The atmospheric temperatures and densities in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere(MLT)region are essential for studying the dynamics and climate of the middle and upper atmosphere.In this study,we present more than ...The atmospheric temperatures and densities in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere(MLT)region are essential for studying the dynamics and climate of the middle and upper atmosphere.In this study,we present more than 9 years of mesopause temperatures and relative densities estimated by using ambipolar diffusion coefficient measurements observed by the Mengcheng meteor radar(33.4°N,116.5°E).The intercomparison between the meteor radar and Thermosphere Ionosphere Mesosphere Energetics and Dynamics/Sounding of the Atmosphere by Broadband Emission Radiometry(TIMED/SABER)and Earth Observing System(EOS)Aura/Microwave Limb Sounder(MLS)observations indicates that the meteor radar temperatures and densities agree well with the simultaneous satellite measurements.Annual variations dominate the mesopause temperatures,with the maximum during winter and the minimum during summer.The mesopause relative densities also show annual variations,with strong maxima near the spring equinox and weak maxima before the winter solstice,and with a minimum during summer.In addition,the mesopause density exhibits a structure similar to that of the zonal wind:as the zonal wind flows eastward(westward),the mesopause density decreases(increases).At the same time,the meridional wind shows a structure similar to that of the mesopause temperature:as the meridional wind shows northward(southward)enhancements,the mesopause temperature increases(decreases).Simultaneous horizontal wind,temperature,and density observations provide multiple mesospheric parameters for investigating mesospheric dynamics and thermodynamic processes and have the potential to improve widely used empirical atmospheric models.展开更多
Finding clusters based on density represents a significant class of clustering algorithms.These methods can discover clusters of various shapes and sizes.The most studied algorithm in this class is theDensity-Based Sp...Finding clusters based on density represents a significant class of clustering algorithms.These methods can discover clusters of various shapes and sizes.The most studied algorithm in this class is theDensity-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise(DBSCAN).It identifies clusters by grouping the densely connected objects into one group and discarding the noise objects.It requires two input parameters:epsilon(fixed neighborhood radius)and MinPts(the lowest number of objects in epsilon).However,it can’t handle clusters of various densities since it uses a global value for epsilon.This article proposes an adaptation of the DBSCAN method so it can discover clusters of varied densities besides reducing the required number of input parameters to only one.Only user input in the proposed method is the MinPts.Epsilon on the other hand,is computed automatically based on statistical information of the dataset.The proposed method finds the core distance for each object in the dataset,takes the average of these distances as the first value of epsilon,and finds the clusters satisfying this density level.The remaining unclustered objects will be clustered using a new value of epsilon that equals the average core distances of unclustered objects.This process continues until all objects have been clustered or the remaining unclustered objects are less than 0.006 of the dataset’s size.The proposed method requires MinPts only as an input parameter because epsilon is computed from data.Benchmark datasets were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method that produced promising results.Practical experiments demonstrate that the outstanding ability of the proposed method to detect clusters of different densities even if there is no separation between them.The accuracy of the method ranges from 92%to 100%for the experimented datasets.展开更多
