Study on Agricultural Intellectual Property Protection and High-Quality Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Ginseng

Agricultural intellectual property has the functions of carrying forward agricultural cultural heritage,encouraging agricultural scientific and technological innovation,cultivating the brand of agricultural products and so on. The protection and application of agricultural intellectual property rights can enhance the vitality,innovation and competitiveness of agricultural economy,and promote the strategy of high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization. Ginseng is a traditional medicinal variety with superior characteristics in Northeast China,and it is one of the most famous " three treasures" in Northeast China. This paper introduces ginseng( Panax ginseng C. A. Mey.) and its medicinal value,analyzes the traditional knowledge,biological genetic resources,new plant varieties,patents,geographical indications,trademarks and other agricultural intellectual property resources of ginseng,studies the traditional Chinese medicine GAP certification and certification of " Three Agricultural Products" and the construction of the dominant area of agricultural product( Fusong ginseng) with Chinese characteristics,and explores the rural revitalization strategy and traditional Chinese medicine development strategy,ginseng agricultural intellectual property protection and high quality development strategy.

Hospital-based health technology assessment:The next frontier for traditional Chinese medicine hospitals

Hospital-based health technology assessment(HB-HTA)is highly valuable in the application of hospital medical technology,cost control,improvement of medical quality,and protection of medical safety,and its use is increasing daily globally.However,in China,HB-HTA is still in its infancy,and it is yet to be adopted in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Therefore,this article introduces the application and development of HB-HTA,as well as discusses the current situation of TCM and related future development strategies to provide ideas and references for the development of HB-HTA in TCM.We conclude and recommend that all major stakeholders,including the state,health departments,and hospital leaders,support and promote the exploration and development of HB-HTA in TCM hospitals and integrative medicine hospitals.We also suggest the utilization of existing talents and introduction of other necessary talents to promote better and faster organizational development,as well as suggest the formation of a national and internationally recognized HB-HTA guidance manual and toolkit for TCM hospitals based on both the national HTA guidelines and the evaluation of TCM hospitals pilot projects.Moreover,we recommend that HB-HTA pilot study should be executed with Chinese patent medicine as the starting point to form the implementation process and framework in the TCM arena.

Protection of Intellectual Property and Authenticity of Chinese Herbal Medicine Chrysanthemum morifolium

This paper first introduced Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. and its medicinal value. Then, it studied agricultural intellectual property resources such as geographical indications, trademarks, patents, new plant varieties, biological genetic resources, and traditional knowledge related to C. morifolium . Finally, it summarized poverty-stricken areas ecologically suitable for planting C. morifolium , analyzed the GAP certification of C. morifolium , pollution-free agricultural product certification, green food certification, and organic food certification, and discussed the strategies for C. morifolium intellectual property protection and authenticity protection in the context of TCM development strategy and rural revitalization strategy.

Analysis on Situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Development and Protection Strategies in China

With the worldwide growing interest and commercial value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industries and products,the protection issue of TCM knowledge is increasingly concerned by Chinese government.Here,we investigated the current situation and trend of TCM development and knowledge protection in China through accessing academic research tools including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)and Google Scholar,analyzing the latest data released by National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,China Statistical Yearbook of Chinese Medicine and China Statistical Yearbook.Our results demonstrate that current administration in China is continuing to support TCM development by increasing investment and expanding the scale in TCM research and administration.The increasing attention of Chinese scholars and government has led to laws and regulations issued more densely to strengthen TCM knowledge protection and promote fair use and fast development.

