The remote data collection system based on SOL Server database technology was developed by Visual C++and SQL Server database technology together.The Client/Server mode was adopted.The system adopted the database search technologi- cal-ADO to work out the communication procedure of the server.And the old data of corresponding memory units were upgraded by the new data which gathered from PLC through serial port real time in the database.The Client utilizes the network technology and database technology through queries procedure to access the data information in the database.Thus a large number of relevant data that the production line operated were obtained.The goal of understanding operation conditions of product line was achieved through analysis of these data.This system has been debugged by the experiment successfully. 展开更多

Background:Developing and sustaining a data collection and management system(DCMS)is difficult in malariaendemic countries because of limitations in internet bandwidth,computer resources and numbers of trained personnel.The premise of this paper is that development of a DCMS in West Africa was a critically important outcome of the West African International Centers of Excellence for Malaria Research.The purposes of this paper are to make that information available to other investigators and to encourage the linkage of DCMSs to international research and Ministry of Health data systems and repositories.Methods:We designed and implemented a DCMS to link study sites in Mali,Senegal and The Gambia.This system was based on case report forms for epidemiologic,entomologic,clinical and laboratory aspects of plasmodial infection and malarial disease for a longitudinal cohort study and included on-site training for Principal Investigators and Data Managers.Based on this experience,we propose guidelines for the design and sustainability of DCMSs in environments with limited resources and personnel.Results:From 2012 to 2017,we performed biannual thick smear surveys for plasmodial infection,mosquito collections for anopheline biting rates and sporozoite rates and year-round passive case detection for malarial disease in four longitudinal cohorts with 7708 individuals and 918 households in Senegal,The Gambia and Mali.Major challenges included the development of uniform definitions and reporting,assessment of data entry error rates,unstable and limited internet access and software and technology maintenance.Strengths included entomologic collections linked to longitudinal cohort studies,on-site data centres and a cloud-based data repository.Conclusions:At a time when research on diseases of poverty in low and middle-income countries is a global priority,the resources available to ensure accurate data collection and the electronic availability of those data remain severely limited.Based on our experience,we suggest the development of a regional DCMS.This approach is more economical than separate data centres and has the potential to improve data quality by encouraging shared case definitions,data validation strategies and analytic approaches including the molecular analysis of treatment successes and failures. 展开更多

Background:Studies on myocardial infarction(MI)based on large medical databases have become popular in recent years.The influence of the National Inpatient Sample(NIS),the largest collection of administrative healthcare data across the United States,on the field of MI has not been well investigated.This study aimed to quantify the contribution of NIS to MI research using bibliometric methods.Methods:We searched the Web of Science Core Collection database to identify publications on MI using NIS from 2000 to 2022.Bibliometric indicators,such as the number of publications,citations,and Hirsch index(H-index),were summarized by years,authors,organizations,and journals.VOSviewer and CiteSpace software were used to analyze the keywords and trends of the hot spots.Results:A total of 342 articles on MI based on NIS were included.A significant growth in outputs related to MI using the NIS from 2000 to 2020 was observed.The publications were mainly from the United States.The Mayo Clinic was the most prolific institution and had the most citations and the highest H-index.The American Journal of Cardiology ranked first among journals with the highest number of publications,citations,and H-index.Mortality and healthcare management are the main focuses of this field.Personalized risks and care are receiving increased attention.Conclusion:This study suggests that NIS significantly contributes to high-quality output in MI research.More efforts are needed to improve the impact of knowledge gained from the NIS on MI. 展开更多

Such behavior requires the go... The fraudulent behavior of taxpayers impacts negatively the resources available to finance public services. It creates distortions of competition and inequality, harming honest taxpayers. Such behavior requires the government intervention to bring order and establish a fiscal justice. This study emphasizes the determination of the interactions linking taxpayers with tax authorities. We try to see how fiscal audit can influence taxpayers’ fraudulent behavior. First of all, we present a theoretical study of a model pre established by other authors. We have released some conditions of this model and we have introduced a new parameter reflecting the efficiency of tax control;we found that the efficiency of a fiscal control have an important effect on these interactions. Basing on the fact that the detection of fraudulent taxpayers is the most difficult step in fiscal control, We established a new approach using DATA MINING process in order to improve fiscal control efficiency. We found results that reflect fairly the conduct of taxpayers that we have tested based on actual statistics. The results are reliable. 展开更多

This paper proposes a comprehensive and practical approach to implement a land administration act in Sri Lanka followed by setting up a Land Administration Commission (LAC), which is a separate entity to maintain a Land Administration Database Management System in support of the land information collected and maintained by stakeholders who deal with matters related to land and its decision-making under e-governance concept. Also, It describes the operations of the four core functions: land tenure, land valuation, land use, and land development in land administration under a single sustainable national land policy, underpinned by spatial information under the e-Governance mechanism. Further, the paper identifies the stakeholders and their main responsibilities in each of the four core functions with the current issues in sharing information across stakeholders. Finally, the paper describes setting up a Land administration entity thereby empowering the LAC and introduces spatial information layers at different resolution levels in a centralized land administration spatial database to keep track of all land transactions carried out by each stakeholder. This approach will enable the top-level decision-making authority (the central level) to manage all land-related activities under one platform to contribute towards the sustainable land development of the country. It is proposed to implement this approach as a pilot activity in the district of Colombo and expand it in the entire country gradually with its output. 展开更多

