Based on the mathematical model of a novel cosine gear drive, a few characteristics, such as the contact ratio, the sliding coefficient, and the contact and bending stresses, of this drive are analyzed. A comparison study of these characteristics with the involute gear drive is also carried out. The influences of design parameters including the number of teeth and the pressure angle on the contact and bending stresses are studied. The following conclusions are achieved: the contact ratio of the cosine gear drive is about 1.2 to 1.3, which is reduced by about 20% in comparison with that of the involute gear drive. The sliding coefficient of the cosine gear drive is smaller than that of the involute gear drive. The contact and bending stresses of the cosine gear drive are lower than those of the involute gear drive. The contact and bending stresses decrease with the growth of the number of teeth and the pressure angle. 展开更多

The crown gear tooth profile equation was introduced according to the national standard double circular arc tooth profile and based on the equal tooth strength principle. The nutation drive meshing coordinate system was set up by introducing the cone vertex error, tilt error, nutation angle error and spiral angle error. The tooth profile equations of the double circular arc external and internal spiral bevel gears were further obtained based on the crown gear tooth profile equation concerning above mentioned error parameters. The influences of the nutation gear reducer tooth contact conditions were analyzed with the gear tilt error and axial misalignment error. Also, the formula is derived which expresses transformation of contact stiffness of elastic components into input shaft torsional stiffness. The friction drive elevators the influence of the braking distance has very high significance to meet certain safety regulations and comfort.During the emergency braking the delay for the system a frame and a cabin should be within the range from 0.2 to 9.81 m/s~2.However,there are no specialist literatures regarding the issues connected with emergency braking of elevating devices either.The results of the own empirical research work are presented regarding the influence of design changes on the working parameters of the friction drive elevator gears.ASG100,KB 160,PP16,PR2000UD and CHP2000 types of safety progressive gears are analyzed.ASG100,KB 160,PP16,PR2000UD type progressive gears are already produced by European manufacturers.CHP2000 type gears are established as the alternative option for the already existing solutions.The unique cam system has been used in the CHP 2000 gears.The cam leverage gives the chance to unblock,in a very easy way,the clamed gears after braking.Thus,it is a key aspect to perform laboratory tests over the braking process of a newly created solution.The proper value of the braking distance has a significant influence on the value of delay in terms of binding standards.The influence of loading on the effective braking distance and the value of the falling elevator cabin speed are analyzed and the results are presented.The results presented are interesting from lift devices operation and a new model of CHP 2000progressive gear point of view. 展开更多

It is directly based on the simulation of manufacturing process and completely different from the conventional modeling method. The loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) method is analyzed, in which the advanced surface to surface searching technique is included. The influence of misalignment errors and contact deformations on contact zone and transmission error (TE) is discussed. Combined modification approach on worm tooth surface is presented. By means of DDDM and LTCA, it is very conven- ient to verify the effect of worm-gear drive's modification approach. The analysis results show that, the modification in profile direction reduces the sensitivity of worm-gear drive to misalignment errors and the modification in longitudinal direction decreases the TE. Thus the optimization design of worm-gear drive can be achieved prior to the actual manufacturing process. 展开更多

A variable inertial damper, whose viscous damping coefficient can be adjusted by changing the gap between inertia wheel and motor spindle, is designed in servomechanism of zero-drive hobbing machine and is directly attached on the motor spindle. The mathematical model of servo system with inertial damper is built. By using theoretical analysis and system simulation, it is demonstrated that the variable inertial damper with optimal damping coefficient and moment of inertia should lead to no resonance point in wider frequency range of exciting force. Therefore, its application in zero-drive hobbing machine makes this system not only achieve higher system stiffness to overcome load torque fluctuation, but also gain better stability. 展开更多

基于RCMDE和ISOMAP的行星齿轮传动耦合故障辨识研究

现有针对行星齿轮箱的故障诊断方法一般仅研究单一故障,但实际行星齿轮箱的故障一般由多个故障耦合而成,耦合故障的故障机理比单一故障的故障机理更复杂,振动信号中的非线性因素对特征提取的干扰更严重。针对该问题,提出了一种基于精细... 现有针对行星齿轮箱的故障诊断方法一般仅研究单一故障,但实际行星齿轮箱的故障一般由多个故障耦合而成,耦合故障的故障机理比单一故障的故障机理更复杂,振动信号中的非线性因素对特征提取的干扰更严重。针对该问题,提出了一种基于精细复合多尺度散度熵(RCMDE)、等距特征映射(ISOMAP)和遗传算法优化核极限学习机(GA-KELM)的行星齿轮箱耦合故障诊断方法。首先,利用振动加速度计采集了行星齿轮箱单一故障和耦合故障下运行时的振动信号,构建了故障数据集;随后,利用RCMDE提取了行星齿轮箱振动信号的故障特征,建立了初始的特征样本;接着,利用ISOMAP对故障特征进行了降维,并以可视化的方式获取了低维的特征样本;最后,将新特征输入至GA-KELM分类器中,对行星齿轮箱的不同故障类型进行了识别,并基于行星齿轮箱多点损伤样本,对RCMDE方法的可靠性进行了研究。研究结果表明:基于RCMDE和ISOMAP的故障特征提取方法能够有效提取振动信号中的故障特征,而GA-KELM的故障诊断准确率达到了98.13%,平均诊断准确率达到了96.25%。相较其他故障特征提取方法,基于RCMDE、ISOMAP和GA-KELM的行星齿轮箱耦合故障诊断方法能够更好地诊断行星齿轮箱的耦合故障,具有更高的诊断准确率。 展开更多

重载行星轮系安装误差对系统均载性能的影响

行星轮安装误差的存在会导致行星轮系产生不均载问题,进而会影响减速器的传动性能和寿命。以往的研究未明确定义不同角度下的安装误差对系统均载性能的影响,并且关于多行星轮对系统均载影响的研究(在不同安装误差和不同输入功率下)也较... 行星轮安装误差的存在会导致行星轮系产生不均载问题,进而会影响减速器的传动性能和寿命。以往的研究未明确定义不同角度下的安装误差对系统均载性能的影响,并且关于多行星轮对系统均载影响的研究(在不同安装误差和不同输入功率下)也较少。为此,研究了实际应用中行星轮系安装误差对系统均载性能的影响。首先,以重载四行星轮系为研究对象,建立了行星轮径向和切向安装误差的综合误差表达形式;然后,基于轮系的传动模型,分析了单行星轮不同安装误差角和误差数值对系统均载的影响;最后,在单行星轮的基础上分析了不同工况和误差配置下多行星轮对系统均载的影响。研究结果表明:行星轮的切向安装误差对系统均载影响最大,径向安装误差对系统均载影响最小,当单行星轮安装误差数值为60μm,安装误差角θ从径向往切向方向靠近时,行星系统的均载系数增大了9.6%;误差绝对值越大,均载系数越大,当单行星轮安装误差数值从-30μm到-60μm时,系统的均载系数增大了4.6%;多行星轮存在切向安装误差对系统均载的影响可以用有效误差来衡量;齿轮承载范围内,随着输入功率的增大,安装误差对系统均载的影响逐渐减小。 展开更多
