Efficient soft in soft out decoding algorithms based on the fast Hadamard transform are developed. Performance required by CDMA mobile or PCS speech services, e.g. , BER=10 -3 , can be achieved at Eb/No =0.9 dB using short interleaving length of 192 bits.展开更多