In this study,a microscopic method for calculating the nuclear level density(NLD)based on the covariant density functional theory(CDFT)is developed.The particle-hole state density is calculated by a combinatorial meth...In this study,a microscopic method for calculating the nuclear level density(NLD)based on the covariant density functional theory(CDFT)is developed.The particle-hole state density is calculated by a combinatorial method using single-particle level schemes obtained from the CDFT,and the level densities are then obtained by considering collective effects such as vibration and rotation.Our results are compared with those of other NLD models,including phenomenological,microstatisti-cal and nonrelativistic Hartree–Fock–Bogoliubov combinatorial models.This comparison suggests that the general trends among these models are essentially the same,except for some deviations among the different NLD models.In addition,the NLDs obtained using the CDFT combinatorial method with normalization are compared with experimental data,including the observed cumulative number of levels at low excitation energies and the measured NLDs.The CDFT combinatorial method yields results that are in reasonable agreement with the existing experimental data.展开更多
The key to high-yielding peanut cultivation is the optimization of agricultural production practices.Regulating single-seed precise sowing(SSPS)density and paclobutrazol(Pbz)application concentration are effective pra...The key to high-yielding peanut cultivation is the optimization of agricultural production practices.Regulating single-seed precise sowing(SSPS)density and paclobutrazol(Pbz)application concentration are effective practices that increase peanut yield by improving plant architecture,lodging resistance,and photosynthetic characteristics.Therefore,we conducted a two-factor field optimization experiment for the sowing density(D1:1.95×10^(5)plants ha^(-1),D52:2.40×10plants ha^(-1),D3:2.85×10^(5)plants ha^(-1),and D4:3.30×10^(5)plants ha^(-1))and Pbzapplication concentration(P0:0 mg L^(-1)and P1:100 mg L^(-1)).The objective was to optimize agricultural production practices and provide a theoretical basis for highyielding peanut cultivation by evaluating the effects of sowing density and Pbzapplication on plant architecture,lodging resistance,photosynthetic characteristics,and yield.The results showed that at the same Pbzapplication concentration,increasing sowing density increased lodging percentage and reduced leaf photosynthetic capacity.At the same sowing density,Pbzapplication reduced lodging percentage by decreasing plant height(PH),improving lignin biosynthesis-related enzyme activities,and enhancing stem puncture strength(SPS)and breaking strength(SBS).The paclobutrazol-induced alterations in plant architecture and lodging resistance improved light transmission at the middle and bottom leaf strata,resulting in the increase in relative chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of leaves.Furthermore,D3P1treatment had the highest peanut yield among all treatments.In summary,the production strategy combining the sowing density of 2.85×10^(5)plants ha^(-1)with the application of100 mg L^(-1)Pbzwas found to be the optimal agricultural production practice for giving full play to production potential and achieving higher peanut yield.展开更多
Alkaline water electrolysis provides a promising route for"green hydrogen"generation,where anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)plays a crucial role in coupling with cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction.To d...Alkaline water electrolysis provides a promising route for"green hydrogen"generation,where anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)plays a crucial role in coupling with cathodic hydrogen evolution reaction.To date,the development of highly active and durable OER catalysts based on earth-abundant elements has drawn wide attention;nevertheless,their performance under high current densities(HCDs≥1000 mA cm^(-2))has been less emphasized.This situation has seriously impeded large-scale electrolysis industrialization.In this review,in order to provide a guideline for designing high-performance OER electrocatalysts,the effects of HCD on catalytic performance involving electron transfer,mass transfer,and physical/chemical stability are summarized.Furthermore,the design principles were pointed out for obtaining efficient and robust OER electrocatalysts in light of recent progress of OER electrocatalysts working above 1000 mA cm^(-2).These include the aspects of developing self-supported catalytic electrodes,enhancing intrinsic activity,enhancing the catalyst-support interaction,engineering surface wettability,and introducing protective layer.Finally,summaries and outlooks in achieving OER at industrially relevant HCDs are proposed.展开更多
