According to service groups, a service group could be defined as several services that were used together by one user at a time, and cooperative relationship between each two services can be calculated. In the process of recommendation, the services which are highly related to the service that the user has selected would be obtained firstly, the result should then take the QoS (Quality of Service) similarity between service’s QoS and user’s preference into account, so the final result combining the cooperative relationship and similarity will meet the functional needs of users and also meet the user’s personalized non-functional requirements. This work aims at developing the actor-to-actor (A2A) relationship concept in service contexts enhancing the contribution of the systems theories. The most recent progresses related to the research on the service, as a matter of fact, highlight how the nowadays co-creation processes are key elements in each service context. Both the Service Science (SS) and the Service Dominant (S-D) logic analyse the importance of the role played by the numerousness of actors involved in the service exchange because of the resources held (and released) and the contribution they can offer. System theories, and in particular the Viable System Approach, offer the possibility of an holistic perspective able to re-interpret the same characterizing mechanisms of the value co-creation. In the following parts of the work it will presented a conceptual analysis based on the contribution of the VSA, the SS and the S-D logic, whose scientific proposals will be developed and critically analysed in order to verify the proposition coherence in terms of A2A relationships within the value co-creation process. The relational perspective of the Service Eco-systems shows a view open to network in relation to economic and social actors, where each organization can be considered as an actor because it is actively committed in the value co-creation development, going beyond the difference between the user, the producer, or the exchange facilitator. Therefore, the contribution proposes some progresses compared with the business to business (B2B) approach and literature, through the introduction of the new A2A interaction concept within the service context for the indistinct role that the actors play in the value co-creation process. In this perspective, the contribution introduces the research line focused on the service, giving attention, afterwards, to the service system context, in order to analyse the features of these systems with the specific goal of identifying its peculiarity. The contribution proceed with the presentation of the systems thinking, and in particular the VSA contribution, directed toward the description of the gaps that the authors identify in the present research attempting to offer some orientations for the comprehension and the improvement of the service systems and of their planning and management implications. The contribution finally proposes an integrated interpretation of the several emerging paradigms (VSA, SS and S-D logic) seeking an in-depth-analysis of the A2A relationships in the service contexts. 展开更多

City networks have been a critical topic in the fields of urban geography and regional economics. Numerous studies have explored city networks, focusing mainly on infrastructure and industrial networks. Unlike traditional urban network of which the major measuring indexes are population sizes and entity industries, online commodity service networks could reflect well the influencing of emerging economies, especially the Internet economy, on city networks. This study analyzes and reveals structural features of China's city networks through online commodity services, providing the internet economic approach on city networks. Results indicate that the core cities of online commodity service networks are mainly concentrated in eastern coastal areas. In addition, spatial polarization and layer structure of network connections are obvious, descending from the centers in eastern China to peripheral cities in central and western China. Online commodity services of different cities show apparent differences and uncertainties in terms of specialization rates of international connection, which presents a tendency toward diversification. Online commodity service networks are not only associated with goods production, supply, and consumption in physical space but also reflect virtual information, capital, and technology flows, thus providing a new empirical approach for understanding city networks in information and internet economic age. 展开更多

The COVID-19 pandemic has stalled and rolled back progress on Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs).Ecosys-tem services(ESs),defined as the contributions of ecosystems to human well-being,underpin the achievement of SDGs.To promote SDG achievement in post-pandemic era,we teased out the links between ESs and SDGs while examining the impact of COVID-19.We found that ESs benefited all SDGs,yet man-made pressures led to degra-dation of ecosystems and their services.There is broad consensus that the virus lurks in degraded ecosystems and generates spillover due to human interference.The pandemic and global lockdown/restriction disrupted the flow of ESs and altered human ESs demand,threatening the efforts for the SDGs.We suggested:1)to study the association and traceability of ESs-SDGs under the pandemic;2)to prioritize pressing issues such as health care,livelihood,and resource security and in the long run,we should promote human-nature harmony to achieve the SDGs;and 3)to enhance ESs and to promote the SDGs through local community efforts,ESs accounting,and ecosystem restoration.This paper provides insights into the importance of ESs to the SDGs and the ways to integrate ESs into socio-economic development to promote the SDG achievement after the pandemic. 展开更多

The relationship between attribute performance and customer satisfaction: an interpretable machine learning approach

Understanding the relationship between attribute performance(AP)and customer satisfaction(CS)is crucial for the hospitality industry.However,accurately modeling this relationship remains challenging.To address this issue,we propose an interpretable machine learning-based dynamic asymmetric analysis(IML-DAA)approach that leverages interpretable machine learning(IML)to improve traditional relationship analysis methods.The IML-DAA employs extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)and SHapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP)to construct relationships and explain the significance of each attribute.Following this,an improved version of penalty-reward contrast analysis(PRCA)is used to classify attributes,whereas asymmetric impact-performance analysis(AIPA)is employed to determine the attribute improvement priority order.A total of 29,724 user ratings in New York City collected from TripAdvisor were investigated.The results suggest that IML-DAA can effectively capture non-linear relationships and that there is a dynamic asymmetric effect between AP and CS,as identified by the dynamic AIPA model.This study enhances our understanding of the relationship between AP and CS and contributes to the literature on the hotel service industry. 展开更多