With the deployment of modern infrastructure for public transportation, several studies have analyzed movement patterns of people using smart card data and have characterized different areas. In this paper, we propose the “movement purpose hypothesis” that each movement occurs from two causes: where the person is and what the person wants to do at a given moment. We formulate this hypothesis to a synthesis model in which two network graphs generate a movement network graph. Then we develop two novel-embedding models to assess the hypothesis, and demonstrate that the models obtain a vector representation of a geospatial area using movement patterns of people from large-scale smart card data. We conducted an experiment using smart card data for a large network of railroads in the Kansai region of Japan. We obtained a vector representation of each railroad station and each purpose using the developed embedding models. Results show that network embedding methods are suitable for a large-scale movement of data, and the developed models perform better than existing embedding methods in the task of multi-label classification for train stations on the purpose of use data set. Our proposed models can contribute to the prediction of people flows by discovering underlying representations of geospatial areas from mobility data. 展开更多

车间信息化管理系统往往只需获取机床在某时刻的状态数据,无需分析该状态信号在短时间内的频率信息,而机床故障诊断及健康监测系统则不然,二者的差异要求机床数据采集系统应同时具备低频采集和高频采集的能力。针对上述问题,通过两个独... 车间信息化管理系统往往只需获取机床在某时刻的状态数据,无需分析该状态信号在短时间内的频率信息,而机床故障诊断及健康监测系统则不然,二者的差异要求机床数据采集系统应同时具备低频采集和高频采集的能力。针对上述问题,通过两个独立的低频采集控制模块和高频采集控制模块设计了具备低、高采样频率的分布式机床数据采集系统。该系统将每台机床作为一个分布式数据采集节点,节点中的采集控制通过STM32系列MCU实现,工控机在获取MCU的采集结果后对其进行分类及预处理,并上传至车间服务器。测试结果表明,系统数据采集结果精确且工作稳定。 展开更多

时态层次数据是层次数据在时间维度的扩展,用于描述随时间变化的层次结构。相较于非时态层次数据,现有的时态层次数据管理方法仍存在存储方案复杂以及查询和更新效率低下等问题。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于嵌套集合模型的时态层次数... 时态层次数据是层次数据在时间维度的扩展,用于描述随时间变化的层次结构。相较于非时态层次数据,现有的时态层次数据管理方法仍存在存储方案复杂以及查询和更新效率低下等问题。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于嵌套集合模型的时态层次数据管理方法。首先从节点变化角度分析了层次数据变化的4种类型,在此基础上通过扩展时间标签字段实现了多版本节点在关系数据库中的存储和查询功能,最后提出了一种基于存量空间的嵌套集合模型(Abundantly Gapped Nested Intervals Scheme,AGNIS),用于解决主流嵌套集合模型插入数据记录效率较低的问题。基于我国2021-2022年行政区划及其调整数据的实验结果表明:提出的数据管理方法能够实现历史层次数据的存储和任意时刻层次结构快照的查询,且兼顾了时态层次数据查询和更新操作的高效性。 展开更多

税收征管效率的有效提升是建立现代税收制度和发挥税收国家治理作用的重要方面。基于2006-2020年内蒙古自治区12个盟市的面板数据,运用DEA方法测算税收征管效率,并利用面板系统广义矩方法考察其影响因素。研究发现:内蒙古自治区的税收... 税收征管效率的有效提升是建立现代税收制度和发挥税收国家治理作用的重要方面。基于2006-2020年内蒙古自治区12个盟市的面板数据,运用DEA方法测算税收征管效率,并利用面板系统广义矩方法考察其影响因素。研究发现:内蒙古自治区的税收征管效率整体上仍处于较低水平,且呈现出了时间上征管效率集中化和区域间差异发散的特征;税务人员规模、信息化投入、人均GDP和产业结构等对征管效率具有显著的正向效应,而税务人员受教育程度、城镇化率和公路运输长度则产生了负向效应。研究对于新发展格局下中西部的税收管理体制改革具有重要意义。 展开更多

本文设计了一种飞行器推力检测装置。该系统装置是由STM32单片机作为控制核心的下位机系统,由PC计算机和执行机构共同组成。装置下位机系统采用降压变换式电路供电,配置24位高速、高精度A/D转换器,共同保障下位机系统的稳定与数据采集... 本文设计了一种飞行器推力检测装置。该系统装置是由STM32单片机作为控制核心的下位机系统,由PC计算机和执行机构共同组成。装置下位机系统采用降压变换式电路供电,配置24位高速、高精度A/D转换器,共同保障下位机系统的稳定与数据采集的精度和速度。PC上位机系统通过LiveCharts高速图表技术和SQL Server数据库技术实现对飞行器推力测试数据的实时曲线绘制和数据存储,并运用最小二乘补偿算法对系统采集的推力值进行补偿。该系统具有良好的交互式界面,用户可以及时观测到飞行器推力测试过程中各阶段力的大小,具有较强的实用性。 展开更多
