An Analysis of the Demand for Education for the Elderly in Rural Areas:A Caso Study of the Suburbs of Hangzhou

The education for the elderly is the last link of life-long education and an important part of spiritually providing for the aged.In the context of rural revitalization,this paper chooses the elderly in the suburbs of Hangzhou,an eastern developed city,as the survey object.Through the methods of questionnaire survey and quantitative statistics,this paper analyzes and introduces the basic situation of rural education for the elderly,the demand for participating in education for the elderly,the learning evaluation of education for the elderly and the problems existing in the education for the elderly in rural areas.On this basis,some brief conclusions and discussions are put forward.

Economic Analysis on Migrant Workers' Education and Training from the Perspective of Supply and Demand

The education and training are important methods to improve the quality of migrant workers and the key to solve the issues concerning agriculture,farmer and rural area.Based on theoretical and literature analysis,this paper analyzed economic problems in the education and training of migrant workers from the perspective of supply and demand.And it is considered that the supply and demand of migrant workers' education and training are affected by many factors and present a certain economic phenomenon.And then it discussed the market failure problem of effective supply and demand for migrant workers' current education and training based on the above.

A Survey on the Continuing Education Status and Demand of Nurses in Chongqing Grass-Root Medical Institutions

Background: With the increased aging of population, the continuous increase in the morbidity of chronic diseases, and the issuance of universal two-child policy, the grass-root medical teams become more and more important. Objective: To investigate the continuing education status and demand of nurses in the grass-root medical institutions and thus provide a reference for optimizing the continuing education plan. Methods: From October 2018 to May 2019, a survey of 270 nurses from 28 grass-root medical institutions in Tongliang District of Chongqing was performed using a self-designed questionnaire. Results: In the grass-root medical institutions, the major continuing education pattern of nurses was hospital training and distance education;the continuing education focused on new basic theoretical knowledge and new nursing techniques, and its satisfaction was 67.8%. About 20.6% questionnaire answerers never had received continuing nursing education. As shown by one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and binary logistic regression analysis, the following factors were associated with the continuing education participation in the past three years: work unit, organizational affiliation, age, professional title and hospital policies. There were 93.0% questionnaire answerers reflecting that it was necessary to participate in the continuing education and wishing the conformance between the pattern and contents of continuing nursing education and the actual implementation status. Conclusion: The continuing education demand of nurses in the grass-root medical institutions is basic but diverse, and the organizations shall provide effective policy support for continuing education and make the diversified training plan by combining Internet technology, so as to realize the maximization of continuing education participation and keep improving the overall service quality of gross-root nurses.

Thus, the supply system of preschool education has been heatedly discussed accordingly.This thesis makes some suggestions for the supply system innovation of preschool education in western areas, based on the sampling surveys in Yibin.

Strengthen Educational and Teaching Reform in a Social Demand-oriented Approach

Along with the advent of higher educational popularization, the number of graduates will be on the rise with increasingly salientcontradictions between the employment of students and social demands. Therefore, before the popularization stage of higher education, it is ofprime importance to properly handle the contradiction between employment of students and social demands. From the perspective of the socialdemands, this paper offers a detailed study of seeking the correct reform approaches through the analysis of the social demands for talents andeducational and teaching reform with a view to alleviating the employment pressure of graduates.

Research on the Employment and Social Demands-oriented Educational and Teaching Reform

As the social employment situation is getting grueling, the issue of the diffi cult employment of students has become increasinglysalient. It is of prime importance to resolve these issues through educational and teaching reform under such urgent situation. Therefore,educational institutions and departments should re-position the teaching model according to employment and social demands to explore afeasible educational and teaching model and provide an effective approach to the increasing employment rate of graduates. From the perspectiveof employment and social demands, this paper offers a study of the educational and teaching model in colleges and universities on this basisand proposes relevant suggestions for the employment of college students with a view to provide concrete help for the alleviation of college students’ employment pressure.

Education Demand of New Generation Minority Migrant Workers in Kunming City and Survey of its Influence Factors

Based on the questionnaire survey for 431 new generation minority migrant workers in Kunming City,we carried out empirical research on education demands of these migrant workers and its influence factors.Survey results show that their education demands have significant features in learning purposes,contents,expenses,willingness,and manners,which are subject to subjective mentality,economic income,social relation network,as well as shortage in social supply of education and training.Therefore,apart from solving training problem of new generation minority migrant workers,government should also highly value their demands of training and arouse their enthusiasm for participation in training in accordance with cultural and psychological characteristics and living environment of these migrant workers.