Objective: Reflection is considered to be one of the important ways to learn from one's experience, and one should be encouraged to apply the skill of reflection in lifelong learning. The author used the critical emancipatory reflection theory to reflect on a practice issue,which was related to the relationship between doctors and nurses, and tries to become a lifelong reflective practitioner in clinical work.Methods: Smyth's reflective framework, which includes the steps describe, inform, confront, and reconstruct, will be used in this article to help the author to understand the process of reflection and improve the skill of reflection. Utilizing Smyth's reflective framework to reflect on an issue in practice allows the author to break the routine way of thinking and learn from experience, as well as providing a higher quality of service for patients.Results: The theory of emancipatory reflection along with the critical reflection theory will be used to determine the beliefs and values that rule the author's action and derive how these are distinct from what the author is supposed to achieve. Besides, critical emancipatory reflection theory will be used to discover the dominant power structures in clinical practice; symbolic interaction and hegemony will be utilized to discover the factors that prevent the author from achieving the desired goals; socialization theory will be applied to facilitate the author in improving the professional identity.Conclusions: Using the critical emancipatory reflection on the issue in practice helps the author to find out the constraints in practice,bridge the espoused value and enacted value, and thereafter undertake transformative changes in practice. Eventually, the author can improve the skill of critical emancipatory reflection and become a lifelong reflective practitioner, and the quality of clinical practice can be improved as a result. 展开更多

Payment for ecosystem services(PES) is of great importance for the sustainable development of mountain areas, key hotspot regions for the provisioning of ecosystem services. At present, PES researches mainly focus on forest protection, carbon sink trading, and water protection. As an important industry in mountainous areas, cascade hydropower development has generated substantial economic benefits accompanied by social and ecological impacts. However, efficient PES mechanisms to deal with hydropower generation in mountain areas are still unavailable. Therefore, the lacking of PES in mountain systems limits the development of those areas, and compromise the sustainability of hydropower development. The critical reason lies in the lack of a scientific method that can quantitatively analyze the relationship of hydropower stations with a geographical scope at county level(i.e., quantifying the water yield service provided by each county within the cascade hydropower development basin), and with different hydropower enterprises. We use the Yarlung Zangbo River Basin of China as case study area, one of the major hydropower development basins in China. First, we used Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Tradeoffs(InVEST) model to map water yield service. Then, we calculated the value of water yield service by relating the water yield to the gross output value of hydropower stations. We revealed the relationship(e.g., hydropower stations and identified counties) between the payers and the payees of ecosystem services through mapping and quantifying the provisioning regions in the supply of water yield service and the users(hydropower enterprises). Finally, we discussed the current situation of benefit distribution in cascade hydropower development basin based on the supply and use of the water yield service. The results showed that 1) the spatial distribution of the value of water yield service is uneven: the upper reaches are highvalue areas;the eastern region is higher than the western region;and the maximum value(USD 119.2$/km2) is 34 times higher than the minimum value(USD 3.5 $/km2). 2) We found that four state-owned enterprises are the direct beneficiaries of water yield service, and 37 counties are suppliers, among which Gongbogyamda, Lhari and Damxung are the first level of supply. 3) Each hydropower station is provided with water yield service by several counties, and the value of water yield service varies greatly in each county, showing spatial differences. 4) Most counties are only partially involved in the process of water yield service being used by hydropower stations(i.e.,the boundary of water yield service is inconsistent with the administrative boundary). 5) Huaneng Tibet Yarlung Zangbo River Hydropower Development and Investment Co., Ltd. gets the greatest value(USD 1.8million $) from the use of water yield service, while China Energy Tibet Electric Power Co., Ltd. gets the smallest(USD 389.1 thousand $). 6) Counties near the lower reaches have gained more economic benefits, while the water yield service they provide have the lowest contribution to hydropower production. Our approach linked water yield ecosystem service and hydropower development effectively, and revealed their complex eco-economic relationship between producers and beneficiaries of ecosystem services, which provides key insights for the designing of a potential PES mechanism. 展开更多

