Fatigue damage increases with the applied loading cycles in a cumulative manner and the material deteriorates with the corrosion time. A cumulative fatigue damage rule under the alternative of corrosion or cyclic loading was proposed. The specimens of aluminum alloy LY12-CZ soaked in corrosive liquid for different times were tested under the constant amplitude cyclic loading to obtain S-N curves. The test was carried out to verify the proposed cumulative fatigue damage rule under the different combinations among corrosion time, loading level, and the cycle numbers. It was shown that the predicted residual fatigue lives showed a good agreement with the experimental results and the proposed rule was simple and can be easily adopted. 展开更多

The effects of different lateral confinement stress on the fatigue behavior and cumulative damage of plain concrete were investigated experimentally. Eighty 100mm×100mm×100mm specimens of ordinary strength concrete were tested with constant-or variable-amplitude cyclic compression and lateral confinement pressure in two orthogonal directions. A fatigue equation was gained by modifying the classical Aas-Jakobsen S-N equation and used for taking into account the effect of the confined stress on fatigue strength of plain concrete. The present study indicates that the fatigue failure is greatly influenced by the sequence of applied variable-amplitude fatigue loading, and Miner’s rule is inapplicable to predict the residual fatigue life, especially in the sequence of low to high. The present research also shows that the exponent d of the Corten-Dolan’s damage formula is a constant depending on the materials and the levels of load spectrum, and d can be determined through the two-stage fatigue tests. The residual fatigue lives predicted by Corten-Dolan’s damage formula are found to be in good agreement with the results of the experiments. 展开更多

To verify the predicted results, a special fatigue expenment, in which thenumber of specimen is up to 101, is conducted using a fighter spectrum loading. The Palmgren-Miner, Broutman-Sahu and Hashin-Rotem models are compared to determine which of the three gives the most accurate estimation of the fatigue life of the materials tested. In addition, comparison of the fatigue life of the materials shows the superiority of AISI 6150 steel and S2 glass fibre/epoxy at lower mean stresses, and that of steel to the composites at higher mean stresses. 展开更多

建立VL密封结构模型,在不同温度条件下,研究其应力状态分布。以Miner损伤机理为基础,疲劳累计损伤理论为指导,研究不同温度条件下,VL型密封结构中O型橡胶圈、L型圈的疲劳寿命变化规律和疲劳寿命状况。结果表明:随着温度增加,O型橡胶圈的... 建立VL密封结构模型,在不同温度条件下,研究其应力状态分布。以Miner损伤机理为基础,疲劳累计损伤理论为指导,研究不同温度条件下,VL型密封结构中O型橡胶圈、L型圈的疲劳寿命变化规律和疲劳寿命状况。结果表明:随着温度增加,O型橡胶圈的Mises应力变化不大,疲劳寿命先增加后减小,当温度为25℃时,危险点处疲劳寿命最大,为7.341×10^(7)次,且疲劳寿命随着温度的增加,由局部变化转变为整体变化;L型圈的Mises应力由60.19 MPa逐渐减小到26.38 MPa,位置由底部开始,向内壁转移,最后到L型圈内部为止,最小疲劳寿命为2.21×10^(5)次。此外,在低温环境下,L型圈最小疲劳寿命较小,但平均疲劳寿命较大;在高温环境下,L型圈最小疲劳寿命较大,但平均疲劳寿命较小。 展开更多

提出了采用高斯-勒让德公式进行数值积分的累积疲劳损伤计算方法,该方法通过对包含当量载荷概率密度函数的不可积被积函数进行数值积分来计算累积疲劳损伤。以16Mn和60Si2Mn两种材料为研究对象,基于正态分布和威布尔分布两种常见的当量... 提出了采用高斯-勒让德公式进行数值积分的累积疲劳损伤计算方法,该方法通过对包含当量载荷概率密度函数的不可积被积函数进行数值积分来计算累积疲劳损伤。以16Mn和60Si2Mn两种材料为研究对象,基于正态分布和威布尔分布两种常见的当量载荷分布形式,采用试验设计法对算法进行了验证,结果表明,采用高斯-勒让德公式进行数值积分的累积疲劳损伤算法是正确和有效的;同时与传统的八级载荷法进行了对比分析,结果表明,在连续或准连续载荷谱作用下,采用八级载荷分级法计算累积疲劳损伤会出现较大的偏差率,并且偏差率不稳定,相比于八级载荷法,高斯数值积分法是一种更优的累积疲劳损伤计算方法,可以极大地提高累积疲劳损伤的计算精度。 展开更多

