Research on Behavioral Characteristics of Tourism Consumption from College Students

College students have become important tourist market segments,and they are of great development potential.On the basis of survey to college students from ten universities in Guangzhou University City,their tourism consumption behaviors were discussed.Finally,some relevant recommendations to service quality improvement of tourism enterprises and development of college students market were proposed.

Analysis of the constitution and health of medical students from different nationalities in Korla, Xinjiang, China

Objective: To better understand nutritional and health status of students from different nationalities, we analyzed the nutritional status and athletic ability of Uygur, Hui, Mongolian and Han nationality among medical students in Bazhou Health School in Korla, Xinjiang, China. Methods: Using stratified cluster sampling, 1644 students from 47 classes in the 2014 and 2015 grades were selected as the study objects from Bazhou Health School, and 1644 students were measured for anthropometry and exercise capacity. Anthropometric measurements were carried out by qualified surveyors in accordance with GB/T 5703-1999 standard. The exercise capacity is based on the test requirements of the 'Student Physical Fitness Health Standard' (revised in 2014) issued by the Ministry of Education and the State General Administration of Sport. All the data were established by Excel 2010 to a database, and the test data were re-entered into SPSS 18.0 software for statistical analysis with double check. Result: Body morphogenetic development level: There were significant differences in height, weight, waist circumference, and upper arm skinfold thickness among different nationalities. The height and weight of Uygur students were significantly higher than those of Han and Hui students;but Waist circumference of Mongolian students was significantly greater than that of Han, Hui, and Uyghur Students. Detection rate for low weight and obesity: Four national student's BMI individual scores have significant differences, but their BMI in scored an average of more than 90 points, student's body mass index is more ideal. Exercise ability: Th ere are significant differences in standing jump and seat flexion, the standing jump of Hui stud ents is higher than that of Han nationality, and the seat flexion of Mongolian nationality is high er than those of Han and Uygur students, while the standing jump and seat flexion of Han natio nality is lower than those of Hui and Mongolian students. Conclusion: There are differences in the nutrition and development status of all nationalities and they have their own characteristics. Uygur students have higher heights and weights than those of Han students;Mongolian students have thicker waistlines;while Han students have higher measurements of upper arm skinfold thickness. There are different characteristic in sports ability in all nationalities.

Curriculum Development and Teachers for Cultivating OECD Student Agency in Japan:From an Examination of Educational Thought,Educational System,History,and Contemporary Science and Mathematics Education Practices

The purpose of this paper is to examine the development of a curriculum in Japan to foster the agency(OECD Student Agency)necessary for children living in the future,as outlined in the OECD Education2030 Project,and the role of teachers who implement this curriculum.Therefore,I aim to achieve this goal by taking an overview of educational thought,educational systems and history,and examining several initiatives in the OECD Project and the situation of a Japanese high school that practices science and mathematics education.As a result of analyzing previous research and the narratives obtained from interviews with Teacher A(pseudonym)of a certain F High School(pseudonym),it was found that school education should not simply teach subjects,but should aim to enable student to help student exercise agency in the future.It was suggested that it is not necessary to add content to the curriculum,but rather to prepare to provide students with competencies that will enable them to use the content in various contexts,situations,and circumstances,suggesting that in order to discover such important competencies,teachers and other related parties are required to implement curricula that allow students to slowly and carefully explore the competencies surrounding the content,and to conceive and build curricula that include both hidden and intended curriculum that allows student to reflect on the curriculum they have achieved.

Research on the Current Situation of China’s Higher Education Students Studying Abroad in the Context of Higher Education Internationalization

In the context of education internationalization,the internationalization of higher education has become a major trend in the field of education in most countries,with international student education as the core.This phenomenon promotes cultural exchanges and integration among countries as well as higher education reform,which is of great significance in enhancing the international influence of higher education in each country.However,there are also some challenges faced by higher education students when studying abroad.The article digs into the origin and history of studying abroad,analyzes the current situation and reasons for higher education students in China to study abroad,discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by higher education students in China when studying abroad,and analyzes the trend of studying abroad in China.

Meadow-Kendall听障儿童社会性和情绪发展评估量表学龄前版信度及效度研究

目的评价Meadow-Kendall听障儿童社会性和情绪发展评估量表(SEAI)学龄前版在中国文化背景下的适用性。方法对听力障碍儿童96例采用SEAI施测。随机选择30例,同时完成Conners教师量表测试。从中随机选择30例,2周后施测。随机选取30例,由其另一位评定者施测。对评定结果进行Pearson相关分析或Spearman相关分析。结果社交沟通行为、冲动行为、发育问题、焦虑强迫行为4个分量表和听障相关条目量表的重测信度(r)为0.94、0.55、0.87、0.31、0.74,Cronbachα为0.70、0.76、0.76、0.80、0.68;评定者信度为0.90、0.58、0.46、0.14、0.55。SEAI各分量表与TRS的诸多因子负相关(r=-0.36^-0.89,P<0.05)。验证性因子分析显示,4个分量表和1个听障相关条目量表的模型合理。结论 SEAI学龄前版具有良好的信度和效度,适用于我国听力障碍儿童。