High Speed Rail Learning System(HSRLS)-Taking Advantage of Online Technologies in Railway Education

The United States has taken initial steps toward developing a high speed rail(HSR)network,but the domestic workforce experience and institutional knowledge necessary for the planning,design,construction,and operations of HSR is underdeveloped.This paper describes and provides preliminary assessment of the High Speed Rail Learning System(HSRLS),a demonstration project that seeks to address gaps in HSR knowledge and skills in the US.The HSRLS developers designed an online education system to serve as a clearinghouse for railrelated information and content,connect teachers,trainers,and students at pre-,and postgraduate levels,and to collect demographic and professional information on groups and individuals interested in HSR.The paper explores the technology review,selection process,and content developed.Website visits and demographic information from over 4,000 unique individuals and 600 HSRLS course registrations are analyzed and assessed.

Study on the Alignment Between Talent Training Directions and Employment Market Demands in the Landscape Architecture Industry

Currently,talent training in Chinese universities for landscape architecture is mainly divided into three directions:“landscape planning and design,”“landscape construction management,”and“landscape plant planting and maintenance.”However,with the background of the slowing urbanization process and the widespread demand for composite talents in society,it remains to be verified whether the traditional three major talent training directions in landscape architecture align with the job demands in the current construction market.Based on a survey and analysis of over 300 industry practitioners,this study found a clear trend of merging the three major employment directions into“landscape design and construction”and“landscape plant planting and maintenance.”This presents new requirements and directions for the skill training of landscape architecture majors in universities and provides insights into the alignment between talent training and employment demands in other industries.

Forecasting Study on Demand and Supply of Medical Postgraduates

This article was designed to forecast the supply and demand of medical postgraduate from 2001 to 2010 and bring forward the development strategy of medical postgraduate education in Hubei province. The line regression, the ratio of health manpower to population, grey dynamics model (1,1) was employed to forecast the supply and demand of medical postgraduate according to the corresponding data from 1991 to 2000 in Hubei province. The results showed that the number of health professionals of Hubei province in 2010 would attain 265892, the graduates' proportion of which would be about 1.8 %; and the demand and supply of medical postgraduate would be 4699 and 2264 respectively. To improve conditions actively to attract and cultivate excellent professionals, especially the senior medical scholars, are effective measures to adjust the degree structure of health manpower as soon as possible in Hubei province.

Exploration of Multi-Dimensional Collaborative Practice and Education Path for Electrical Engineering and Automation Major under the Background of“Dual Carbon”

Driven by the strategic goal of“dual carbon,”the electric power industry is entering a critical period of transformation and upgrading,and there is a growing demand for composite and applied talents who are both proficient in professional technology and good at management.Taking the electrical engineering and automation major of Liupanshui Normal University as an example,this study addresses existing challenges in current talent cultivation practices.By emphasizing the deep integration of theory and practice and aligning closely with industry needs,the study aims to ensure that the talent cultivation system is both forward-looking and practical.Focusing on key aspects such as the practical teaching system,practice platforms,teaching content,instructional methods,assessment and evaluation strategies,and resource optimization,a series of targeted measures are proposed.These measures aim to construct a comprehensive,multi-dimensional practice education system that enhances students’practical innovation abilities and overall competencies.This approach not only improves the quality of talent cultivation but also serves as a valuable reference for the development of electrical engineering education in similar local colleges and universities.

公立三甲医院医师继续医学教育现状及存在问题与对策

目的了解公立三甲医院医师继续医学教育的现状,探讨存在的问题以及对策,为后续制定针对性的继续教育项目,提升继续教育质量提供科学依据。方法选取百色市右江区三所公立三甲医院的220名医师作为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查,采集一般人口学资料、对开展继续教育的内容和形式需求,并分析影响参加继续教育的相关因素。此外,选取15人进行半结构式访谈,了解目前公立三甲医院医师继续医学教育存在的主要问题。结果共发出问卷220份,有效问卷208份,有效回收率94.5%。单因素分析结果显示,年龄、性别、职称和学历与公立三甲医院医师对继续教育必要性认知有关(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄30~<40岁(β=1.704,P=0.033,OR=2.927,95%CI=1.092~7.845)、中级职称(β=1.211,P=0.029,OR=3.357,95%CI=1.133~9.943)以及单位认为继续教育必要的态度(β=1.369,P<0.001,OR=3.931,95%CI=2.390~6.468)是影响三甲医院医师参加继续教育的独立影响因素。公立三甲医院医师在继续教育的内容、形式、时长和费用分担上有一定的倾向。既往参加过继续教育的116名研究对象满意度仅为61.2%。研究对象认为目前继续教育存在的主要问题集中在科室支持力度不够、继续教育的内容和形式个性化不足、工作太忙没有时间、精力参与继续教育。结论公立三甲医院医师继续教育必要性的认知还有加强,医院以及科室也要积极主动地为其提供继续教育的条件和机会。此外,继续教育的管理部门应根据参与继续教育的学员特点,提供个性化、满足其需求的培训方案,优化全区的继续教育体系,更好地促进公立三甲医院医师继续教育的质量提升。

