HPV感染病例与P16^(INK4a)表达的关联研究

As a natural organic polymer,xanthan gum(XG)can alleviate the plastic deformation of gel ink under strong stress and realize the reasonable regulation of the rheological properties of gel ink.However,as the double-helix structure connected by hydrogen bonds cannot resist the mechanical environment of strong stress,XG shows poor shear resistance.In this study,a polymer gel with interpenetrating polymer network structure was prepared by esterifying XG,taking polystyrene maleic anhydride(SMA)as the modifier.In addition to retaining the excellent rheological properties of XG,the generated polymer gel also exhibited high shear resistance.The optimal addition amount of the esterification reaction modifier was determined as mXG:mSMA=5:3 according to the gel ink standard.With this amount,the viscosity of the modified xanthan gum(SXG)gel increased to 1578.8 mPa·s and 100.7 mPa·s at shear rates of 4 s1 and 383 s1,respectively,and the shear resistance increased more than 2 times compared to the unmodified one.It is because of the ester bond formed by esterification that the reaction strengthens the interaction between molecular segments,enabling the new gel to resist to strong mechanical stress.The new polymer gel studied in this paper and the proposed mechanism of action provide new insights for the development of high-end gel ink and also provide theoretical support for the study of rheological properties of non-Newtonian fluids. 展开更多

Achieving flexible electronics with comfort and durability comparable to traditional textiles is one of the ultimate pursuits of smart wearables.Ink printing is desirable for e-textile development using a simple and inexpensive process.However,fabricating high-performance atop textiles with good dispersity,stability,biocompatibility,and wearability for high-resolution,large-scale manufacturing,and practical applications has remained challenging.Here,waterbased multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)-decorated liquid metal(LM)inks are proposed with carbonaceous gallium–indium micro-nanostructure.With the assistance of biopolymers,the sodium alginate-encapsulated LM droplets contain high carboxyl groups which non-covalently crosslink with silk sericin-mediated MWCNTs.E-textile can be prepared subsequently via printing technique and natural waterproof triboelectric coating,enabling good flexibility,hydrophilicity,breathability,wearability,biocompatibility,conductivity,stability,and excellent versatility,without any artificial chemicals.The obtained e-textile can be used in various applications with designable patterns and circuits.Multi-sensing applications of recognizing complex human motions,breathing,phonation,and pressure distribution are demonstrated with repeatable and reliable signals.Self-powered and energy-harvesting capabilities are also presented by driving electronic devices and lighting LEDs.As proof of concept,this work provides new opportunities in a scalable and sustainable way to develop novel wearable electronics and smart clothing for future commercial applications. 展开更多

P16^(INK4a)与人乳头瘤病毒感染及宫颈上皮内瘤变进展的相关性

目的探讨P16^(INK4a)与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的相关性。方法选取2020年2月至2023年5月在我院就诊的CIN患者197例(CIN组),其中CIN1患者62例,CIN2患者89例,CIN3患者46例;同时选取接受子宫全切除术且术后病理证实宫... 目的探讨P16^(INK4a)与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的相关性。方法选取2020年2月至2023年5月在我院就诊的CIN患者197例(CIN组),其中CIN1患者62例,CIN2患者89例,CIN3患者46例;同时选取接受子宫全切除术且术后病理证实宫颈组织正常患者50例作为对照组;检测2组P16^(INK4a)表达及HPV感染情况。结果对照组P16^(INK4a)阳性表达率和HPV感染率(10.00%和0.00%)显著低于CIN组(72.08%和45.69%,P<0.05);CIN2和CIN3患者P16^(INK4a)阳性表达率(80.90%和91.30%)显著高于CIN1患者(45.16%,P<0.05)。CIN3患者HPV感染率(63.04%)高于CIN1、CIN2患者(33.87%和44.94%,P<0.05)。有HPV感染的CIN患者P16^(INK4a)阳性表达率(93.33%)显著高于无HPV感染的CIN患者(54.21%,P<0.05);HPV16/18感染患者P16^(INK4a)阳性表达率(100.00%)显著高于HPV31/33/53感染患者(85.00%,P<0.05);不同年龄、体重指数CIN患者P16^(INK4a)阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CIN患者P16^(INK4a)表达率明显升高,且与病变程度相关,P16^(INK4a)表达与HPV感染有关。 展开更多

