The development of science and technology,especially the rise of augmented reality(AR)technology provides a new way for the inheritance and innovation of traditional intangible cultural heritage.Based on the design and research of the tide play blind box of AR digital technology empowering traditional intangible cultural heritage,this paper discusses the application and feasibility of AR technology in the traditional intangible cultural heritage,analyzes the strategy of implementing AR technology empowering intangible cultural heritage,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the challenges that may be faced,aiming at providing new ideas and methods for traditional intangible cultural heritage and modern science and technology.

Campus Landscape and Campus Culture of Henan University of Science and Technology

Due to the differences in disciplines and regional cultural spirits,the campus landscape of Chinese universities has varying cultural connotations.Campus landscape is not only a reflection of regional school history and culture,but also a potential factor affecting students'ideology and values.At present,some colleges and universities in China only concern and consider the visual impact effect of campus landscape construction,while others take landscape planning and construction as an accessory of the main building,which seriously affects the soul guiding role of campus culture in campus landscape.The internal and external landscape pattern of Henan University of Science and Technology with landscape road and water system as the framework,as well as core scenic spots with rich cultural connotations,such as“Peony Dinghu map”,“Yueqin Lake”,embody the university history and culture,the characteristics of western Henan architecture and the specific campus culture positioning,providing a stark example for landscape planning and design of other colleges and universities in the future.

Humanizing the Culture of Technology Teams: Strategies for Creating Healthier and More Productive Work Environments

With the advancement of technology, companies are increasingly dependent on technology teams to stay competitive. However, members of these teams often work in stressful and unhealthy environments, which can undermine their productivity and well-being. The humanization of the culture of technology teams is an approach that aims to create healthier and more productive work environments for team members, promoting balance between personal and professional life. Despite the importance of a healthy and productive work environment, many companies do not invest in strategies to humanize the culture of their technology teams. This can lead to high levels of stress, staff turnover and low productivity. The objective of this project is to identify effective strategies to humanize the culture of technology teams and create healthier and more productive work environments in digital companies. For this, factors such as management styles, psychological safety, human-centered development, individual beliefs and time and energy management will be analyzed. The project’s methodology will include a literature review on the subject and qualitative data analysis will be performed using a content analysis approach. This project will contribute to the advancement of knowledge about the humanization of the culture of technology teams in digital companies. The results can be applied to companies that want to create healthier and more productive work environments for their team members.

Overview of Research on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation Technology of Pholidota

The genus Pholidota has good medicinal value,and is often over-excavated by humans.Coupled with its low natural reproduction rate,Pholidota is almost endangered.This paper summarized the tissue culture and rapid propagation technology of Pholidota in recent years,aiming to provide key technical support for resource protection and development of Pholidota and preliminary foundation and technical support for follow-up related research.

Technology and Community in a Rural Culture: The Amish

The Amish are a marginal outgroup in the United States who have remained far from the center of the dominant society in their nearly 400 year history.This is in part due to a judicious acceptance and adoption of newer technologies,as these are not viewed as vales free.This highly religious community is promoted as a tourist attraction by various states where their communities flourish.Their culture seems quaint or antiquated,though this is partly due to a preference for older methods of labor and production that have stood the test of time and serve to maintain integrity of the culture.The Amish have been persecuted in past for choosing to be a non-violent culture,which has also prohibited their exposure to various technologies.Their history in America runs counter to the culture and experiences of the dominant social culture,as well as many minority cultures.Their endurance and success run counter to much of the development of social welfare milestones and policy in America.Yet,the Amish represent marginal and oppressed people in immigrant history.Many who promote their culture continue to exploit them based upon the misunderstandings of the larger society.Some who write about them perpetuate these misconceptions.This paper seeks to examine critically via the selection of available historical evidence,and through the historical observations of earlier writers raised in Amish tradition,how the Amish view themselves and concerning technology within their culture.

Effects of Technology on Organizational Culture and Climate and Ethics: Implications for Human Service and Professional Outcomes

The study of the key empirical literature, the role of the effect of information, and communication technologies on culture and climate in organizations is a relatively recent phenomenon in administration, though there is some historical context from the empirical literature. Climate and its impact on various organizational outcomes have been investigated for less than the past 35 years. Little is available in the literature with respect to the impact of culture and climate on the role of ethics within organizations. This presentation of current studies will review and critically analyze recent quantitative research concerning ethical outcomes and the influence of organizational factors on ethical outcomes with potential relevance human service delivery organizations and to social work practice and related professions.

The application of new media technology in the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine culture

In the context of the new era,the use of new media technologies has enabled TCM culture to spread in a completely new way,and has achieved significant results on some new media platforms,which deserves our in-depth analysis.The first part of this article discusses the use of new social media to spread TCM culture to a larger extent.The second part discusses the propaganda effect of new media broadcasting platform on TCM documentaries.The third part discusses the role of new media mobile platform in TCM education and diagnosis.The fourth part discusses the role of new media sales platform in promoting health care products of TCM.The fifth part discusses the problems of traditional Chinese medicine culture in the dissemination of new media in the hope of providing new ideas for the development of Chinese medicine.