纺织机卷绕头长期振动会产生零件损伤,这种振动损伤会形成线性积累,当前方法对卷绕头的疲劳损伤以固定阈值为主,未考虑损伤积累问题,所以难以准确预测卷绕头的疲劳寿命。因此提出基于Miner线性累计损伤的纺织机卷绕头疲劳寿命预测方法... 纺织机卷绕头长期振动会产生零件损伤,这种振动损伤会形成线性积累,当前方法对卷绕头的疲劳损伤以固定阈值为主,未考虑损伤积累问题,所以难以准确预测卷绕头的疲劳寿命。因此提出基于Miner线性累计损伤的纺织机卷绕头疲劳寿命预测方法。分析纺织卷绕头的主要结构,并从轴段单元、刚性盘、机匣、支承部件四方面出发,构建卷绕头整体的动力学方程。构建振动方程明确卷绕头的振动受力,结合Miner线性累计损伤理论,构建高速卷绕头的疲劳寿命预测函数,完成纺织机卷绕头疲劳寿命的预测。实验结果表明:这种估计方法的疲劳强度损失值与实际值更为接近,振动位移分析结果更加精准,且疲劳寿命预测误差降低,平均误差仅为1.475%。 展开更多

The effects of different lateral confinement stress on the fatigue behavior of and cumulative damage to plain concrete are investigated experimentally. Eighty 100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm specimens of ordinary strength concrete are tested under constant- or variable-amplitude fatigue loading and lateral confinement pressure in two orthogonal directions. A fatigue equation is developed by modifying the classical Aas-Jakobsen S-N equation for taking into account the effect of the confined stress on fatigue strength of plain concrete. The results of variable-amplitude fatigue tests indicate that the linear damage theory proposed by Palmgren and Miner is unreasonable in the biaxial stress state. A nonlinear cumulative damage model that could model the effects of the magnitude and sequence of variable-amplitude fatigue loading and lateral confinement pressure is proposed on the basis of the evolution laws of the residual strains in the longitudinal direction during fatigue tests. The residual fatigue. life predicted by this model is found to be in good agreement with the results of the experimental research. 展开更多

The procedure of reliability-based fatigue analysis of liquefied natural gas(LNG) carrier of membrane type under wave loads is presented. The stress responses of the hotspots in regular waves with different wave heading angles and wave lengths are evaluated by global ship finite element method(FEM) . Based on the probabilistic distribution function of hotspots' short-term stress-range using spectral-based analysis,Weibull distribution is adopted and discussed for fitting the long-term probabilistic distribution of stress-range. Based on linear cumulative damage theory,fatigue damage is characterized by an S-N relationship,and limit state function is established. Structural fatigue damage behavior of several typical hotspots of LNG middle ship section is clarified and reliability analysis is performed. It is believed that the presented results and conclusions can be of use in calibration for practical design and initial fatigue safety evaluation for membrane type LNG carrier. 展开更多

目前,中国机场水泥混凝土道面设计中并未单独计算温度应力。参考传热学研究成果在道路工程和场道工程中的应用,采用华北地区某机场实例及其气象数据,建立有限元模型模拟道面结构温度场,并计算分析该机场道面板温度场和温度应力情况。结... 目前,中国机场水泥混凝土道面设计中并未单独计算温度应力。参考传热学研究成果在道路工程和场道工程中的应用,采用华北地区某机场实例及其气象数据,建立有限元模型模拟道面结构温度场,并计算分析该机场道面板温度场和温度应力情况。结果表明,温度荷载造成的板底应力曲线与气温、辐射曲线之间存在较大的相位差,板底最大拉应力出现在19—20时。将随时间变化的温度应力与随横向位置变化的飞机轮载应力叠加,并将轮载作用次数按横向、月度、时刻分布,计算机场道面板的累计损伤和剩余寿命。结果表明,采用该方法预测的机场跑道剩余寿命与钻芯取样检测、FAARFIELD软件预测结果,以及跑道实际继续运营时长较为接近。可通过所提方法计算厚度较大的机场道面板的温度应力,对既有机场水泥混凝土道面结构的剩余寿命进行预测评估,并为大尺寸机场水泥混凝土道面板的研究和设计提供参考。 展开更多

