The relationship between the gold plating thickness and the amount of diffused Ni to thegold plating of ceramic packages with Au/Ni and Au/Ni-Co platings after heating at 420℃ for 15 minwas also studied. When the gold plating thickness reach 2.0 μm and 1.6 μm for Au/Ni and Au/Ni-Coplating systems, respectively, no discoloration was observed on the gold plating surface of cavity,and the corresponding diffused Ni amounts (mass fraction) are 1.0% and 0.4%, while the diffused Coto the gold plating is 0.04%. 展开更多

On the basis of the geological and geochemical studies, including chemical analysis of bulk rocks, rare-earth and trace element studies, fluid inclusion, and S and O isotopic analyses, the authors described the geological background of the deposit in detail and presented significant proofs for the conditions of formation of the Shaxi porphyry copper-gold deposit. Compared with other large and supper-large porphyry copper deposits in China and the adjacent Cu-Au mineralized areas, the ore-forming processes and conditions were analyzed; and the possibility of forming large porphyry copper deposits in the Shaxi area was discussed. The present study indicated that the ore-forming fluid and material were mainly of magmatic origin, while meteoric water played a certain role in the ore-forming processes. Interactions between subducting and overriding plates provided a major driving force for the formation of igneous rocks and the deposition of metal elements in East China since Jurassic. Based on the geo- chemical data of the Shaxi intrusive, it is found that the copper (gold) mineralization is closely related to the genesis of adakite-like intrusive in the Shaxi area. This adakite-like intrusive was formed in the subduction environment as a result of the subduction of the West Pacific plate toward the East China continent, where there is a great potentiality to form a large porphyry copper deposit. 展开更多

中子发生器的靶片性能影响中子产额和稳定性。为防止钛膜和基底材料间生成合金,进而影响靶片性能,本研究在氘钛靶储氢层与基底层之间采用了镀金工艺,以阻止钛膜和靶片的基底材料相互渗透,进而影响钛膜中钛元素浓度,造成靶上有效氘浓度... 中子发生器的靶片性能影响中子产额和稳定性。为防止钛膜和基底材料间生成合金,进而影响靶片性能,本研究在氘钛靶储氢层与基底层之间采用了镀金工艺,以阻止钛膜和靶片的基底材料相互渗透,进而影响钛膜中钛元素浓度,造成靶上有效氘浓度降低。经过对比测试,钼基底镀金氘钛靶的中子产额可达到1.61×10^(9)s^(−1),在束流强度一定的条件下,其中子产额及稳定性优于铜基底镀金氘钛靶和纯钼基底氘钛靶。电子显微镜能谱分析显示,钼基底镀金氘钛靶中钛元素丰度最高,成功解释了其中子产额较高的原因。同时模拟计算排除了实验中靶片温度上升对靶中氘溢出的影响。此研究为理解和优化中子发生器提供了有价值的见解。 展开更多

黑龙江省虎林市四平山金矿床位于那丹哈达地体东部,为该地体中规模最大的金矿床,已探明金资源量5.8 t,矿体赋存于四平山组硅质岩、硅质角砾岩以及大塔山林场组流纹岩中。为了进一步厘定成岩成矿时代,阐释成矿过程,查明成岩成矿地球动力... 黑龙江省虎林市四平山金矿床位于那丹哈达地体东部,为该地体中规模最大的金矿床,已探明金资源量5.8 t,矿体赋存于四平山组硅质岩、硅质角砾岩以及大塔山林场组流纹岩中。为了进一步厘定成岩成矿时代,阐释成矿过程,查明成岩成矿地球动力学背景,本文在四平山金矿床进行详细的野外调查基础上,以四平山组硅质岩、硅质角砾岩和大塔山林场组流纹岩为研究对象,开展赋矿围岩LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb定年和全岩主微量组成测试,以及含金石英脉流体包裹体热力学分析。结果表明,大塔山林场组流纹岩(SPS-H-002、SPS-H-009)的成岩年龄分别为(134±1)Ma和(123±1)Ma,金矿化时代略晚于流纹岩的成岩时代,属于早白垩世晚期;硅质岩和硅质角砾岩具有较高的SiO2含量,富集Cu、Ni、Ba元素而贫Co元素,ΣREE含量较低,轻重稀土分异程度不明显,具有铕正异常,形成于热水沉积作用;流纹岩具有高硅、富铝、贫钛锰磷和低Zr含量,为亚碱性过铝质钙碱性-高钾钙碱性系列岩石,轻稀土富集,重稀土亏损,具有明显的铕负异常,无铈异常,属于高分异S型花岗岩,可能为亏损地幔增生的年轻地壳物质部分熔融的产物;含金石英脉中流体包裹体大小介于5~12μm之间,呈椭圆形和不规则形状成群或孤立分布,均一温度为118.7~223.4℃,盐度为0.40%~8.9%,密度为0.84~0.97 g/cm^(3),捕获压力为21.2~51.4 MPa,δD值为-113.8‰~-84.0‰,δ^(18)O_(H2O)值为-3.1‰~2.2‰,成矿流体以岩浆水为主,并显示出岩浆水与大气降水混合的特点。结合区域构造演化,认为四平山金矿床形成于碰撞后构造背景,成矿与古太平洋板块俯冲作用密切相关。 展开更多