省域学前教育师资培养的供需趋势与优化策略

高质量的学前教育师资队伍是促进学前教育现代化发展的保障。立足新时代发展需求,基于A省2016-2022年学前教育及学前教育师资的相关数据分析可得出如下结论:在需求层面,学前教育规模显著提高,师资队伍发展总体均衡,但城乡发展仍有差异,学历结构仍需改善,不能很好地适应新时代学前教育事业发展的新需求;在供给层面,初步形成和建立开放多元的学前教育师资培养体系和全面覆盖的学前教育师资培养层次结构,但总体培养层次和生源质量仍偏低,不能满足全省对高素质学前教育专业人才数量的需求。预计未来几年,A省学前教育本科层次师资将不能满足社会需求,而专科层次学前教育师资将会出现供过于求。因此,要以需求定供给,控制培养规模;加强省级统筹,调整培养结构;完善保障机制,加强扶持与引导;把好招生入口,提升生源质量;强化师资培训,促进存量升级,进而改善省域学前教育师资供需失衡状况,促进我国学前教育事业高质量发展。

论中国式现代化的教育需求与教育责任

教育现代化不仅是中国式现代化的核心要素,也是中国式现代化最可靠与持久的支撑力量。因此,中国式现代化的深度推进,向教育改革和发展提出了双重需求。与此同时,随着中国式现代化对教育的依赖性日益显著,整个社会发展所承担的教育责任也应该日益强化。有关社会应当承担的相应教育责任的讨论,代表着关于社会与教育关系问题的新认识。在社会转型过程中,教育的定位与角色应逐渐从“保障性”的基础作用向“引领性”的驱动作用转变。为此,需要改变社会与教育之间“决定-反作用”关系的传统认知,超越社会功能主义对教育的封闭化理解,尝试建立一种评价社会发展水平和发展状态的“教育尺度”。

地方高校现代产业学院产才融合路径探索——以盐城工学院为例

为策应盐城地方经济发展,盐城工学院抓住破解人才培养和产业需求“两张皮”的逻辑起点,与地方政府、行业企业等多主体共建共管共享现代产业学院。但从现代产业学院人才培养现状来看,与之相匹配的人才培养模式尚处于探索阶段。通过明确现代产业人才培养新标准和新规格,重组现代产业人才关键能力素质新架构,构建现代产业人才培养课程新体系,优化现代产业人才培养教学内容,整合现代产业人才培养教育资源,建立现代产业人才培养评价新机制,构建“产学对接、内源发展”的现代产业学院产才融合路径,能更好实现人才培养匹配产业发展目标。

低出生率背景下省域学前教育资源供需关系与动态调配——基于对中部J省人口预测的分析

低出生率背景下研判省域学前教育资源供需关系的变化,对优化学前教育资源配置、实现学前教育优质均衡发展具有指导意义。本研究选择省域学前教育资源配置中低供给高需求类型的中部J省作为研究对象,运用PADIS-INT软件预测分析了J省2023—2035年低、中、高三种方案下城乡在园幼儿人数的变化,调查了J省学前教育人力资源与物力资源供给现状,进而预测分析了J省学前教育资源在供给动态变化与静态不变情况下的供需关系。结果发现,随着在园幼儿人数减少,学前教育资源需求将明显减少;现有人力资源供给存在结构性短缺,未来会出现城乡配置失衡;物力资源配备已达到高水平,未来会严重过剩。根据研究结果,建议地方政府根据资源供需关系的动态变化做好学前教育长期规划,控增量、调存量、疏余量;从结构与质量入手优化人力资源配置,稳定乡村教师队伍;谨慎增加办园条件投入,采用多种形式提升物力资源使用效益。
