With the rapid development of big data and intelligent technology,opportunities and challenges coexist in continuing education work,and the integration of continuing education and intelligent education is imperative.Therefore,China’s continuing education should strengthen the construction of the education system,make long-term plans,strengthen overall management in system construction,promote the transformation of continuing education models,and accelerate the modernization process of education.Based on this,this article analyzes and studies the path of intelligent development of continuing education in the digital era,explores its inevitability,analyzes the main characteristics of intelligent continuing education,explores the problems of intelligent development of continuing education,and proposes strategies for the intelligent development of continuing education.

Analysis of Urban Public Building Space Design Strategies in the Digital Age

The Educational Role of Libraries in the Digital Age Among the High School and University Student in Slavonski Brod and Osijek

A society of knowledge has a mission based on information dissemination and its usage, but its purpose cannot be completely realized without library as an institution that collects, processes, archives, protects and provides library collections to the public. Elementary- and high-school libraries, as well as the academic ones, are ubiquitous as associates and promoters of importance of information in the Digital Age. Information literacy becomes a foundation of an individual＇s literacy in general and leads him/her toward lifelong learning that becomes a philosophy on the way to a society of knowledge. The paper presents research results of informatics and information literacy among students with a purpose of improving the library mission and vision within future education. Data were collected by poll and the pollees were high-school and university students of Slavonski Brod and Osijek. This study found that although the trend of Internet usage in a library is not high, the percentage of those possessing a basic Information and Communication Technology OCT） literacy level is high. Another significant fact is that the number of those unskilled in ICT usage （online database and catalog search） is high which represents a challenge to the libraries and ICT experts who are the incumbents of great responsibility.

This paper investigates the reproduction of Chinese painting in the digital age. In particular, how does a website asan interface influence viewers’ response to a Chinese handscroll? The paper begins with a critical description of aweb interface of Freer Gallery of Art and Arthur M. Sackler Gallery, followed by an analysis of the originalpainting. Fishermen on an Autumn River, that the interface digitizes and displays. The last section points out theinfluence of digitization on the relationship between viewers and digital heritage.

Development trend of urban design in“digital age”:Pan-dimensionality and individual-ubiquity

The wave of“digital age”featuring digital information is coming.Digital technology is profoundly changing the societal development direction and evolution paths.It also has significant bearing on production modes,social interactions and lifestyles.With regard to urban design,a system of knowledge about the creation and adaptation of material space forms that integrate humanities,art,technology and materials,digital technology has provided it with a brand-new and revolutionary scientific impetus for its evolution.The result of this evolution is“digital urban design paradigm based on human-computer interaction”,i.e.,the urban development is moving toward“pan-dimensionality”and“individual ubiquity”.The future of urban design will construct a new approach to urban research and engineering,which is more complex,capable of accommodating and compatible with multiple goals of“instrumental rationality”and“value rationality”.Such a new approach shall be led by the probabilistic theory of“gray scale thinking”,reflecting quaternary synergetic view of“scientific rationality,ecological rationality,cultural rationality and technical rationality”to realize the cognitive progress of“engineering for the benefit of mankind”.

Emergence of China’s Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age:A Grounded Theory Analysis Based on Multiple Cases

Entrepreneurship has always been a key production factor in sustainable innovation and development of enterprises.However,individual entrepreneurship in the industrial economy era no longer satisfies the digital-age innovation demands of“being quick,stable and lasting,”revealing that the characteristics of digital-age entrepreneurship are crucial to understanding sources of continuous innovation.Therefore,this paper adopts grounded theory and qualitative research on four companies,and finds that digital innovation uncertainty is the key to the emergence of entrepreneurship,the social attributes of digital technology.The adaption of enterprise organizational structure triggers the transmission of entrepreneurship from the individual level to the organizational level,thus forming an ethics system that is dependent on entrepreneurs’behavioral process and that widely exists in organization groups.Organizational entrepreneurship consists of market adaptation,value orientation,self employment and community sense.The research is helpful in clarifying the relationship between digital technology and entrepreneurship,in enriching the connotation of digital-age entrepreneurship,helping managers to inspire potential entrepreneurship of organization members,and promoting continuous innovation of enterprises.