AIM:To investigate vascular changes in different stages of glaucoma and to evaluate the role of optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)in the early diagnosis of glaucoma.METHODS:Glaucoma patients and healthy co...AIM:To investigate vascular changes in different stages of glaucoma and to evaluate the role of optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)in the early diagnosis of glaucoma.METHODS:Glaucoma patients and healthy controls(n=29 eyes)were investigated in this cross-sectional comparative study.Glaucoma patients were grouped as ocular hypertension(n=44 eyes),preperimetric glaucoma(PPG;n=32 eyes),early glaucoma(EG;n=35 eyes),moderate stage glaucoma(MG;n=36 eyes),and advanced glaucoma(AG;n=35 eyes).Peripapillary and macular vascular densities(VDs)of all participants were compared and correlations of VDs and retinal nerve fiber layer thickness(RNFLT),ganglion cell analysis(GCA),and visual field(VF)tests were evaluated.Area under the receiver operation characteristic curves(AUC)of the peripapillary and macular VD parameters were obtained.RESULTS:VD values decreased with the progression of glaucoma.Most peripapillary and macular VD parameters of PPG and EG groups were lower than healthy controls(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in RNFLT between the PPG and EG groups,but most peripapillary and macular VDs were found to be lower in EG group than in PPG group(P<0.05).In most disease group,VDs were significantly correlated with OCT parameters(P<0.001)and VF index(P<0.05).There were no significant correlations between VF and RNFLT indices in the AG group,but significant correlations were found between VF and VD values(P<0.05).AUC for discriminating between healthy and glaucomatous eyes were highest in whole image peripapillary VD(AUC:0.865,0.929,and 0.986,respectively in EG,MG,and AG groups).CONCLUSION:OCTA can be used in the early diagnosis of glaucoma and can be useful in follow-up of the advanced disease.In cases where limitations or suspicions in structural and functional tests are present,OCTA can be used as a supportive diagnostic test,both in EG and AG.展开更多
Juvenile rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss were subjected to one of four treatments in a two-by-two experimental design: 1) fed at a density of 1.8 g/m<sup>3</sup>, 2) Fasted at 1.8 g/m<sup>3</sup...Juvenile rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss were subjected to one of four treatments in a two-by-two experimental design: 1) fed at a density of 1.8 g/m<sup>3</sup>, 2) Fasted at 1.8 g/m<sup>3</sup>, 3) fed at 30.1 g/m<sup>3</sup>, and 4) fasted at 30.1 g/m<sup>3</sup>. Blood glucose and hematocrit were measured at 4, 6, 48, 168, and 336 hours after placement in one of the two rearing densities, with relative fin lengths and organosomatic indices recorded at 336 hours. Glucose levels over time were not significantly different among the density and feeding treatments. Hematocrit levels over time were also not significantly different. Total lengths, weight, hepatosomatic index, viscerosomatic index, and any of the relative fin lengths were not significantly different between the high and low densities. However, the hepatosomatic index was significantly greater in the fed fish compared to those fasted. The splenosomatic index was significantly greater in the higher density treatment. These results likely indicate no short-term stress response to the higher rearing density used in this short-term experiment and no interaction between starvation and density-related stressors.展开更多