目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)患者组织中P16INK4A蛋白、锌离子转运体1(ZnT1)mRNA表达水平及其与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关系。方法选取2019年5月至2022年5月在该院就诊的82例CA患者作为CA组,另选取同期在该院进行包皮环切术或外阴整形术的64... 目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)患者组织中P16INK4A蛋白、锌离子转运体1(ZnT1)mRNA表达水平及其与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关系。方法选取2019年5月至2022年5月在该院就诊的82例CA患者作为CA组,另选取同期在该院进行包皮环切术或外阴整形术的64名皮肤健康者作为对照组。收集CA组疣体组织及对照组的正常包皮或外阴组织,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)-反向点杂交技术进行HPV分型检测,比较CA组与对照组,以及不同HPV分型CA患者P16INK4A与ZnT1 mRNA表达水平。所有CA患者均随访治疗8个月,复发的患者纳入复发组,未复发的患者纳入未复发组,比较两组P16INK4A与ZnT1 mRNA表达水平。绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析P16INK4A、ZnT1单独及2项指标联合检测对CA预后复发的预测价值。结果82例CA患者中,27例为低危型感染(32.93%),25例为高危型感染(30.49%),30例为混合型感染(36.59%),感染HPV亚型包括6、11、16、18、31和51。CA组P16INK4A、ZnT1表达水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P16INK4A高表达组45例、低表达组37例;ZnT1高表达组43例、低表达组39例。P16INK4A mRNA低表达组与高表达组年龄、性别、疣体数量、疣体位置比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),疣体直径、病程、HPV分型比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ZnT1 mRNA低表达组与高表达组年龄、性别、疣体数量、疣体位置比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),疣体直径、病程、HPV分型比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。混合型、高危型P16INK4A、ZnT1 mRNA表达水平明显高于低危型,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);高危型P16INK4A、ZnT1 mRNA表达水平明显高于混合型,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CA患者随访8个月后,有29例复发(复发组),53例未复发(未复发组)。复发组P16INK4A、ZnT1 mRNA表达水平明显高于未复发组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,P16INK4A、ZnT1 mRNA单独及2项指标联合检测预测CA预后复发的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.840、0.880、0.963,P16INK4A与ZnT1 mRNA联合检测预测CA预后复发的AUC大于2项指标单独检测(Z_(二者联合-P16INK4A)=2.097,P=0.036;Z_(二者联合-ZnT1)=2.074,P=0.038)。结论CA患者疣体组织中P16INK4A、ZnT1 mRNA表达水平明显升高,其表达水平与HPV感染密切相关。 展开更多

目的 探索在不同细胞学筛查结果、免疫组化染色法体现抑癌基因P16^(INK4A)表达情况和人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染状态下,轻度宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅰ,CIN1)人群的进展状况。... 目的 探索在不同细胞学筛查结果、免疫组化染色法体现抑癌基因P16^(INK4A)表达情况和人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染状态下,轻度宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅰ,CIN1)人群的进展状况。方法 回顾性分析2008—2019年149例初次宫颈活检病理为CIN1的年轻妇女的长期随访资料,以中重度宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN2+)为研究终点,使用Kaplan-Meier生存分析计算CIN2+的累积发生率和平均生存时间,使用Log Rank检验比较不同检测结果组间的生存时间差异性,使用Cox回归计算细胞学筛查结果、组织P16^(INK4A)表达情况和HPV感染状态对进展为CIN2+的风险比。结果 149例CIN1人群的中位随访时间为68个月,随访结束时共有16例进展为CIN2+,CIN2+的累积发生率为10.74%。细胞学不除外高级别鳞状上皮内病变/高度鳞状上皮内病变/非典型性腺细胞的妇女进展风险是细胞学阴性/意义不明确的非典型鳞状细胞/低度鳞状上皮内病变妇女的3.04倍(95%CI:1.06~8.76,P=0.04)。组织P16^(INK4A)弥漫性染色阳性妇女CIN2+的累积发生率为14.00%,进展风险是P16^(INK4A)弥漫性染色阴性者的1.70倍(95%CI:0.63~4.58,P=0.29)。HPV-16/18感染、HPV-31/33/45/52/58感染和其他HPV高危型别感染妇女CIN2+的累积发生率分别为34.78%、9.84%和2.63%,进展风险分别是高危HPV阴性者的12.70倍(95%CI:1.58~102.16,P=0.02)、2.96倍(95%CI:0.36~24.60,P=0.32)和0.82倍(95%CI:0.05~13.05,P=0.89)。联合分析HPV感染状态和组织P16^(INK4A)染色结果时发现,HPV-16/18感染且P16^(INK4A)弥漫性阳性人群进展为CIN2+的风险是高危HPV感染和P16^(INK4A)弥漫性染色同时阴性人群的14.43倍(95%CI:1.60~130.49,P=0.02)。结论 细胞学筛查结果和HPV-16/18检测对CIN1的进展具有重要指示作用,而组织P16^(INK4A)染色作为CIN1进展参考指标的可行性还需进一步研究。 展开更多

