Premodern Intercultural Communication by Reanalyzing the Phrase“Da Yi Jing Cheng(大医精诚)”

Culture is fluid,not static.When one culture meets and blends with another,Westerm academic circles tend to use cultural hybridity to express a mixed state of culture.By reanalyzing the classic texts in relation to“Da Yi Jing Cheng(大医精诚)”,tracing the evolution of traditional medical ethics in history,and combining the knowledge of cultural hybridity,this paper suggests that cultural hybridity is not applicable to the discussion on the phenomenon of intercultural communication in the era before the rise of national states and modernity.A new discourse is needed to express intercultural integration,one that breaks through Western values and embodies the characteristics of Asian civilization.Civilization exchange and mutual learning can become the ideal model of intercultural communication under the background of the“Belt and Road Initiative”.

Korean Wave： Towards Regional Cultural Diffusion？

The aim of this paper is firstly to determine if the Korean television drama Winter Sonata and its spinoffs are contributing to contemporary cross-cultural diffusion in Japan. Secondly, if cross-cultural diffusion is occurring, is it contributing to a loss of local identity？ Winter Sonata is a small but significant part of the Korean Wave and in the vanguard of Korean television drama content viewed in Japan. There have been macro political changes in East Asia, largely driven by Korea, resulting in an easing of restrictions on cross-border media trade. These in turn have progressively created a new dynamic in content and volume. The methodology used for the study is triangulation including document analysis, audience analysis, and commercial outcomes. The convergent validation derived from the three parameters advances the proposition that Winter Sonata has contributed to cultural diffusion from a Japanese perspective but not to a loss of local identity. Arguably, the process is an enriching one in East Asia reinforced by multi-lateral media trade.

A spatial orthogonal allocation and heterogeneous cultural hybrid algorithm for multirobot exploration mission planning

A spatial orthogonal allocation method is devised for multirobot tasks allocation.A 3D space model is adopted to describe exploration mission;meanwhile spatial orthogonal tentative technology is utilized to update the attractor position for load balance.Heterogeneous interactive cultural hybrid architecture is proposed to solve a robot route planning problem;it utilizes good-point-set to initialize population spaces,redefine novel evolution model and particle evolution ability,and introduce near-neighbor local search strategy in order to enhance search capability.Finally,spatial orthogonal allocation and heterogeneous cultural hybrid algorithm (SOAHCHA) are verified by simulation analysis and MORCS2 planning experiments;those results show that the proposed algorithm is efficient because of its successful performance and balanced allocation.

Multi-robot exploration mission planning and stochastic increment replanning for load balance

Multi-robot mission planning is composed of assignment allocation and mobile-robot route planning in this paper.Multi-robot exploration missions adopts fuzzy c-mean(FCM)algorithm to allocate,and then,heterogeneous interactive cultural hybrid algorithm(HICHA)is devised for route planning in order to optimize mobilerobot execution path.Meanwhile,we design multi-robot mission replanning mechanism based on the rules system of greedy algorithm for dynamic stochastic increment missions.Finally,extensive simulation experiments were shown that FCM for assignment allocation and HICHA for route planning were efficacious for mobile-robot exploration mission planning.Furthermore,the improved greedy algorithm based on experience rules met dynamic stochastic increment missions replanning requirement for load balance.
