The development of high-voltage direct current gas-insulated switchgear assemblies(DC GIS)of rated voltages up to±550 kV has been completed.DC GIS provide a compact technical solution with a high functional density,optimized for projects with limited space as in offshore HVDC converter platforms,onshore HVDC converter stations and transition stations between different transmission media.Up to now,no standards for testing of gas-insulated DC systems are available,although pre-standardization work is in progress within CIGRE.Some tests can be performed as required in AC GIS standards.Special aspects of DC voltage stress,like the electric field distribution of insulators influenced by the accumulation of electrical charge carriers and the operation-related inhomogeneous temperature distribution,must be considered by additional electric and thermoelectric tests.For DC GIS,the experience of long-term performance is limited today.Although ageing is expected to be of lower importance,tests are recommended.This contribution summarizes the physical and technical background to design and develop compact DC switchgear assemblies using gas-insulated technology.It explains the developed modules of the substation and gives an overview of the performed tests.Furthermore,it provides an insight in the on-going standardization activities and describes applications in converter and transition stations,showing its space-saving characteristics. 展开更多

Green roof technology and implementation are taking root in North America at an accelerating pace.Growing recogni-tion of the benefits of green roofs and increasing interest in green infrastructure are leading to expansion of green roof tech-nologies that have been in use for decades in Europe and elsewhere.While some regions have adopted the use of green roofs on a large scale,other areas are warming up to the concept more slowly.Large-scale implementation of green roofs has not yet occurred in Indiana,but a number of exemplary projects have been constructed,and there are signs that interest in the technology is increasing in the state.The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of green roof technology,analyze selected green roofs in Indiana,explore trends in the state,and address issues for future development of green roof technol-ogy in the region.A variety of green roofs were investigated throughout the state.Discussions were held with individuals involved in each project to obtain technical and logistical details of green roof design,installation,and performance. 展开更多

The duty of educators and politicians is to find new policies and programs that should include creative industries such as designing, together with the teaching of new technologies to make it possible for a greater portion of the population to have access to this knowledge, which will enable it to be included in the job market. This type of training also means that the language of the educators will change .We need to develop a new multilinguistic, multimedia, and multidisciplinary conception oriented towards the learning activities of the student. Our goals is to transform multimedia design into an important creative industry in our region, we created "Project Untitled" at Universidad Maimonides. This is an artistic collective undertaking that includes teachers, directors, and students of the School of Multimedia Communication and Design. The goal of this project is to cooperate with learning paradigms in order to reach the quality that a true society of knowledge needs. Education is fundamental for the development of any nation, including the "periphery countries", which can contribute a different point of view, and which, in this sense, can offer wider possibilities, precisely because these countries have the "critical distance" that, probably, core countries are short of. 展开更多

Due to its features,flowline bundle offers a couple of advantages over conventional flowline in particular for cases where multi-flowlines and high thermal performance is of great interest. The main benefits and advantages of such system include excellent thermal performance to prevent wax formation and hydrates,multiple bundled flowlines,mechanical and corrosion protection,potential reuse, etc. With the developments of offshore oil and gas industries,more and more hydrocarbon resources are being explored and discovered from shallow to deep water. Pipeline bundle system can be a smart solution for certain applications,which can be safe and cost effective solution. The objective of this paper is to overview pipeline bundle technology,outline detailed engineering design issue and procedure. Focus is given to its potential application in offshore for infield transportation. Engineering design principles and procedures for pipeline bundle system are highlighted. Construction methods of flowline bundle onshore are reviewed. Offshore towing and installation of pipeline bundle procedure is outlined. 展开更多

水下控制模块是水下生产系统的关键部件,针对水下控制模块在水下如何精准、高效、安全地实现回收和再安装工作的问题,本文设计了一种水下控制模块安装工具。对此安装工具进行了机械结构的设计,将安装工具各部分结构在工作过程中的作用... 水下控制模块是水下生产系统的关键部件,针对水下控制模块在水下如何精准、高效、安全地实现回收和再安装工作的问题,本文设计了一种水下控制模块安装工具。对此安装工具进行了机械结构的设计,将安装工具各部分结构在工作过程中的作用进行了介绍。针对安装工具能够顺利完成水下控制模块的安装,基于安装工具各部分结构对接精度关系分析,通过数学建模与仿真分析,得到影响水下控制模块安装精度的原因,设计合理的安装精度参数。将仿真分析得到的数据与设计参数相比较,可证明水下控制模块的结构设计能满足水下控制模块的对接定位精度要求。结果表明:各精度参数满足水下控制模块安装工具设计要求,在此设计参数下安装工具能够完成水下控制模块的精确安装。 展开更多