生态型县域生态系统服务时空格局及其协同关系——以国家全域旅游示范区江西省武宁县为例

[目的]分析生态型县域生态系统服务的时空变化及协同关系,为促进国家生态文明建设,实现生态保护和社会经济协调发展提供理论参考。[方法]以江西省武宁县为例,结合野外实测数据,运用InVEST模型评估了该区2000—2020年水源涵养、土壤保持、碳储存和粮食供给4种典型生态系统服务,在此基础上探讨了生态系统服务间的协同关系及其时空变化特征。[结果]①2000—2020年,武宁县单位栅格年平均水源涵养量从173.14 mm提升至283.92 mm,单位栅格年平均粮食供给量从3.52 kJ提升至5.34 kJ,两者均呈现增长趋势;土壤保持功能呈先减少,后增长,再减少的波动趋势;20 a间土壤保持功能下降了15.71%,而碳储存功能呈现微弱增长的趋势。②武宁县南部和北部的林地是水源涵养、土壤保持和碳储存的高值区;水域、建设用地及未利用地分布区域是水源涵养、土壤保持和碳储存的低值区;4种生态系统服务中,林地和耕地是生态系统服务功能发展的关键用地。③武宁县水源涵养、土壤保持和碳储存3者之间是协同关系,与粮食供给是权衡关系;“高—高”和“低—低”集聚的协同关系主要分布在高海拔的林地及水域,“高—低”和“低—高”集聚的权衡关系主要分布在耕地。[结论]2000—2020年武宁县生态系统服务功能整体呈上升趋势,未来应重点关注生态调节服务功能向资源价值的转化。 展开更多

【目的】为解决微服务架构中频繁出现的系统故障以及异常快速传播的问题,特别是由于服务粒度细、更新迭代频繁及服务依赖复杂性引起的诊断复杂性,本文提出了一种基于动态微服务依赖图的故障根因快速定位方法。【方法】本方法基于微服务... 【目的】为解决微服务架构中频繁出现的系统故障以及异常快速传播的问题,特别是由于服务粒度细、更新迭代频繁及服务依赖复杂性引起的诊断复杂性,本文提出了一种基于动态微服务依赖图的故障根因快速定位方法。【方法】本方法基于微服务的配置信息和日志数据,动态生成服务依赖图,有效捕获服务间的动态依赖变化。在故障发生时,利用服务依赖图和异常事件数据推断异常间的因果链,构造异常因果关系图。结合服务依赖的权重,通过服务依赖图中搜寻并排序可能的根因节点,以实现异常源头的精准定位。【结果】实验结果表明,本方法异常根因top 5平均定位精确率达到66%,优于现有其它同类方法。 展开更多

服务市场开放影响制造业价值链升级:“双向开放”视角的新解读

本文基于服务市场“双向开放”的视角,系统剖析“本国对外开放”和“外部对华开放”对制造业价值链升级的影响。研究结果显示:(1)在遗漏“外部对华开放”变量的情形下,“本国对外开放”对制造业价值链升级的促进作用被高估;(2)“本国对... 本文基于服务市场“双向开放”的视角,系统剖析“本国对外开放”和“外部对华开放”对制造业价值链升级的影响。研究结果显示:(1)在遗漏“外部对华开放”变量的情形下,“本国对外开放”对制造业价值链升级的促进作用被高估;(2)“本国对外开放”和“外部对华开放”均显著促进制造业价值链升级,且“本国对外开放”的促进作用更大;(3)“本国对外开放”和“外部对华开放”对制造业价值链升级的影响具有明显的异质性特征;(4)“本国对外开放”和“外部对华开放”均通过服务市场技术溢出效应、服务市场竞争效应、企业创新能力和企业成本等渠道促进企业价值链升级;(5)“本国对外开放”和“外部对华开放”在促进制造业价值链升级的过程中呈现替代关系,且中美之间的替代关系强于其他经济体。这意味着当前在西方发达国家对华开放持续收紧和逐步封锁的背景下,中国可凭借积极主动的“本国对外开放”继续驱动制造业价值链攀升。 展开更多

生态系统服务权衡/协同关系的时空格局变化和关键阈值识别对区域生态保护与修复工程的建设和效益评价具有重要参考意义。已有研究主要关注生态保护和修复工程带来的生态系统服务及其权衡/协同关系的变化,很少将生态恢复的阈值效应考虑... 生态系统服务权衡/协同关系的时空格局变化和关键阈值识别对区域生态保护与修复工程的建设和效益评价具有重要参考意义。已有研究主要关注生态保护和修复工程带来的生态系统服务及其权衡/协同关系的变化,很少将生态恢复的阈值效应考虑其中。采用基于生态系统服务权衡/协同关系构建的生态获益指数,评价了陕西省2000年和2020年净初级生产力、土壤保持和产水服务的协同供给能力;利用地理探测器和约束线方法分析了生态系统服务协同供给能力的主导影响因素和阈值特征。结果表明:与2000年相比,2020年陕西省净初级生产力、土壤保持和产水服务均有所增加,两两生态系统服务之间总体表现为协同关系,但具有明显的时空差异。2020年生态系统服务协同供给能力明显增加,其中陕北中部和陕南西部提升最为明显。降水和归一化植被指数(NDVI)是生态系统服务协同供给能力的主导影响因素,他们对生态系统服务协同供给能力的影响具有非线性效应和阈值特征。当NDVI在0.6—0.7之间或年降水量为1100 mm左右时,生态系统服务协同供给能力达到最高,超过上述阈值后NDVI或降水对生态系统服务协同供给能力的促进作用减弱。研究能够为生态恢复效益评价提供参考方案,为陕西省生态保护和恢复建设提供决策支持。 展开更多