镀金盖板广泛应用于集成电路的气密性陶瓷封装中,其表面标识通常采用油墨移印工艺与激光打标工艺。油墨移印的标识在筛选或考核过程中时常发生字符脱落异常。激光打标工艺虽然可从根本上避免字符脱落异常,但目前字符可识别度略差于油墨... 镀金盖板广泛应用于集成电路的气密性陶瓷封装中,其表面标识通常采用油墨移印工艺与激光打标工艺。油墨移印的标识在筛选或考核过程中时常发生字符脱落异常。激光打标工艺虽然可从根本上避免字符脱落异常,但目前字符可识别度略差于油墨移印工艺。本文对镀金盖板的激光打标参数进行研究,明确了镀金盖板最优的打标参数,改善了激光打标盖板存在的字符不清问题。对镀金盖板的激光标识区域进行电镜扫描和切片分析,结果表明标识区域镀金层厚度基本没有变化。使用优化后的参数制备的激光打标样品,顺利通过了按GJB548C要求进行的温度循环、热冲击、耐溶剂和盐雾等可靠性试验,在业内具有一定指导意义。 展开更多

抗镀金干膜对化学镍药水性能影响研究

本文主要研究化学镍钯金(Electro-less Nickel Electro-less palladium Immersion Gold,ENEPIG)+有机可焊性保焊膜(Organic Solderability Preservatives,OSP)选择性表面处理工艺使用的抗镀金干膜,对化学镍钯金化学镍药水性能的影响。... 本文主要研究化学镍钯金(Electro-less Nickel Electro-less palladium Immersion Gold,ENEPIG)+有机可焊性保焊膜(Organic Solderability Preservatives,OSP)选择性表面处理工艺使用的抗镀金干膜,对化学镍钯金化学镍药水性能的影响。经测试发现,测试抗镀金干膜A在化学镍药水溶液中UV在230 nm处扫描的ABS值随着干膜浸泡量的增加呈现上升趋势,证明干膜在化学镍药水中析出有机物成分。随着测试抗镀金干膜有机成分在化学镍药水中溶出量的增加,测试板化学镍的镀层沉积速率显著下降,发生磷含量增加、钯镀层漏镀、WB测试点脱、镀层peeling等品质问题,评估出测试干膜不适用于作为选择性化学镍钯金的抗镀干膜。同时通过化学镍的反应原理和药水分析,猜测为干膜中光引发剂和增粘剂等成分在化学镍药水中的溶出对化学镍反应产生影响。 展开更多

The geotectonic setting refers to the three-dimensional space and relatedevents based on which a metallogenic system is formed and an ore-forming process takes place. Thispaper discusses the tectonic evolution of the southwestern margin of the North China paleocontinentand related geotectonic settings in which large or superlarge deposits are formed. Emphasis is puton the geodynamic conditions of the Jinchuan nickel-copper deposit, the Baiyin copper-polymetallicdeposit and the Hanshan gold deposit. It is significant that the three deposits occur together as a'trinity' on the same paleocontinental margin. The Jinchuan nickel-copper deposit was formed duringthe early stage of rifting of the paleocontinental margin; the Baiyin copper-polymetallic depositwas formed during the splitting stage of a continental-margin arc. The continental-margin arcspitting resulted in an 'island arc rift' in the early stage of evolution. The Hanshan gold depositwas formed within the Altun sinistral strike-slip fault system and its provenance is the'intraoceanic arc' volcanic rocks. 展开更多

The West Qinling Orogen(WQO) in Central China Orogenic Belt contains numerous metasedimentary rock-hosted gold deposits(>2000 t Au), which mainly formed during two pulses: one previously recognized in the Late Triassic to Early Jurassic(T3 - J1) and one only recently identified in the Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous(J3 - K1). Few studies have focused on the origin and geotectonic setting of the J3 - K1 gold deposits.Textural relationships, LA-ICP-MS trace element and sulfur isotope compositions of pyrites in hydrothermally altered T3 dykes within the J3 - K1 Daqiao deposit were used to constrain relative timing relationships between mineralization and pyrite growth in the dykes, and to characterize the source of ore fluid. These results are integrated with an overview of the regional geodynamic setting, to advance understanding of the tectonic driver for J3 - K1 hydrothermal gold systems. Pyrite in breccia-and dykehosted gold ores at Daqiao have similar chemical and isotopic compositions and are considered to be representative of J3 - K1 gold deposits in WQO. Co/Ni and sulfur isotope ratios suggest that ore fluids were derived from underlying Paleozoic Ni-and Se-rich carbonaceous sedimentary rocks. The geochemical data do not support the involvement of magmatic fluids. However, in the EQO(East Qinling Orogen), J3 - K1 deposits are genetically related to magmatism. Gold mineralization in WQO is contemporaneous with magmatic deposits in the EQO and both are mainly controlled by NE-and EWtrending structures produced by changes in plate motion of the Paleo-Pacific plate as it was subducted beneath the Eurasian continent. We therefore infer that the J3 - K1 structural regime facilitated the ascent of magma in the EQO and metamorphic fluids in the WQO with consequent differences in the character of contemporaneous ore deposits. If this is correct, then the far-field effects of subduction along the eastern margin of NE Asia extended 1000's of km into the continental interior. 展开更多