Measurement of professional identity in Chinese nursing students

Objectives:Chinese nurses continue to display low professional identity.It is becoming an emergent issue in China how to help nurse students develop their positive professional identity.This paper is to develop the Professional Identity Scale for Nursing Students(PISNS).Methods:Literature review,and interviews with students and experts were adopted to develop initial item.Reliability and validity of the scale were respectively examined by computing internal consistency coefficient alpha and split-half Spearman Brown for equal length,and Exploratory Principle Component Factor Analysis.Results:Five factors with 17-item were obtained explaining 58.9%of the total variance.Cronbach’s alpha,and split-half reliability was 0.83 and 0.84 respectively.Conclusions:Given its high reliability and validity,PISNS could be used as a measurement tool for educators to evaluate the developing level of professional identity in nursing students and assess the effectiveness of corresponding interventions and strategies.

Intercultural Competence Development of Chinese Students After a Short-Term Study Abroad Experience

This study investigated Chinese students’ intercultural competence and linguistic growth during a six-week study abroad program. The students and their professor participated in pre- and post-tests covering written and oral language competency as well as intercultural competence. The Global Scale of English assessed student language development to determine linguistic growth and the Assessment of Intercultural Competence of Chinese College Students (AIC-CCS) was used to determine student growth of intercultural competence skills, specifically related to cultural knowledge, skills, attitudes, and awareness as a result of their experiences in a non-Western context. Results indicated that students experienced a change in the salience of intercultural knowledge themes over their period abroad, as well as improved their individual language abilities. This study provides suggestions for future programming focused on the development of Chinese student intercultural competencies during short-term study abroad experiences in Western university environments.

Psycho-medical aspects on migrants health of III? world pediatric surgical patients

The constantly expanding world wide mobility and globalization within the pediatric community puts new demands on pediatric surgical health care systems worldwide. Forcing carers to pay attention not only on their best surgical and medical performance like in the past. In contrary, they are forced to pay much more attention on psycho-medical aspects like finance, rehabilitation, socialization and integration, culture, management and logistics, health edu-cation and language skills. Then, according to our opinion these aspects should be considered as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)-like syndrome and treated accordingly. Then handling this problem succesfully, would be essential for the future survival of any health care system.

Predicament of College Students with Economic Difficulties in Career Development and Assistance Strategies

College students with economic difficulties are the vulnerable groups who are easy to fall into the predicament of career development. They are mainly characterized as weak career awareness,unclear self-awareness,lack of social resources,and poor comprehensive quality. This paper comprehensively analyzed the predicament of college students and causes. On the basis of causes,it came up with strategies including establishing a perfect whole-process education mechanism,strengthening psychological health and ideological and political education,actively expanding social practice internship platform,and vigorously cultivating employment competitiveness,so as to help students with economic difficulties to get out of their predicament and realize sustainable and comprehensive career development.

Corporate Social Responsibility——From the Perspective of Polish Enterprises

Corporate social responsibility （CSR） is becoming more and more frequently emphasized part of management in the structure of Polish enterprises. These results from the fact that growing awareness of consumers, destructive impact of industry on the natural environment, economic scandals, unethical behavior among entrepreneurs, bring about redefining the principles of a business activity on the market by entrepreneurs. As a result of the above, such values as honesty, trust, or responsibility take on greater importance. Additionally, more and more often, Polish entrepreneurs pay attention to the influence of the company on the environment, the way the stakeholders are treated, while striving to maximize profit. The present paper looks into the subject of social responsibility from the point of view of Polish enterprises. To verify this objective, there was the analysis of the due literature performed, and also carried out the survey among 174 entrepreneurs running their business activity in the area of Southern Poland. The research tool used in the research was the questionnaire （PAPI and CAWI）. In the conducted research, there were factors analyzed referring to knowledge of social responsibility among the people holding both managerial and lower-level positions, in particular opinion, is it important for enterprises to be driven by ethical standards？ How to implement CSR in their structures？ How to understood concept of CSR？ What are the reasons for the implementation of CSR in the strategy of the company？ The considerations （both the theoretical and practical ones） confirmed that the Polish enterprises feel the increased need to implement the activities in the field of social responsibility, which, in the present conditions, constitutes an important part of running a business activity.

A Study of Chinese Students in the United States and Its Implication for English Teaching in China

Language acquisition is a system with four components： language development, academic development, cognitive development and sociocultural development. Based on this theory, Chinese students in the United States are studied from three perspectives： linguistically, culturally, and social psychologically.