目的分析p16INK4a蛋白、人乳头瘤病毒及液基细胞学检查(LCT)在宫颈癌前病变筛查中的检测效率,为宫颈癌的预防和治疗提供依据。方法分析2019年1月—2020年6月广州市妇女儿童医疗中心的139例住院患者的宫颈上皮细胞p16INK4a染色、人乳头... 目的分析p16INK4a蛋白、人乳头瘤病毒及液基细胞学检查(LCT)在宫颈癌前病变筛查中的检测效率,为宫颈癌的预防和治疗提供依据。方法分析2019年1月—2020年6月广州市妇女儿童医疗中心的139例住院患者的宫颈上皮细胞p16INK4a染色、人乳头瘤病毒检测及宫颈细胞学检测结果。这些病例包括111例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者和28例宫颈炎性疾病患者。比较三种方法单独及联合应用筛查CIN病变的效能。结果在对CIN患者的检测中,p16INK4a、生物微流控芯片和宫颈细胞学检测CIN及以上病变的灵敏度分别为91.89%、94.59%和78.20%,特异度分别为57.14%、17.86%和46.43%,AUC分别为0.75、0.56和0.66。而“p16INK4a+LCT”、“p16INK4a+hrHPV”、“LCT+hrHPV”以及三种方法联合检测的灵敏度分别为96.40%、97.30%、94.59%和99.10%,特异度分别为85.71%、92.86%、89.29%和92.86%,AUC分别为0.91、0.95、0.92和0.96。结论p16INK4a和hrHPV联合检测有助于提高诊断的准确性和早期发现率,从而使得能更早进行干预或治疗。通过这种联合应用,可以更准确地鉴别出低级别和高级别的宫颈上皮内瘤变,为个性化的病患管理提供更多信息。 展开更多

Finer nanoplates of silver are prepared by self-assembly on the surface of graphene,and the low-temperature sintered high conductivity ink containing the silver nanoplates is prepared.Most importantly,graphene is added to the solution before the chemical reduction reaction occurs.Firstly,it is found that silver nanoplates have self-assembly phenomenon on the surface of graphene.Secondly,the Ag nano hexagonal platelets(AgNHPs)with small particle sizes(10 nm),narrow distribution and good dispersion are prepared.Especially,smaller sizes(10 nm)and narrower particle size distribution of AgNHPs particles can be easily controlled by using this process.Finally,the conductivity of the ink is excellent.For example,when the printed patterns were sintering at 150℃,the resistivity of the ink(GE:0.15 g/L)reached the minimum value of 2.2×10^-6 cm.And the resistivity value was 3.7×10^-6Ωcm,when it was sintered at 100℃ for 30 min.The conductive ink prepared can be used for the field of printing electronics as ink-jet printing ink. 展开更多

Ink-jet printing of ceramic thick films is one of low cost on-site ceramic pattern fabrication methods.It is necessary to investigate the rheological behaviour of ceramic inks and drying behaviour of droplets.Two kinds of BaTiO3 ceramic inks were prepared by mechanical mixing and sol-gel methods,respectively.The effect of preparation parameters,such as quantity of polyacrylic acid(PAA)and solid content,on physicochemical and rheologic properties of the ceramic inks was investigated.The results show that they satisfy the requirements of continuous ink-jet printing.The appearances of printed dots and single printed layers were observed by SEM.The SEM images indicate that dots printed with mixing method ink are in ring shape,and dots printed with sol-gel method ink are in pancake shape,so the printed layer surface with the latter ink is smoother.The causes of these phenomena were discussed. 展开更多