目的探讨骨转换与老年女性髋部脆性骨折(fragile hip fracture,HF)风险及与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLc)的相关性。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月年龄≥60岁女性住院骨质疏松症患者共661例,分为无骨折组(A组)266例和HF组(B组)395例。检测...目的探讨骨转换与老年女性髋部脆性骨折(fragile hip fracture,HF)风险及与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLc)的相关性。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月年龄≥60岁女性住院骨质疏松症患者共661例,分为无骨折组(A组)266例和HF组(B组)395例。检测总胆固醇(Tch)、甘油三酯(TG)、HDLc、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLc)、骨钙素N段中分子片段(N-MID OC)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、镁(Mg)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Cr)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)、骨形成率(MoMF)、骨吸收率(MoMR)及骨转化率(MoT)。结果(1)HF组TP[118(108,128)vs 124(114,131)]、Alb[38.4±3.7 vs 40.0±4.3]、HDLc[1.51(1.24,1.71)vs 1.54(1.37,1.73)]、Ca[2.21±0.12 vs 2.29±0.12]、P[1.03±0.16 vs 1.08±0.17]含量较无骨折组降低,年龄[76(68,83)vs 73(67,78)]、β-CTX[0.57(0.40,0.77)vs 0.34(0.19,0.56)]、MoMR[1.84(1.30,2.51)vs 1.09(0.61,1.83)]及MoT[2.16(1.56,2.85)vs 1.56(1.09,2.38)]较无骨折组增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。N-MID OC、MoMF、Urea、Cr、Cys-C、eGFR、Tch、TG、LDLc及Mg差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)老年女性HF与HDLc、TP、ALB、Ca、P、Mg呈负相关(r=-0.09、-0.26、-0.16、-0.28、-0.12、-0.03,P<0.05),与年龄、β-CTX、MoMR、MoT呈正相关(r=0.17、0.36、0.36、0.26,P<0.05),与N-MID OC、MoMF、Urea、Cr、Cys-C、eGFR、Tch、TG、LDLc无相关性(P>0.05)。(3)年龄、MoT、TP、Ca、P为老年女性HF的风险因素,OR分别为1.03(95%CI:1.01~1.06)、1.75(95%CI:1.44~2.12)、0.96(95%CI:0.92~0.99)、0.06(95%CI:0.01~0.37)、0.18(95%CI:0.06~0.6),P<0.05。(4)HDLc与骨转化间存在“U”型关系,P<0.01,其切点为1.692 mmol/L。结论高骨转换是老年女性HF的危险因素,其骨转化率与HDLc存在U型相关。展开更多

文摘AIM:To investigate vascular changes in different stages of glaucoma and to evaluate the role of optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)in the early diagnosis of glaucoma.METHODS:Glaucoma patients and healthy controls(n=29 eyes)were investigated in this cross-sectional comparative study.Glaucoma patients were grouped as ocular hypertension(n=44 eyes),preperimetric glaucoma(PPG;n=32 eyes),early glaucoma(EG;n=35 eyes),moderate stage glaucoma(MG;n=36 eyes),and advanced glaucoma(AG;n=35 eyes).Peripapillary and macular vascular densities(VDs)of all participants were compared and correlations of VDs and retinal nerve fiber layer thickness(RNFLT),ganglion cell analysis(GCA),and visual field(VF)tests were evaluated.Area under the receiver operation characteristic curves(AUC)of the peripapillary and macular VD parameters were obtained.RESULTS:VD values decreased with the progression of glaucoma.Most peripapillary and macular VD parameters of PPG and EG groups were lower than healthy controls(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in RNFLT between the PPG and EG groups,but most peripapillary and macular VDs were found to be lower in EG group than in PPG group(P<0.05).In most disease group,VDs were significantly correlated with OCT parameters(P<0.001)and VF index(P<0.05).There were no significant correlations between VF and RNFLT indices in the AG group,but significant correlations were found between VF and VD values(P<0.05).AUC for discriminating between healthy and glaucomatous eyes were highest in whole image peripapillary VD(AUC:0.865,0.929,and 0.986,respectively in EG,MG,and AG groups).CONCLUSION:OCTA can be used in the early diagnosis of glaucoma and can be useful in follow-up of the advanced disease.In cases where limitations or suspicions in structural and functional tests are present,OCTA can be used as a supportive diagnostic test,both in EG and AG.
文摘Juvenile rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss were subjected to one of four treatments in a two-by-two experimental design: 1) fed at a density of 1.8 g/m<sup>3</sup>, 2) Fasted at 1.8 g/m<sup>3</sup>, 3) fed at 30.1 g/m<sup>3</sup>, and 4) fasted at 30.1 g/m<sup>3</sup>. Blood glucose and hematocrit were measured at 4, 6, 48, 168, and 336 hours after placement in one of the two rearing densities, with relative fin lengths and organosomatic indices recorded at 336 hours. Glucose levels over time were not significantly different among the density and feeding treatments. Hematocrit levels over time were also not significantly different. Total lengths, weight, hepatosomatic index, viscerosomatic index, and any of the relative fin lengths were not significantly different between the high and low densities. However, the hepatosomatic index was significantly greater in the fed fish compared to those fasted. The splenosomatic index was significantly greater in the higher density treatment. These results likely indicate no short-term stress response to the higher rearing density used in this short-term experiment and no interaction between starvation and density-related stressors.
