Aiming at the characteristics of modularity and reconfigurable in open architecture computer numerical control (CNC) system, the open architecture CNC system, Harbin Institute of Tech- nology computer numerical control (HITCNC), is researched and manufactured based on the interface standards. The system's external interfaces are coincident with the corresponding international standards, and the internal interfaces follow the open modular architecture controller (OMAC) agreement. In the research and manufacturing process, object-oriented technology is used to ensure the openness of the HITCNC, and static programming is applied in the CNC system according to the idea of modularization disassembly. The HITCNC also actualizes real-time and unreal-time modules adopting real-time dynamical linked library (RTDLL) and component object model (COM). Finite state ma- chine (FSM) is adopted to do dynamically modeling of HITCNC. The complete separation between the software and the hardware is achieved in the HITCNC by applying the SoftSERCANS technique. The application of the above key techniques decreases the programming workload greatly, and uses software programs replacing hardware functions, which offers plenty technique ensures for the openness of HITCNC. Finally, based on the HITCNC, a three-dimensional milling system is established. On the system, series experiments are done to validate the expandability and interchangeability of HITCNC. The results of the experiments show that the established open architecture CNC system HITCNC is correct and feasible, and has good openness. 展开更多

Purpose-Nowadays successful organizations need to be masters at leadership by values to play in a constantly changing and transforming environment.But how can leaders and organizations effectively convene strategic and culture development based on values?This paper presents the Tri-Intersectional Model of Leadership by Values(TMLV)in which leaders and organizations can integrate a sustainable strategy,as well as a culture and value-based management system that simultaneously leverages human,financial,and social resources.With its three essential axes of values(economic-pragmatic,emotional-development,and ethical-social)at their intersection points,it allows leaders to focus on the strategy linkages:innovation-intersection between the economic-pragmatic values axis and the emotional-development values axis-allows them to develop sustainable innovations;survival-intersection between the economic-pragmatic values axis and the ethical-social values axis-enhances their organization’s survival;finally,sensibility-intersection between the economic-pragmatic values axis and the ethical-social values axis-makes them more humane and more socially-responsible.The application of the TMLV,using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Open Technology Assessment System,can be a great inspiration for stimulating and working with values in organizations,as well as allowing leaders to develop a values-based,high-involvement,and performance-oriented culture.Methodology/Approach-This research considers empirical data analysis of the 37 case studies of the EU-InnovatE project(http//www.euinnovate.com)-a pioneering initiative to align innovation values to integrate the end user into the process of innovation and entrepreneurship related to a sustainable lifestyle and the green economy in Europe-using a fuzzy multiple-criteria decision making method and open technologies system,such as server-side PHP language,MariaDB Database,fork of MYSQL Database Management System,and JavaScript libraries to perform operation directly on the user’s browser.Findings-The application of the TMLV model,considering empirical analysis of the extracted values from the case studies,using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Open Technology Assessment System,can be a great inspiration for stimulating and working with values in João organizations,as well as allowing leaders to develop suitable strategies and interventions for shaping a sustainable high-performance culture.Research implications-This research can be a starting point for further research to assess the effectiveness of the leadership model based on a decision-making open technology system in any given organization,as well as to invite researchers who have positive passion about working with values to participate in the improvement of this tool.Originality/value-The Tri-Intersectional Model of Leadership by Values using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Open Technology Assessment System is presented as an evolution in leadership models that may be used to fuel innovation,survival,and a sensibility strategic focus that is necessary to optimize human and organizational performance and deliver effective solutions to the massive array of human,financial,and social problems we face today. 展开更多

Along with the development of information and communications technology,open educational resources were widely applied in training usage.The use of these resources facilitates the access to knowledge by enabling learners to transcend time and space.In this way,learners are able to obtain new knowledge more actively and efficiently than before.Using Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)as the theoretical foundation,this study aims to explore the learning outcome of using open educational resources with the perceived convenience as the external variable.In this study,the open educational resources were defined as online courses on the Open Course Ware(OCW)and Massive Open Online Courses(MOOCs),on which the learners choose courses themselves and study without the impact from people,matters,time,space,and things with the help of the Internet.To achieve the objectives of the study,the researchers conducted a survey with the participants who had already used the open educational resources.In total,124 valid samples were collected.The Partial Least Squares(PLS)statistical method was used to carry out the analysis.Overall,the model of this study has good prediction and explanatory power.After the data analysis,the study found that the perceived convenience exerts a positive impact on the use of the open educational resources.In addition,among the four TAM variables,the perceived usefulness does not exert a significant impact on the behavioral intention to use,but the other three TAM variables all have a significant impact on the behavioral intention. 展开更多

The international community has blamed developing countries for the lack of intellectual property rights(IPR)protection-not least the“forced technology transfers”-in attracting foreign direct investment(FDI).This paper employs the largesample contract data of multinational companies’(MNCs)IT R&D transactions in China to discuss this controversy from a unique perspective of MNCs in the role of contractors.Our findings suggest that MNCs initially guarded their know-how before the 2000s under closed innovation,but have started to take the initiative to transfer technology to local partners as open innovation held sway.China’s structured market entities and huge demand for technology transactions have served as key drivers for MNCs to transfer technology,which has been further boosted by the new business model of open innovation.This paper’s empirical analysis not only helps unravel the“black box”of technology transfers by MNCs,but reveals how late-moving developing countries may make better use of FDI referencing China’s experience on the three dimensions of market opportunities,structured entities,and economies of scale. 展开更多

