To prevent wear on cutting cylinder, we determine the optimal cross-flexural vibration of the shaft with respect to time and along the length of the shaft. Model simulated the transverse vibrations with different amounts of drinking and between saw gaskets brought the best option, which has a positive effect on the strength of the shaft. As a result, we have developed two staggered cylinders saw in one of the working chamber gin, which reduces bending vibration, but it increases efficiency.展开更多

In other words, the forces acting on the cotton particle ...This article investigates the movement trajectory of the cotton particle from Point D of belt transporter of the saw gin camera to Point B of the saw cylinder. In other words, the forces acting on the cotton particle and the equations of their interactions are developed, where, the differential equation of the law of movement of the cotton particle “belt + saw” is made according to the d’Alembert principle. Arc-BD of cotton particle gives the length of the arc of their fall on the saw teeth. The maximum separation of fibers and the quality of separation of fiber from seeds, as well as the time (t) of rapid separation of fiber from seeds, depend on the length of the arc-BD, because the critical length of the arc-BD makes it possible to reduce the multi-layering of the falling cotton particle on the saw teeth. In this scientific research work, patented by the new working camera of the saw gin, the trajectories of the movement of the cotton particles along the arc-DB, as well as the trajectory of the move in the direction of the grate are studied. The results of the study show that the number of fibers increases along the height of the teeth of the saw with one touch. This leads to a decrease in the average stay of seeds in the working chamber of the gin. As a result, the efficiency of the saw gin is increased.展开更多
The lifting and lowering mechanism of the roll box of the saw gin, being an integral part of the ginning process, is used when starting the electric motor of the saw cylinder until its rated speed is reached to preven...The lifting and lowering mechanism of the roll box of the saw gin, being an integral part of the ginning process, is used when starting the electric motor of the saw cylinder until its rated speed is reached to prevent an increase in the load current on it, as well as to start the ginning process. The article defines the kinematics of the movement, and also studies the regularity of the movement of the roll box of the saw gin when lifting it with the help of a pneumatic drive. The kinematics of the roll box movement was determined through experimental studies. Knowing the equation of motion, using the second-order Lagrange equation, the regularity of the change in the lifting force of the roll box was determined. Here the system is closed, its degree of freedom is equal to one. The angle of rotation of the roll box is taken as a generalized coordinate. Numerical results were obtained using the Matlab software environment. The theoretical analysis and graphs for determining the lifting force of the roll box are presented. To study the kinematics of lifting the roll box, a method and a test bench have been developed. According to him, when the roll box was raised, its movement was recorded on video, the image was processed using the After Effect and CorelDraw programs, and the movement of the rod attachment point to the roll box was determined. And also the equation for changing the angle of rotation of the roll box is determined using the Matlab Curve Fiting program.展开更多
