Geo-data is a foundation for the prediction and assessment of ore resources, so managing and making full use of those data, including geography database, geology database, mineral deposits database, aeromagnetics data...Geo-data is a foundation for the prediction and assessment of ore resources, so managing and making full use of those data, including geography database, geology database, mineral deposits database, aeromagnetics database, gravity database, geochemistry database and remote sensing database, is very significant. We developed national important mining zone database (NIMZDB) to manage 14 national important mining zone databases to support a new round prediction of ore deposit. We found that attention should be paid to the following issues: ① data accuracy: integrity, logic consistency, attribute, spatial and time accuracy; ② management of both attribute and spatial data in the same system;③ transforming data between MapGIS and ArcGIS; ④ data sharing and security; ⑤ data searches that can query both attribute and spatial data. Accuracy of input data is guaranteed and the search, analysis and translation of data between MapGIS and ArcGIS has been made convenient via the development of a checking data module and a managing data module based on MapGIS and ArcGIS. Using AreSDE, we based data sharing on a client/server system, and attribute and spatial data are also managed in the same system.展开更多

It may be a first comprehensive system for the planning and management of small towns. Since the January of 1996, TownMIS has been actually used in Xiaolan Town, a coastal rich town in South China. A proper classification is a prerequisite to systems alignment. The purpose of this paper is to provide descriptions of some of the airport management information systems, connections to or interoperability with other systems, and the key uses and users of each system. There are many types of management information systems and they can be organized or classified in a number of different ways. Furthermore, each system may or may not be necessary for a particular airport depending on the business goals and objectives and the certificate which the airport is operating under. Consequently, the system classification schema presented in this paper is neither all-inclusive nor exclusive;however, a number of leading aviation practitioners, business professionals, and educators in the industry were instrumental in both proposing and validating the schema. This paper reviews landside airport information management systems, and their connections and interoperability with other systems and who the key airport users are. The information presented in this paper is based on interviews and data collection at a number of representative airports across the United States. Airport size and function are key considerations in the acquisition of information management system airside or land side. The implication is that not all airports are equipped in the same manner and therefore these systems can only be considered as representative of what exists “on the ground”. Acc...This research is a development in management information system (MIS) planning based on operation analysis and development according to concurrent engineering approach and reestablishment of database management. According to our case study industry, such industry currently used traditional network systems such as LAN, and "Bus Network" Network Topology. Client/Server distributed computing has a problem with database management in data redundancy, data inconsistency, and data independency. For Network Topology, Bus Network has problem with multitasking since the network are able to handle only a set of data at a time so the traffic problem will occur when multiple users request for the service. Thus, such condition is inconsistent with concurrent engineering which must be able to access the data simultaneously. As a consequence, this study develops a network system, network system of working system, using LAN and "Star Network" network topology. The file server processing distributed is an application while database is stored in host computer or file server but the data will be processed in users' computer. When the user needs to access the data, file server will send it to the user and the user can further analysis or manage such data in the user computer, so called "Hierarchical Database Model". Hierarchical database structure is easily developed like general organization command structure with different level of responsibility. In details, the data level in the database is divided into three levels including DBI, DB2, and DB3, so development of simultaneously systemic flow and access of various critical data is performed in parallel. Furthermore, this is consistent with access of all three data levels including: Level 1 is overall dataflow of both inside and outside the organization; Level 2 is dataflow of each division in the organization; and Level 3 is dataflow of subunit in each division in the organization. We adopted an object-oriented approach, dealing with software engineering, information engineering, economic and organizational measures. Thus, effective monitoring and control of the operation of railway equipment and its status in the entire process has been achieved.
文摘This research is a development in management information system (MIS) planning based on operation analysis and development according to concurrent engineering approach and reestablishment of database management. According to our case study industry, such industry currently used traditional network systems such as LAN, and "Bus Network" Network Topology. Client/Server distributed computing has a problem with database management in data redundancy, data inconsistency, and data independency. For Network Topology, Bus Network has problem with multitasking since the network are able to handle only a set of data at a time so the traffic problem will occur when multiple users request for the service. Thus, such condition is inconsistent with concurrent engineering which must be able to access the data simultaneously. As a consequence, this study develops a network system, network system of working system, using LAN and "Star Network" network topology. The file server processing distributed is an application while database is stored in host computer or file server but the data will be processed in users' computer. When the user needs to access the data, file server will send it to the user and the user can further analysis or manage such data in the user computer, so called "Hierarchical Database Model". Hierarchical database structure is easily developed like general organization command structure with different level of responsibility. In details, the data level in the database is divided into three levels including DBI, DB2, and DB3, so development of simultaneously systemic flow and access of various critical data is performed in parallel. Furthermore, this is consistent with access of all three data levels including: Level 1 is overall dataflow of both inside and outside the organization; Level 2 is dataflow of each division in the organization; and Level 3 is dataflow of subunit in each division in the organization. After systemize flow and access of data with concurrent engineering as mentioned, it provided optimal efficiency in the whole production system management reducing loss in the whole system of the organization
文摘Human resource management has begun to conduct information technology to enhance the efficiency of human resource work.The research objectives are:(1)Does the implementation of human resource management information system enhance work efficiency?(2)What are key factors to influence the implementation of human resource management information system?This research adopts case study with in-depth interviews at W University of Science and Technology.The interviewees of this study were mainly one director and four staffs working at the Department of Human Resource.The research results show that the system quality is acceptable and the system security is perfect.All users have consistent opinions on the bad quality of information and they spend more time to check the data at work.The system use frequency of each user is different,mainly depending on the content of their work.Users who are used less have higher user satisfaction in human resource management information system.Most users perceive that the personal benefit is increased,and feel that this system can enhance personal benefits and improve the organization benefits for personnel management.

文摘Teaching equipment management is an important factor for colleges and universities to improve their teaching level,and its management level directly affects the service life and efficiency of teaching equipment.But in recent years,our university recruitment of students scale is increasing year by year,the size of the corresponding teaching equipment is also growing,therefore to develop a teaching equipment management information system is necessary,not only can help universities to effective use of the existing teaching resources,also can update scrap equipment,related equipment maintenance,and build a good learning environment to students and to the improvement of the teaching quality of colleges and universities play a reliable safeguard role.This paper first introduces some common development tools,and then analyzes the user functional requirements and data requirements of the system,and analyzes the feasibility of the system development from many aspects,finally based on B/S mode,using Java language,JSP technology and MySQL database design and implementation of a teaching equipment management information system.The main functional modules of the system include equipment basic information management,equipment loan and return information management,equipment maintenance information management,equipment scrap information management,the interface of each functional module is shown in the paper.