Study on the Inheritance,Innovation and Development of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in the Treatment of COVID-19

The discovery of highly effective medicine"Qingfei Paidu Decoction"for COVID-19 is a new era gift of traditional Chinese medicine to the world.The traditional Chinese medicine Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,as a medicinal plant in the family of Labiatae,is the dominant variety of genuine medicinal material in North China.It is the leading traditional Chinese medicine in the advantageous area of agricultural products with Chinese characteristics in Shangdang of Changzhi City,and it is one of the 21 herbal medicines in the new national prescription"Qingfei Paidu Decoction"for the rapid and effective treatment of COVID-19.This paper introduces S.baicalensis Georgi and its traditional Chinese medicine GAP base,ecologically suitable planting county and medicinal value in poor areas,and studies the intellectual property resources related to S.baicalensis Georgi,such as traditional knowledge,biological genetic resources,patents,new plant varieties,geographical indications,and trademarks.This paper mainly discusses the inheritance essence,innovation and high-quality development strategy of S.baicalensis Georgi under the rural revitalization strategy and traditional Chinese medicine development strategy from the aspects of intellectual property rights,important agricultural cultural heritage,advantageous areas of characteristic agricultural products and so on.

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on oligoasthenospermatism:a narrative review

OBJECTIVE: To summarize the treatment of oligoasthenospermatism(OAS) with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS: The literature describing OAS treatment with TCM in the past 4 years was searched.Three studies were reviewed, evaluated, and summarized. The etiology and pathogenesis, pattern differentiation, medicine administration, and combination of TCM with Western Medicine were all examined.RESULTS: TCM had an advantage in treating OAS and had fewer adverse events than conventional treatments.CONCLUSION: Although TCM has an advantage in treating OAS and fewer adverse events, the efficacy of TCM and modern medicine on OAS is unsatisfactory.

中医经方的普适性和持续力探讨

中医经方即《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中所载之方,历经千年,验之有效,是中医临床的源头活水。作为群方之祖,用药精简,配伍严谨。药味上,或加减有法,一药变化而成新方;或药量严格,而现“同药异方”之象。配伍上,或相互辅佐,药专力宏;或相反相成,协调统一。古代名家熟稔经方,在临床上广泛运用,并积累丰富经验。经方配伍有理有法,运用不论何科,注重辨证论治,可以为临床诊疗开阔思路,启发灵感。经方作为中医治疗十分重要的一部分,承担着继往开来的使命。不仅在临床治疗疾病时能够继续发挥不可替代的作用,而且对于今后中医药守正创新的发展壮大也有着很大的推动意义。

中药饮片质量追溯体系的建设及应用

追溯技术广泛应用于中药领域,中药材产品追溯体系逐渐形成,中药饮片的质量追溯管理模式也在不断进步。分析中药饮片质量追溯体系在国内部分省份的建设现状,阐明体系建设的促进方案,提出发挥行业协会积极性、专业性,及时发布法规及追溯标准,建设中药饮片追溯监管服务平台,完善饮片质量监管体系的发展策略。

基于中药质量标志物的中药产业高质量发展技术策略

中药质量是中药安全有效的保障,中药质量关乎国民生命健康,也关乎中药产业的健康发展。以往中药质量研究与质量控制模式难以满足中药复杂体系的质量控制要求,需要在理论、模式、技术方法和研究路径上实现质的突破。在对中药复杂体系和产业特点客观分析的基础上,针对中药质量研究与质量控制现实问题,提出基于中药质量标志物的中药产业高质量发展技术策略。以此建立与中药临床效用密切关联、特有专属、整体评价和面向中药全产业链的质量标准和质量控制体系,并为行业监管提供科学、有效的“监管工具”,对于提高我国中药质量标准和质量控制水平具有一定的参考意义。

四物汤加减配合雷火灸治疗过敏性结膜炎临床观察

目的探讨四物汤加减配合雷火灸治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床效果。方法将110例过敏性结膜炎患者随机分为对照组(55例)和试验组(55例)。对照组给予盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予四物汤加减配合雷火灸治疗。两组患者均治疗4个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、眼部症状及角膜染色评分、血清体液免疫指标及泪液变态反应指标水平。结果治疗后试验组总有效率94.55%(52/55)高于对照组的78.18%(43/55)(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组治疗后主要症状评分、次要症状评分及角膜染色评分均较低,血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平较低,泪液组胺(HA)、嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)及白三烯B4(LTB4)水平较低(P<0.05)。结论四物汤加减配合雷火灸治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床效果确切,能显著缓解眼部症状及角膜染色,调节体液免疫功能,减轻眼部变态反应,值得临床推广应用。