The rapid development of the technology of the web systems and GIS, in conjunction with the world economic crisis, formed the content for the promotion and development of free systems and open-source technologies. At the same time, the tendency toward the standardization of data, metadata and services, with the aim of creating common “Language” for the reading and the dissemination of information available, is a basic research area in the global scientific community in this field. The development of WebGIS systems, taking advantage of the free technology, also contributes to finding more economical solutions, where the use of such systems is more directly accessible. The aim of this research work is, through the analysis of technologies for the Internet, and also the architecture of the WebGIS systems, to investigate the possibilities and to develop the appropriate free technologies, so as to design and implement a spatial content management system for the web. Search with the use of the latter, is the best response to the needs and visualization application maps, with scope in rural areas. In addition, reference is made to the existing content management systems, which provide both processing spatial data, and easily create a WebGIS application. 展开更多

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is concerned with gathering process information from industrial control processes found in utilities such as power grids, water networks, transportation, manufacturing, etc., to provide the human operators with the required real-time access to industrial processes to be monitored and controlled either locally (on-site)or remotely (i.e., through Internet). Conventional solutions such as custom SCADA packages, custom communication protocols, and centralized architectures are no longer appropriate for engineering this type of systems because of their highly distribution and their uncertain continuously changing working environments. Multi-agent systems (MAS) appeared as a new architectural style for engineering complex and highly dynamic applications such as SCADA systems. In this paper, we propose an approach for simply developing flexible and interoperable SCADA systems based on the integration of MAS and OPC process protocol. The proposed SCADA system has the following advantages: 1) simple (easier to be implemented);2) flexible (able to adapt to its environment dynamic changes);and 3) interoperable (relative to the underlying control systems, which belongs to diverse of vendors). The applicability of the proposed approach is demonstrated by a real case study example carried out in a paper mill. 展开更多

优化农村人力资本结构对有效实施乡村振兴战略具有深远的意义。文章基于2012—2023年中国30个省份的面板数据,运用固定效应模型、调节效应模型和门槛效应模型实证分析农村人力资本结构高级化对乡村振兴的影响。研究发现:农村人力资本结... 优化农村人力资本结构对有效实施乡村振兴战略具有深远的意义。文章基于2012—2023年中国30个省份的面板数据,运用固定效应模型、调节效应模型和门槛效应模型实证分析农村人力资本结构高级化对乡村振兴的影响。研究发现:农村人力资本结构高级化促进乡村振兴,但存在区域异质性;科技创新在农村人力资本结构高级化对乡村振兴的影响中所起的调节作用因经济社会发展水平不同而有差异;农村人力资本结构高级化对乡村振兴存在单一门槛效应,对外开放跨过门槛值9.386后,农村人力资本结构高级化对乡村振兴的促进作用减弱。由此得出分类施策促进农村人力资本结构高级化、营造创新环境、处理好农产品外贸出口与内销的关系等政策启示。 展开更多

Hydrogen,a clean and versatile energy carrier,has gained significant attention as a potential solution for addressing the challenges of climate change and energy sustainability.Efficient hydrogen production relies heavily on the development of advanced materials that enable cost-effective and sustainable methods.This review article presents a comprehensive overview of cutting-edge materials used for hydrogen production,covering both traditional and emerging technologies.This article begins by briefly introducing the importance of hydrogen as a clean energy carrier and various methods used for hydrogen production.This emphasizes the critical role of these materials in enabling efficient hydrogen generation.Traditional methods,such as steam methane reforming,coal gasification,biomass gasification,and water electrolysis,are discussed,highlighting the materials used and their advantages and limitations.This review then focuses on emerging technologies that have shown promise for achieving efficient hydrogen production.Photocatalytic water splitting is explored with an emphasis on recent advancements in semiconductor-based photocatalysts and nanostructured materials for enhanced photocatalysis.Solid oxide electrolysis cells(SOEC)are examined,discussing high-temperature electrolysis materials and advancements in electrolytes and electrode materials.Biological hydrogen production and chemical looping are also discussed,highlighting the use of microorganisms,bioengineered systems,metal oxides as oxygen carriers,and catalysts for improved hydrogen generation.Advanced characterization techniques,including X-ray diffraction,spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Auger electron spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,and differential scanning calorimetry,have been used to gain insight into the properties and performances of materials.This review concludes by addressing the challenges and prospects in the field of hydrogen production materials.This highlights the importance of the durability,stability,cost-effectiveness,scalability,and integration of materials into large-scale hydrogen pchiroduction systems.This article also discusses the emerging trends and potential breakthroughs that could shape the future of hydrogen production. 展开更多

目的探讨Open Array平台技术用于孕期阴道菌群分析及筛查感染病原菌检测的临床效率。方法选择2017年11月至2018年5月在北京协和医院产检的孕妇中纳入200例。采集其阴拭子标本,分别应用传统培养法和Open Array平台技术进行检测。结果对... 目的探讨Open Array平台技术用于孕期阴道菌群分析及筛查感染病原菌检测的临床效率。方法选择2017年11月至2018年5月在北京协和医院产检的孕妇中纳入200例。采集其阴拭子标本,分别应用传统培养法和Open Array平台技术进行检测。结果对于阴道真菌和细菌的检测,传统培养法和Open Array平台技术的检测阳性率分别为19.0%(38/200)和20.0%(40/200),差异无统计学意义(P=0.800)。传统培养法和Open Array平台技术检测细菌的总相符率为94.5%,真菌相符率为97.1%。此外,Open Array平台技术可另检出细菌性阴道病(bacterial vaginosis,BV)34例(17.0%)。本研究中单纯BV阳性病例中,胎膜早破比例(26.1%)较BV阴性且无其他感染的病例中发生率(17.6%)稍高,但尚不具有显著性差异(P=0.053),需进一步的大样本量研究。结论Open Array平台技术可以作为筛查妊娠期阴道菌群及病原体的快速检测技术,与传统培养的检出率相当,符合度较高,在临床需要快速检测进行针对性处理及用药指导时具有可信性。 展开更多