Innovation and Firm Co-ownership Network in China’s Electric Vehicle Industry

Firms are embedded in complex networks,where diverse ideas combine and generate new ideas.Shareholders of firms are of-ten seen as critical external resources that have significant influence on firm innovation.The current literature tends to focus on the rela-tionship between firms and their shareholders,while paying less attention to the connections between firms with the same shareholders.This article identifies two types of network spillover effects,intra-city network effect and inter-city network effect,by visualizing the co-ownership networks in China’s electric vehicle(EV)industry.We find that firms with the same shareholders,which are defined as co-owned EV firms,are more innovative than non-co-owned ones.Furthermore,there are two dominant types of firm co-ownership ties formed by corporate and financial institution shareholders.While corporate shareholders help exploiting local tacit knowledge,financial institutions are more active in bridging inter-city connections.The conclusion is confirmed at both firm and city levels.This paper theor-izes the firm co-ownership network as a new form of institutional proximity and tested the result empirically.For policy consideration,we have emphasized the importance of building formal or informal inter-firm network,and the government should further enhance the knowledge flow channel by institutional construction.

Interpretation of the Characteristics of the Southern Anhui Third Front Industrial Cultural Landscape in the Context of Philosophy of Technology

The third front industrial cultural landscape has the dual attributes of “industry” and “nature”.The special historical background and mountainous environment make it a distinctive industrial cultural landscape.Taking the third front industrial cultural landscape of southern Anhui as an example,this paper uses philosophy of technology to study this industrial cultural landscape with “modernity” characteristics,so as to make its “culture” return to the industrial cultural system and rethink,rather than the previous interpretation in the context of “cultural relics”.Then,under the framework of natural system,technological system and cultural system,the deep-seated cultural philosophy characteristics of the third front industrial cultural landscape are explained from the technological nature of the three line industrial cultural landscape.

Modeling the dynamics of firms' technological impact

Recent studies in complexity science have uncovered temporal regularities in the dynamics of impact along scientific and other creative careers, but they did not extend the obtained insights to firms. In this paper, we show that firms' technological impact patterns cannot be captured by the state-of-the-art dynamical models for the evolution of scientists' research impact, such as the Q model. Therefore, we propose a time-varying returns model which integrates the empiricallyobserved relation between patent order and technological impact into the Q model. The proposed model can reproduce the timing pattern of firms' highest-impact patents accurately. Our results shed light on modeling the differences behind the impact dynamics of researchers and firms.

Cultural Influence,Organizational Climate,Ability of Information Technology to Motivation and Satisfaction Employees of Bankaltim

This research copes to study the relationship between cultural variables of organization,organizational climate,ability of information technology,motivation work to satisfaction of bank employees’performance and activity of BPD in East Kalimantan.This research addressed to analyze the cultural variable of organization,the ability of information technology,motivation and satisfaction.This research of the survey is done by using the approach of pad cross sectional study of 13 sub-provinces and town bank of BPD in East Kalimantan.Technique intake of the sample depends on random proportional sampling.Measurement is conducted with structural equation modeling(SEM)pass courses of AMOS 5 and 150 samples taken by bank employees of BPD in East Kalimantan.Result of examination with technique of SEM,indicated that the model has developed degree of axle.According to research data at moderating storey,result of evaluation of goodness of fit indices indicates result of the moderating to the overalls of constructs in the model.Partially developed constructs evaluate good fit of goodness.In general,all the exogenous variables(cultural of organization,the ability of information technology,and organizational climate)have significant effect on motivation and satisfaction of bank activity of BPD in East Kalimantan.Some hypotheses raised in this research can be accepted.Organizational culture has a significant effect on motivation work employees and satisfaction of activity,and ability of information technology has a significant effect on motivation and satisfaction of activity,while organizational climate does not.

On the Relationship between the Evolution of Technological Firms and Their Knowledge Development Regimes

Differences in knowledge regimes and growth dynamics amongst four ideal types of knowledge based firms are analyzed. Two aspects of technological knowledge, technological opportunity and appropriability are traditionally seen as vital to understand the incentives for research and development activities in firms. However, they do not fully define the technology regimes, when one asks how the knowledge based firm competes. Therefore, the dynamic nature of firm capabilities and knowledge development in terms of expansion and in terms of deepening are also discussed. These two additional aspects of knowledge implies that even if all firms in an industry can be considered to be knowledge intensive these firms do also differ. Using cases of entrepreneurial start-up firms in Sweden, we illustrate whether our conceptual ideas of knowledge development help us understand the diversity and contradictions of firm evolution. Our finding is that firm evolution and capability development is dependent upon both the potential for expanding knowledge, such as by innovations, and by deepening the understanding within established knowledge, such as by learning. This implies that the shaping of a science based industry must be seen in relation both to the value of current knowledge and capabilities together with the sometimes only limited and temporarily advantages of radical innovations.