江西省中医药康养旅游SWOT分析及发展策略研究

在健康中国及人们健康需求不断提高的背景下,发展中医药康养旅游产业已成为旅游经济的新亮点。江西省中医药文化悠久,中医药资源和旅游资源丰富,具有发展中医药康养旅游的天然优势。本文利用SWOT方法,分析江西省发展中医药康养旅游的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,提出发展策略,为江西省中医药康养旅游产业的发展提供参考。

中医药治疗结直肠癌术后复发转移的相关作用机制研究进展

临床上晚期结直肠癌患者术后发生复发和转移的现象十分常见,使得患者的生存质量低下、生存期缩短,是目前肿瘤学界研究的热点之一。中西医在治疗结直肠癌中各有优势,但二者联合起来可扬长避短,做到“1+1>2”,可以明显改善患者临床症状,提高患者生存质量,并降低相应的复发转移率。为探究中医药在结直肠癌治疗中的相关作用机制,进一步提高中医药治疗晚期结直肠癌患者的疗效,本文通过查阅大量相关文献,对晚期结直肠癌术后发生复发转移的中医相关作用机制进行了以下总结:气虚、阳虚、蓄毒不流(痰湿、瘀血、气滞)、内生癌毒。

中医药治疗冠心病并心律失常的研究进展

近年来,随着生活水平的提高,心血管疾病在人群中呈高发趋势,严重威胁人们的健康。冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)患者往往并发各种不同程度的心律失常,应用常规的西医抗心律失常药物,易使患者病情反复,疗效难以控制;如使用不当,甚至会造成更严重的恶性心律失常,进而危及患者生命。随着医学的发展与临床研究的深入,中医药在冠心病并心律失常的治疗中发挥了越来越重要的作用,逐渐形成了独特体系,且内容繁复,包括成方、成药、针灸、穴贴等多种疗法。文章对近年来中医药辨证论治冠心病并心律失常的经验加以综述,期望能为中医药治疗此病提供一定的参考。

中医治未病的认知现状及发展策略

中医治未病理论是中医的特色健康理念,随着“健康中国2030”健康政策的推行落实,中医治未病理论愈发引起社会重视。笔者通过分析普通群众对于中医治未病理念的认知现状,发现群众对于治未病理念普遍存在认知和接受度较低,未能正确理解其基本内涵等不足,其原因与社会普及、群众自身及政府支持政策等因素有关。笔者认为可通过加强中医药文化的传承创新、创新治未病宣传形式、培养中医人才、政策激励等一系列举措,营造出浓厚中医氛围、加大中医宣传力度、加强中医队伍建设、引导中医事业发展以提高中医治未病理念推广,更好地构建中医治未病健康服务体系,推进健康中国建设。

中成药治疗中风的临床研究及评价(2021—2022年)

目的:通过对2021年度发表的中成药治疗中风的临床随机对照试验(RCTs)进行系统的收集、整理、分析和评价,对中成药治疗中风临床证据进行阶段性总结,为后续研究的开展及证据转化应用提供参考。方法:基于中医药循证研究证据库系统(EVDS)中的中成药临床证据数据库收录的文献,补充检索国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)、Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase数据库,获取2021年度发表的中成药治疗中风RCTs并进行统计分析。结果:检索得到符合要求的RCTs 147篇,其中样本量≥100例的RCTs 67篇(45.58%);涉及中成药51种,其中口服中成药25种,中药注射剂26种;涉及干预/对照措施16种,其中“中成药+西药+常规治疗”与“西药+常规治疗”比较最多(91篇,61.90%);纳入的147篇RCTs中,仅1篇未报告疗程,63.95%的研究疗程为14 d;研究总体方法学质量仍存在一些问题,尤其是分配隐藏、盲法及其他偏倚等条目低风险率不足5%,此外研究注册和样本量估算等鲜有报告。结论:2021年度发表的中成药治疗中风RCTs在随机方法、分配隐藏、实施偏倚(盲法应用)、其他偏倚4个方面的报告存在明显不足。

