In addition, we studied the correlation between the rate of change of the α decay penetration probability and angle between the directions of the laser electric field and α particle emission for different nuclei. Based on this correlation, the average effect of extreme laser fields on the half-life of many nuclei with arbitrary α particle emission angles was calculated. The calculations show that the laser suppression and promotion effects on the α decay penetration probability of the nuclei population with completely random α particle-emission directions are not completely canceled. The remainder led to a change in the average penetration probability of the nuclei. Furthermore, the possibility of achieving a higher average rate of change by altering the spatial shape of the laser is explored. We conclude that circularly polarized lasers may be helpful in future experiments to achieve a more significant average rate of change of the α decay half-life of the nuclei population.展开更多

The first step is a phenomenological classification method, which is an extended and improved schematic experimental formula for decay width originally introduced by Chang. This schematic formula separates decays into seven classes. Furthermore, from it is derived a process-specific interaction energy mX. The second step is a numerical calculation method, which calculates this interaction energy mX numerically by minimization of action from the Lagrangian of the process, from which follows the decay width via the phenomenological formula. The Lagrangian is based on an extension of the Standard Model, the extended SU(4)-preon-model. A comparison of numerically calculated and observed decay widths for a large selection of decays shows a good agreement.展开更多

The UrQMD model was adopted to simulate the dynamic evolution of heavy-ion collisions, whereas the GEMINI++ code was used to simulate the decay of primary fragments produced by UrQMD. The calculated results were compared with the INDRA and FOPI experimental data. It was found that the rapidity distribution, collective flows, and nuclear stopping power were affected to a certain extent by the decay of primary fragments, especially at lower beam energies. Furthermore, the experimental data of the collective flows and nuclear stopping power at the investigated beam energies were better reproduced when the sequential decay effect was included.展开更多

After summarizing and reshaping some fundamental mathematical expressions, the paper highlights the reasons for the choice of a suitable time origin that makes the parameters of the model self-consistent. Besides the potential applications to predictive microbiology studies and to effects of bactericidal drugs, the model allows a suitable proxy of the fitness of the microbial culture, which can be of interest for the studies on the evolution across some thousand generations of a Long Term Evolution Experiment.
文摘We present here a two-step method of classification and calculation for decay rates in the Standard Model. A comparison of numerically calculated and observed decay widths for a large selection of decays shows a good agreement.
文摘This article investigates the well posedness and asymptotic behavior of Neumann initial boundary value problems for a class of pseudo-parabolic equations with singular potential and logarithmic nonlinearity. By utilizing cut-off techniques and combining with the Faedo Galerkin approximation method, local solvability was established. Based on the potential well method and Hardy Sobolev inequality, derive the global existence of the solution. In addition, we also obtained the results of decay.
文摘For training the present Neural Network(NN)models, the standard technique is to utilize decaying Learning Rates(LR).While the majority of these techniques commence with a large LR,they will decay multiple times over time.Decaying has been proved to enhance generalization as well as optimization.Other parameters, such as the network’s size, the number of hidden layers,drop-outs to avoid overfitting, batch size, and so on,are solely based on heuristics. This work has proposed Adaptive Teaching Learning Based(ATLB)Heuristic to identify the optimal hyperparameters for diverse networks. Here we consider three architec-tures Recurrent Neural Networks(RNN),Long Short Term Memory(LSTM),Bidirectional Long Short Term Memory(BiLSTM)of Deep Neural Networks for classification. The evaluation of the proposed ATLB is done through the various learning rate schedulers Cyclical Learning Rate(CLR),Hyperbolic Tangent Decay(HTD),and Toggle between Hyperbolic Tangent Decay and Triangular mode with Restarts(T-HTR)techniques.Experimental results have shown the performance improvement on the 20Newsgroup,Reuters Newswire and IMDB dataset.

文摘In this study, the rapidity distribution, collective flows, and nuclear stopping power in ^(197)Au+^(197)Au collisions at intermediate energies were investigated using the ultrarelativistic quantum molecular dynamics(UrQMD) model with GEMINI++ code. Furthermore, the experimental data of the collective flows and nuclear stopping power at the investigated beam energies were better reproduced when the sequential decay effect was included.

文摘Jujube fruits usually suffer from physiological disorders or infectious diseases during storage, leading to quality deterioration, softening,or rotting. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of methionine soaking treatment on the postharvest jujube fruit decay rate and storage quality.Methionine treatment significantly reduced the decay rate of postharvest jujube fruit and effectively maintained fruit color and titratable acid.Methionine treatment effectively delayed the decrease of firmness, soluble solids, ascorbic acid, and lignin contents in jujube fruit.Methionine treatment reduced the content of alanine and phenylalanine, and increased the content of glycine in jujube fruit, but displayed no significant effect on total amino acid content. In addition, jujube fruits in the methionine treatment group had a higher total phenolic and flavonoid content and antioxidant capacity, both in free and bound forms.Compared with the control, methionine treatment also significantly increased the content of individual phenolic acid fractions(gallic acid, vanillic acid, and syringic acid)and flavonoid fractions(catechin, epicatechin, rutin)in free form as well as individual phenolic acid fractions in bound form(gallic acid and ferulic acid)in jujube fruits.Overall, this study suggested that the methionine treatment could be used as a prospective preservative to reduce the postharvest decay of jujube fruit and alleviate its nutritional quality deterioration during cold storage at 4°C.

文摘Niobium pentoxide(Nb_(2)O_(5))anodes have gained increasing attentions for high-power lithium-ion batteries owing to the outstanding rate capability and high safety.However,Nb2O5 anode suffers poor cycle stability even after modified and the unrevealed mechanisms have restricted the practical applications.Herein, the over-reduction of Nb5+has been demonstrated to be the critical reason for the capacity loss for the first time.Besides,an effective competitive redox strategy has been developed to solve the rapid capacity decay of Nb_(2)O_(5),which can be achieved by the incorporation of vanadium to form a new rutile VNbO_(4)anode.The highly reversible V^(3+)/V^(2+)redox couple in VNbO_(4)can effectively inhibit the over-reduction of Nb^(5+).Besides,the electron migration from V^(3+)to Nb5+can greatly increase the intrinsic electronic conductivity for VNbO4.As a result,VNbO4 anode delivers a high capacity of 206.1 mAh g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1),as well as remarkable cycle performance with a retention of 93.4%after 2000 cycles at 1.0 A g^(−1).In addition, the assembled lithium-ion capacitor demonstrates a high energy density of 44 Wh kg^(−1)at 5.8 kW kg^(−1).In summary, our work provides a new insight into the design of ultra-fast and durable anodes.