文摘目的探讨骨转换与老年女性髋部脆性骨折(fragile hip fracture,HF)风险及与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLc)的相关性。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月年龄≥60岁女性住院骨质疏松症患者共661例,分为无骨折组(A组)266例和HF组(B组)395例。检测总胆固醇(Tch)、甘油三酯(TG)、HDLc、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLc)、骨钙素N段中分子片段(N-MID OC)、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、镁(Mg)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Cr)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、肾小球滤过率(eGFR)、骨形成率(MoMF)、骨吸收率(MoMR)及骨转化率(MoT)。结果(1)HF组TP[118(108,128)vs 124(114,131)]、Alb[38.4±3.7 vs 40.0±4.3]、HDLc[1.51(1.24,1.71)vs 1.54(1.37,1.73)]、Ca[2.21±0.12 vs 2.29±0.12]、P[1.03±0.16 vs 1.08±0.17]含量较无骨折组降低,年龄[76(68,83)vs 73(67,78)]、β-CTX[0.57(0.40,0.77)vs 0.34(0.19,0.56)]、MoMR[1.84(1.30,2.51)vs 1.09(0.61,1.83)]及MoT[2.16(1.56,2.85)vs 1.56(1.09,2.38)]较无骨折组增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。N-MID OC、MoMF、Urea、Cr、Cys-C、eGFR、Tch、TG、LDLc及Mg差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)老年女性HF与HDLc、TP、ALB、Ca、P、Mg呈负相关(r=-0.09、-0.26、-0.16、-0.28、-0.12、-0.03,P<0.05),与年龄、β-CTX、MoMR、MoT呈正相关(r=0.17、0.36、0.36、0.26,P<0.05),与N-MID OC、MoMF、Urea、Cr、Cys-C、eGFR、Tch、TG、LDLc无相关性(P>0.05)。(3)年龄、MoT、TP、Ca、P为老年女性HF的风险因素,OR分别为1.03(95%CI:1.01~1.06)、1.75(95%CI:1.44~2.12)、0.96(95%CI:0.92~0.99)、0.06(95%CI:0.01~0.37)、0.18(95%CI:0.06~0.6),P<0.05。(4)HDLc与骨转化间存在“U”型关系,P<0.01,其切点为1.692 mmol/L。结论高骨转换是老年女性HF的危险因素,其骨转化率与HDLc存在U型相关。
文摘目的探索脊柱退变住院患者血清尿酸/高密度脂蛋白比值与骨密度的相关性。方法共纳入803例脊柱退变的受试者,评估临床因素及实验室检查结果,测量骨密度,按照骨密度结果分为骨质疏松症组及非骨质疏松症组。采用多元Logistic回归分析血清尿酸/高密度脂蛋白比值(uric acid to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio,UHR)与骨质疏松症的相关性。结果与非骨质疏松症组相比,骨质疏松症组的UHR更低(244.93±.102.51 vs 199.97±.91.96,P<0.001),多元Logistics回归分析提示,在校正了骨质疏松症的传统危险因素后,UHR最高的四分位患者发生骨质疏松症的可能性是UHR最低的四分位患者的0.402倍(P=0.018)。骨质疏松症的患病率在UHR四分位呈下降的趋势,骨密度在UHR四分位呈升高的趋势。UHR在骨量正常、骨量减少及骨质疏松症3组呈下降的趋势。结论低UHR是昆山地区脊柱退变住院患者发生骨质疏松症的危险因素。对于UHR较低的脊柱退变患者,应注意筛查骨质疏松症。
文摘木材密度包括基本密度、气干密度等,在12%含水率条件下的气干密度(D12)较常用,因此有必要将木材气干密度换算为基本密度(Db)。目前利用木材气干密度计算基本密度的模型有Reyes、Chave、Simpson和Vieilledent模型等,然而这些模型预测结果不完全一致。利用中国林业科学研究院木材工业研究所(Research Institute of Wood Industry,Chinese Academy of Forestry,CRIWI)和法国农业国际合作研究发展中心(French Agricultural Research Centre for International Development,CIRAD)的木材D12和Db数据,首先基于CRIWI的木材密度数据建立D12与Db的关系模型,然后将CRIWI和CIRAD的D12数据分别代入Reyes模型、Chave模型、Simpson模型、Vieilledent模型和新建模型,获得每个树种木材Db的预测值,并根据Db预测值和实测值计算残差绝对值均值。不同模型残差绝对值均值比较结果表明:Reyes模型在利用CRIWI和CIRAD的木材密度数据时预测Db的准确性都比较高,适用性最广;Simpson模型、新建模型在D12高于1.0 g/cm3时预测Db的准确性降低。