重症肌无力免疫调节的4个阶段

笔者根据重症肌无力(MG)发生发展演变特点,将其分为早期、缓解期、稳定期、恢复期、波动复发期等5期,探讨了不同时期的临床和免疫学变化特点,并在此基础上首次提出免疫抑制、免疫调节、免疫增强、免疫重建的MG 4个阶段免疫调节治疗思路及方法。

中药卓越监管体系的构建策略与前景展望

伴随着中药工业化、现代化、国际化进程,中药监管体系构建与能力提升正处在全球化监管合作与监管协调发展的战略机遇期。加快打造具有中国特色、符合中药特点、全球领先的中药卓越监管体系是我国构建“科学、高效、权威”药品监管体系战略的重要组成部分,是中国式现代化药品监管实践的新要求,是统筹高水平安全监管和产业高质量发展的新举措。中药卓越监管体系作为新时代赋予药监人的新任务和新目标,其构建策略可概括为3个层次、5个维度和3个机制:要聚焦中国特色、中药特点、全球领先3个层次进行立体布局,要综合法规制度、组织机构、科技支撑、产业发展、国际影响5个维度进行系统设计,要围绕中药全链条监管工作协调会商机制、中药监管科学研究者联盟工作机制及中药监管全球化政策协调机制3个工作进行方法创新,强化基础学科向监管应用转化,支持中药科学监管决策,推进高质量中药传承创新发展和高水平中药监管国际合作协调。

现代科技在中医诊断学实践教学和考核中的应用

诊法学和辨证学等中医诊断思维与技能是中医临床基础技能之一。其中,四诊技能的熟练应用,对于培养优秀的中医临床人才,促进中医临床学科的发展,有着重要的现实意义。文章通过分类研究高校与执业医师考试中四诊技能的实践教学与考核方式方法,对四诊考试现状进行深度解析,从而对中医“四诊”考核改革与发展提出可行性的建议,以期进一步完善四诊考试核心内容知识构架,提升学生四诊水平,进而培养高素质的临床中医专业人才。

浅谈中医药文化核心价值观在高校思政教育中的新作用

中医药文化博大精深,其融合了中华历代人文科学和自然科学之精华,凝聚了古圣先贤、儒家道家之博学,是几千年来中华儿女抵御和治疗疾病的实践总结,是中华文化的瑰宝。如何将传统中医药文化的精髓注入中医药院校的思政教育中,从思政课堂、学科引领、科学评估等全方位、多角度实现思政教育与优秀中医药文化的精准对接,将中医药文化与思政教育相结合,值得进一步研究探讨。

乡村振兴背景下中药材生产技能人才培养的思考

中药材生产作为农村特色产业,需求逐渐扩大,在乡村振兴战略中对农村经济的发展具有显著的作用,然而,中药材生产技能人才特别是具有实际操作和管理能力的高素质人才供给明显不足。该文乡村振兴战略背景下,就中药材生产技能人才需求现状,对目前职业院校中药材生产技能人才培养模式,未能完全满足行业发展需求存在的不足进行深入分析和探索。在改进中药材生产技能人才的培养模式上,提出通过加强思政教育、优化课程设置、加强专业教师队伍建设及推动中药材现代化生产教育等措施,进一步完善中药材生产技能人才培养模式,提升学生的实际操作能力和就业竞争力,为乡村振兴战略的实施和中药产业的长远发展注入新的活力和动力。
