The development trends of China patent protection in daily chemical industry were analyzed including patent application trend, patent type and applicant type. As a leading enterprise, the patent protection situation of P＆G was analyzed, which is significant for domestic enterprises. Finally, suggestions for China daily chemical industry were given according to the analysis results and experiences of the leading company from the perspective of patent protection.展开更多
