of cultural ecology to develop and protect the linguistic culture resources under the protection mechanism of intangible cultural heritage.

Protection of regional eco-culture preservation area: Based on the experience of overall protection of intangible cultural heritage

Eco-cultural preservation area is a synthesis of contradiction, which is the existing interregional coordination and conflict between the administrative divisions. Hence, it is quite different from the general integrity of the intangible cultural heritage protection. However, as one form of protection of intangible cultural heritage, it is connected with other forms of protection. Based on the cultural integration, the paper studied and summarized domain of intangible cultural heritage, and further research and investigation of the Eco-cultural preservation areas are discussed.

The libraries, especially the university libraries, are the important gathering places of the human cultural knowledge and the inheritance, which usually house some important and rare historical literature books and materials. Especially the local university libraries in the minority agglomeration regions collect the cultural resources with the local ethnic characteristics, so the local university libraries should have the better geographical advantages and the advantages of the subject resources to give full play to the unique functions and values to study and inherit the local cultural protection.

The Protection and Inheritance of Historical Architecture and Cultural Heritage——The Cognitive Bias and Participation of Shanghai Citizen and Promotion Strategy

The historical architecture and cultural heritage is basic embodiments of the cultural representation, cultural character and cultural spirit of a city. Based on 954 effective questionnaires of Shanghai citizens, this paper analyzes the basic situation, cognitive bias and obstacles of the protection and inheritance of historical architecture and cultural heritage. For example, the contradiction between the objective demand of urban renewal and the protection of historical building has yet to be coordinated,and the legal system for the protection of heritage has yet to be improved. The ' protective destruction' of historical buildings and the over-commercialization are serious. Lack of public awareness, cultural selfconfidence,cultural feelings, cultural experience, lack of talent, and so on. Based on these obstacles,this paper explores the common participation of governments and enterprises, social groups and individuals from the macro-strategic level to enhance the quality of the protection and inheritance of historical architecture and cultural heritage.

Protection and Utilization of Cultural Landscape in a Forest Park in Ethnic Minority Region ——With a Case of Zhangjiajie

Presently, more and more attention is paid to cultural landscapes by peo-ple at travel ing, especial y for folk culture in ethnic minority regions where rich hu-man landscapes could be ful y made use of to improve landscape quality. In the research, cultural landscapes in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park were surveyed and evaluated to analyze characters of cultural utilization, as wel as problems existing in the Park. In addition, highlights were given to protection on cultural landscapes in a forest park construction, presentation of ethnic minority culture, and ful development of tourism products.

“数字化生存”已成当代生存新趋势,对中国这样的多民族国家来说,各民族非物质文化遗产应该有机会共同享有数字化传播红利,从而构建起新的文化认同与民族国家共识。在文化传播新生态构建中,当前需要重点打造的议程包括两方面:一是突破特定民族非遗在物理小区域传承传播的传统,在中华民族整体的新文化叙事空间中,能让“独特性”通过多民族共同体建设出协同参与的新文化。二是获得虚拟空间全球开放传播福利的同时,按照数字媒介空间规则,如何再造传统小族群、小地域非遗在新世界中的发声机制,实现多民族文化内生的多样性在虚拟世界里的创新再造。探究全球流通的非遗文化产品和数字技术如何被传播再造者利用,首先是实现非遗数字化活态的基本策略,可以让非遗在数字化时代寻找海内外的发展空间,并成为全球化推广的一种生存模式。其次,观察这些数字化活态的形成过程如何催生出新的民族文化表达形式,可以在创新基础上弘扬中华传统文化的基因。同时,对于多民族文化遗产在数字媒介空间里的重新诠释与扩散,则能够通过传播新技术与数字叙事的构建,营造出有利于中华多民族非遗传承发展的新生态。

[目的/意义]目前,我国进入各级非遗代表性项目名录的非遗已达10万项,它们代表了中华民族最深刻的族群历史记忆。为应对社会大转型对非遗保护传承的全方位冲击,将抖音等平台技术纳入到政策范围,可以产生重大的政策效益与管理效益。[研究设计/方法]借助文献研究、政策文本分析、数据分析、案例研究等方法,深入探究当前非遗保护传承中的理论与实践困境,以及抖音对非遗传播传承产生的积极影响。[结论/发现]提出要超越非遗静态保护和文化生态区保护的范畴,将抖音等技术平台化非遗传播传承项目,纳入到政府向社会力量购买公共文化服务和国家艺术基金资助的政策范围,设计政府资助与市场商业模式双轨并进的政策路径,以形成政府原生态基因保护传承与市场化非遗形态传播传承两线并行的总体政策思路。同时,也要关注抖音等数字技术导致的非遗保护传承中的“市场失灵”问题,并实现政策的平衡。[创新/价值]为我国重构非遗的再生产方式、重塑非遗传播传承链条,突破非遗传承在社会日常生活中日益边缘化的困境,提供了有益参考。
