The new Austrian tunneling method (NATM) is widely applied in design and construction of underground engineering projects. When the type and distribution of unfavorable geological bodies (UGBs) associated with their influences on geoengineering are complicated or unfortunately are overlooked, we should pay more attentions to internal features of rocks grades IV and V (even in local but mostly controlling zones). With increasing attentions to the characteristics, mechanism and influences of engineering construction-triggered geohazards, it is crucial to fully understand the disturbance of these geohazards on project construction. A reasonable determination method in construction procedure, i.e. the shape of working face, the type of engineering support and the choice of feasible procedure, should be considered in order to mitigate the construction-triggered geohazards. Due to their high sensitivity to groundwater and in-situ stress, various UGBs exhibit hysteretic nature and failure modes. To give a complete understanding on the internal causes, the emphasis on advanced comprehensive geological forecasting and overall reinforcement treatment is therefore of more practical significance. Compre- hensive evaluation of influential factors, identification of UGB, and measures of discontinuity dynamic controlling comprises the geoengineering condition evaluation and dynamic controlling method. In a case of a cut slope, the variations of UGBs and the impacts of key environmental factors are presented, where more severe construction-triggered geohazards emerged in construction stage than those predicted in design and field investigation stages. As a result, the weight ratios of different influential factors with respect to field investigation, design and construction are obtained. 展开更多

种植切花菊的土壤随着年限的不断增加理化性质发生改变、病虫害加重,影响切花菊的生产数量和品质。此研究针对切花菊土壤连作问题进行温室盆栽试验,采用连续种植切花菊6年并表现出严重连作障碍的土壤为盆栽用土,利用天然沸石、竹酢液、... 种植切花菊的土壤随着年限的不断增加理化性质发生改变、病虫害加重,影响切花菊的生产数量和品质。此研究针对切花菊土壤连作问题进行温室盆栽试验,采用连续种植切花菊6年并表现出严重连作障碍的土壤为盆栽用土,利用天然沸石、竹酢液、香叶天竺葵和海藻粉之间的不同配比,研究施入6种土壤调理剂后对连作切花菊的品质产量和土壤理化性质的影响。结果表明:施用调理剂后,土壤容重和土壤水吸力降低,总孔隙度、毛管孔隙度和通气孔隙度增加,土壤的pH值和EC值降低;切花菊中氮和磷的含量上升,钾含量下降,生物量、株高、叶绿素含量和根系活力都得到一定程度的提高,其中,处理5%沸石+香叶天竺葵(稀释300倍)效果最好。试验为未来解决土壤连作问题提供理论依据和实践支持。 展开更多

As the existing residual film crushing device in Xinjiang cannot directly crush membrane-impurity mixed material,by analyzing the compressive and cutting force characteristics of residual film material layer and cotton stalk,the cutting conditions of mixed materials were obtained,and the method of cutting was determined.A multi-edge toothed cutters was created,and a cutting device was built.It was preliminarily determined that the number of teeth in the cutters was 8,the clearance between the teeth and between the tooth and fixed blade was 3 mm,the speed of the high-speed cutter was 800 r/min,and the speed difference between the high-and low-speed cutters was-300 r/min.Test results show that the ratio of residual film to total residual film sampling mass was(2.22±0.30)%,(19.19±2.02)%,(58.94±3.19)% and(20.65±2.05)%,respectively,when the maximum outer profile size in the range of[0,20)mm,[20,100)mm,[100,500)mm and[500,~)mm.The mass of cotton stalks with lengths of[0,50)mm,[50,100)mm and[100,~)mm accounted for(32.57±1.5)%,(27.77±1.3)%and(39.66±1.75)%,respectively,and the cutting power consumption was(85.41±15.63)kJ.The test results can provide a basis for the subsequent membrane-impurity mixed material cutting technology,as well as some guidance for the separation of it. 展开更多

Cutting tool condition directly affects machining quality and efficiency.In order to avoid severely worn tools used during machining process and fully release the remaining useful life in the meanwhile,a reliable evaluation method of remaining useful life of cutting tools is quite necessary.Due to the variation of cutting conditions,it is a challenge to predict remaining useful life of cutting tools by a unified model.In order to address this issue,this paper proposes a method for predicting the remaining useful life of cutting tools in variable cutting conditions based on Gaussian process regression model incorporated with tool wear mechanism,where the predicted value at adjacent moments is constrained to a linear relationship by the covariance matrix of Gaussian model based on the assumption of progressive tool wear process,so the wear process under continuous changing conditions can be modelled.In addition to that,the input feature space and the output of the model are also enhanced by considering the tool wear mechanism for improving prediction accuracy.Machining experiments are performed to verify the proposed method,and the results show that the proposed could improve the prediction of tool remaining useful life significantly. 展开更多
