The agricultural science and technology park is a demonstration carrier for the assembly and integration of agricultural technology,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the modern agricultural production. It is an inevitable choice and important way to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. This paper reviewed the construction background,functional characteristics and development history of agricultural science and technology parks. It analyzed the current development situations of the provincial agricultural science and technology parks in Jiangyang District,Luzhou City of Sichuan Province. Then,it summarized its experience in park construction and compared with surrounding national and provincial agricultural science and technology parks. The development of rural industries in Bijie City of Guizhou Province leads the comprehensive rural revitalization with industrial revitalization,takes high-quality development as the overall guide,focuses on industrial scale,standardization,branding,and marketization,and strives to extend the industrial chain and enhance the value chain to achieve the prosperity of rural industries.In this study,it investigated the current situation of rural industry development in Bijie City(improving the quality and efficiency of characteristic industries,expanding the quantity and efficiency of agricultural products processing industry,recruiting and cultivating large business entities,expanding and strengthening the brand of agricultural products,and upgrading the rural tourism).Through analysis,it found that there are problems such as small scale of production enterprises,insufficient cultivation of independent brands,short industrial chain,low added value,weak market expansion ability,imperfect interest connection mechanism,and insufficient participation of farmers.Finally,it came up with countermeasures for the development of rural industries in Bijie City,including improving supporting facilities and building an extension base;strengthening leading enterprises and focus on deep processing;highlighting regional characteristics and paying close attention to the docking of production and marketing;enhancing the characteristic brand and strengthening the support of science and technology;promoting collaboration and support,and making innovation in the connection of interests.

In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,with the development of politics,economy and culture,the development of health maintenance of traditional Chinese medicine entered a heyday.Food therapy is an important part of the health theory of traditional Chinese medicine.In the 5,000 years of Chinese civilization,you can see the record of food therapy everywhere.It can be said that food therapy of traditional Chinese medicine develops together with traditional Chinese medicine.As a treasure in the treasure-house of Chinese medicine,food therapy has a long history and rich practice.Based on the current research,further research on relevant theories remains to be carried out.Focusing on the historical period of Ming and Qing dynasties,this paper takes the works related to food,nutrition and therapy(including general works and monographs on diet),the health thoughts and practice characteristics of representative health practitioners as the research perspective,and sorts out the above research contents in the past 20 years,analyzes the research overview and trend.It is found that in the study of food nourishing in Ming and Qing dynasties,there are few studies on the contents of diet nourishing in the general works.This suggests that when we study the development of diet nourishing in Ming and Qing Dynasties,we should not only study the monograph of diet nourishing and the thoughts of doctors,but also pay attention to the diet nourishing thought reflected in the general works.The study of diet monographs in Ming Dynasty mainly focused on the textual research of wild plants,and the study of diet monographs in Qing Dynasty mainly focused on the application.The study on the health care thought of doctors in Ming and Qing Dynasties mainly focused on the views of food nourishing and personal health care.These studies are summarized in order to provide reference for further theoretical research and provide reference for contemporary research on food nourishing diet.

Present Situation and Recommendations on the Development of Dalbergia odorifera in Hainan

Dalbergia odorifera is particularly scarce,and the D. odorifera furniture and commercial raw materials on the market are mainly old furniture and agricultural tools,as well as commercially collected D. odorifera logs. The logs and high-grade furniture made from D. odorifera are extremely expensive. It takes several decades for D. odorifera to grow into wood. At present,there is only a small area of newly planted and regenerated forest,and the planting area of D. odorifera is about 15 000 ha in Hainan Island,distributed in the low altitude area of Hainan Island. It is suggested that Hainan D. odorifera island should be built through the transformation of low-yielding forest land,the use of wasteland and marginal cultivated land,land around houses,green belt and roadside land for the cultivation of D. odorifera,and the development area can be up to 100 000-150 000 ha. It is necessary to mobilize farmers to revitalize the rural green economy,plant D. odorifera,beautify the environment,and increase the economic resources of rural trees; actively publicize the legal nature and obligation of D. odorifera protection,and create a strong atmosphere for each family to plant and protect D. odorifera.

Current Situation and Prospects for Shale Gas Exploration and Development in China

China has made great progress during 7 years of shale gas exploration and development. The country managed to finish a preliminary assessment of its resources, start commercial development of two shale gas blocks, and carry out basic technological research for independent development of the gas. To encourage the development of the sector, the country also issued a series of preferential policies. Two rounds of shale gas bidding were held successfully. However, shale gas development in China is still in an early stage. Challenges such as immature geological theories, lack of key technologies and capital,and environmental issues are almost inevitable and need to be tackled before or duringthe exploration and development of shale gas in the country. Overall, shale gas has a bright future in China because of the country's urgent demand for cleaner energy and its current heavy reliance upon imported gas. The article suggests that China will be able to produce 40 bcm by 2020 and that a healthy development of shale gas will be good news for both chemical engineering and peak shaving reserves.
