The Xujiaweizi Fault Depression is located in the northern Songliao Basin,Northeast China.The exploration results show that the most favorable natural gas reservoirs are in the volcanic rocks of the Yingcheng Formatio...The Xujiaweizi Fault Depression is located in the northern Songliao Basin,Northeast China.The exploration results show that the most favorable natural gas reservoirs are in the volcanic rocks of the Yingcheng Formation(K 1 yc).Based on seismic interpretation,drill cores and the results of previous research,we analyzed the distribution of faults and the thickness of volcanic rocks in different periods of K 1 yc,and studied the relationship of volcanic activities and main faults.Volcanic rocks were formed in the Yingcheng period when the magma erupted along pre-existing fault zones.The volcanic activities strongly eroded the faults during the eruption process,which resulted in the structural traces in the seismic section being diffuse and unclear.The tectonic activities weakened in the study area in the depression stage.The analysis of seismic interpretation,thin section microscopy and drill cores revealed that a large number of fractures generated in the volcanic rocks were affected by later continued weak tectonic activities,which greatly improved the physical properties of volcanic reservoirs,and made the volcanic rocks of K 1 yc be favorable natural gas reservoirs.The above conclusions provide the basis to better understand the relationship of the volcanic rock distribution and faults,the mechanism of volcanic eruption and the formation of natural gas reservoirs in volcanic rocks.展开更多

Studies on regional develop-ment theory, the characteristics and state of regional development, and on decision mak-ing and policy, In recent years, regional development theories were introduced to China,such as growth pole theory, gradient theory, and central place theory, etc. Much benefi-cial work has been done concerning these theories. Much exploration has also been madeon decision-making and policy studies in connection with regional, territorial and cityplanning. However, not much has been done with regard to the research on the character-istics and state of regional development and most of them are descriptive. Therefore, thereis a lack of guiding theory for decision-making and policy studies and also a lack of re-search, on regional characteristics and state, which has inevitably resulted in erroneousdecision-making and reform measures. The stepping up of research on the charecteristicsand state plays a key role in raising, the regional scientific research level. In this article, theauthors concentrate their research on the city fringe areas and try to explore thesocio-economic features and state of these particular areas.展开更多
Metro-led underground space(MUS)plays a crucial role in modern underground space utilisation.Recent studies have shown its great potential for high-quality urban development.However,limited evidence about MUS was avai...Metro-led underground space(MUS)plays a crucial role in modern underground space utilisation.Recent studies have shown its great potential for high-quality urban development.However,limited evidence about MUS was available on a national scale,resulting in incomplete and unsystematic knowledge of MUS utilisation.The interaction relationship between MUS and the surrounding built environment also remains unclear.To fill the research gap,an automatic method for MUS identification and development features extraction was proposed based on point of interest data.We applied the method to identify the MUS in 28 Chinese cities and estimated the development status of MUS in China for the first time.The nationwide statistics of MUS and correlation analysis of development features were conducted.Results show that complex MUS(CMUS)share is significantly lower than that of simple MUS.Besides,CMUS development in China is primarily dominated by public transport and does not have a solid functional link to its surroundings.The comparative analysis of MUS development in four primary urban agglomerations was also conducted,and their development char-acteristics were discussed.The study aims to expand the planning toolkit and construct the MUS database,which sheds light on the data-driven planning for MUS.展开更多