极地船舶在冰区航行中经常与各种类型的海冰发生不同程度的碰撞,充足的疲劳强度储备至关重要。本文提出了基于实测冰载荷的极地船舶结构冰激疲劳的累积损伤分析方法。以“雪龙”号极地考察船为研究对象,通过对我国第8次北极科学考察中... 极地船舶在冰区航行中经常与各种类型的海冰发生不同程度的碰撞,充足的疲劳强度储备至关重要。本文提出了基于实测冰载荷的极地船舶结构冰激疲劳的累积损伤分析方法。以“雪龙”号极地考察船为研究对象,通过对我国第8次北极科学考察中的冰厚和航速等现场测量数据进行统计分析,在冰厚0.5~2.5 m、航速2~12 kn范围内构造冰激疲劳工况,并将二者的联合概率分布作为疲劳工况的发生概率;基于支持向量机方法反演识别出典型工况下的冰载荷时程,通过动力学分析确定关键位置及相应的热点应力,并采用雨流计数法统计应力循环次数;最后通过S-N曲线和Miner线性累积损伤理论进一步计算该航次内的疲劳损伤度,验证了“雪龙”号在冰区航行的安全性。本文对极地船舶结构的抗冰设计和安全评估具有一定的参考意义。 展开更多

多跨预应力混凝土简支T梁桥在重载铁路线路中应用广泛,随着线路年运量的增长及大轴重长编组货物列车的运行,车桥动力响应加剧,桥梁发生疲劳破坏风险增大。为了解决这些问题,本文建立重载列车-钢轨-预应力混凝土简支T梁桥精细化分析模型... 多跨预应力混凝土简支T梁桥在重载铁路线路中应用广泛,随着线路年运量的增长及大轴重长编组货物列车的运行,车桥动力响应加剧,桥梁发生疲劳破坏风险增大。为了解决这些问题,本文建立重载列车-钢轨-预应力混凝土简支T梁桥精细化分析模型,精确求解重载列车过桥时的车桥动力响应;采用雨流计数法统计分析桥梁普通受拉钢筋应力时程,获得疲劳应力谱;基于Miner准则和Corten-Dolan准则,计算典型疲劳列车单次过桥时的桥梁疲劳损伤;利用灰色GM(1,1)模型来预测线路未来年运量,并对预应力混凝土T梁疲劳损伤进行分析,对剩余寿命进行评估。研究结果表明:随着货车编组数量增加,列车过桥引起的桥梁动力响应峰值趋于稳定,仅应力时程中间周期性波动部分相应延长;由于考虑了结构非线性累积损伤的影响,在相同疲劳列车作用时,按照Corten-Dolan准则计算的桥梁疲劳损伤比按Miner准则计算的桥梁疲劳损伤大7.2%左右;4种典型疲劳列车(C_(64)-N-66、C_(70)-1-116、C_(80)-1-108、C_(80)-2-216)独立运送相同运量货物时引起的桥梁损伤之比为1?0.768?0.543?0.457;在线路容许条件下,宜优先开行大轴重且更长联编组的货物列车,在运量相同时可有效降低对桥梁的疲劳损伤;基于车-轨-桥精细化模型和Corten-Dolan准则,采用等效列车历史运营谱和未来运营谱来考虑年运量和疲劳列车大轴重长编组的发展趋势,可更精确评估重载铁路预应力混凝土简支T梁桥的剩余疲劳寿命。 展开更多