目的探讨棕榈酸酯(palmitic acid,PA)在AC16人心肌细胞衰老表型改变中的作用及机制。方法AC16细胞分为(1)对照组PA浓度(0.08、0.19、0.3、0.8 mmol/L)组;(2)对照组,时间(24、36、48、72 h)刺激组。细胞计数试剂盒-8法测细胞总体活性,流... 目的探讨棕榈酸酯(palmitic acid,PA)在AC16人心肌细胞衰老表型改变中的作用及机制。方法AC16细胞分为(1)对照组PA浓度(0.08、0.19、0.3、0.8 mmol/L)组;(2)对照组,时间(24、36、48、72 h)刺激组。细胞计数试剂盒-8法测细胞总体活性,流式细胞术测细胞周期;活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)试剂盒测细胞内ROS水平;β-半乳糖苷酶(SA-β-Gal)染色测染色阳性细胞率;酶联免疫吸附测定法(enzyme-linked immuno⁃sorbent assay,ELISA)测衰老相关分泌表型(senescence-associated secretory phenotype,SASP)相关因子白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-1A、IL-6、IL-8和干扰素(interferon,IFN)-γ浓度;实时定量聚合酶链反应(quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction,qRT-PCR)及Western blot测SASP及p16^(INK4a)/视网膜母细胞瘤抑制蛋白(retinoblasto⁃ma protein,Rb)通路表达。为观察p16^(INK4a)/Rb通路对心肌衰老表型影响,细胞分为4组:对照组、PA组、si-con组和si-p16^(INK4a)组,qRT-PCR测p16^(INK4a) mRNA表达;Western blot测p16^(INK4a)、p-Rb、Rb及IL-1A、IFN-γ蛋白表达;β-半乳糖苷酶染色测阳性细胞率。结果随PA浓度及刺激时间增加,细胞活性不断下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.19 mmol/L PA组在G1期比例显著升高,S期显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。0.08~0.3 mmol/L PA组ROS水平高于对照组,PA组中β-半乳糖苷酶染色阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。0.19 mmol/L PA组IL-1A、IL-6、IL-8、IFN-γ浓度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。0.19 mmol/LPA组IL-1A、IL-6、IL-8、IFN-γ及p16^(INK4a)、Rb mRNA及蛋白表达明显高于对照组,而p-Rb蛋白表达下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。si-p16^(INK4a)组IL-1A、IFN-γ蛋白表达及SA-β-Gal阳性率低于si-con组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论0.19 mmol/L PA可能通过调控p16^(INK4a)/Rb通路诱导人心肌细胞衰老表型改变。 展开更多

Under the action of a certain external factors, the printed circuit suffers deterioration and the conductivity decreases considerably. In this work, we propose to model the overall damage of the textile sheet in terms of the partial damages of the conductive lines. While the practice of tattooing has existed for thousands of years, it has recently begun growing in popularity in the US. With the increasing prevalence of tattoos, the methods and inks involved in the tattooing process have also developed. Tattoos now use many brightly colored inks, often made using metal-based pigments. There is concern that chemicals may be present in tattoo inks in concentrations that may lead to human health concerns either during application or removal of tattoos. Since exposure to metals has been linked to tremors, liver damage, memory loss, cognitive loss, and even death, there is concern about the prevalence of metals in tattoo inks in general. To this end, a survey of 226 commercial tattoo inks was performed and each ink was analyzed for the presence of heavy metals using two different x-ray methods: Particle Induced X-Ray Emission and Scanning Electron Microscopy/ Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy. Fifteen metals were identified in various tattoo inks by these rapid x-ray methods, including chromium, manganese, nickel, copper, barium, and lead. Conclusions can be drawn about the prevalence of metals in some pigment colors and from some brands. 展开更多

Along with social distancing and lockdowns, most countries have mandatory wearing of face masks in public areas to limit the spread of the virus during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, because people are free to choose any method to make their masks, some are being fabricated from materials that can be toxic to the environment and human health. This paper discusses how inks and dyes used in face masks are causing major environmental degradation and health issues in industry workers and the general mask-wearing public. The goal fixed for the present study is to raise the alarm with authorities and decision-makers regarding the toxic nature of some colors (dyes and inks) and fabrics in the masks being worn every day. 展开更多

Precursor (Metal-organic decomposition (MOD)) inks are used to fabricate 2D and 3D printed conductive structures directly onto a substrate. By formulating a nanoalloy structure containing multiple metals, the opportunity to modify chemical and physical properties exists. In this paper, a copper-nickel bimetallic nanoalloy film was fabricated by mixing copper and nickel precursor inks and sintering them in vacuum. The individual elemental inks were formulated and characterized using SEM, EDS, and XRD. During thermal processing, elemental copper forms first and is followed by the formation of bimetallic copper-nickel alloy. The encapsulation of the underlying copper by the nickel-rich alloy provides excellent oxidation resistance. No change in film resistance was observed after the film was exposed to an oxygen plasma. Nanoalloy films printed using reactive metallic inks have a variety of important applications involving local control of alloy composition. Examples include facile formation of layered nanostructures, and electrical conductivity with oxidative stability. 展开更多

This work describes the application of a detailed set of TXRF evaluations to the elemental content of assorted tattoo inks, on the market of the city of Concepcion, Chile. We applied TXRF as a screening method for determining the composition in 3 sets of tattoo inks, in order to establish, from an inorganic point of view, the composition and purity of the samples, evaluating their elemental innocuousness. The analyzed 48 products were freely acquired from on line suppliers. All of them were analyzed by external standard quantification, but in order to inter-compare the results, a 15% of the samples were acidly digested and then quantified by the internal standard method. In the samples we determined: 1) their inorganic quantitative composition and, 2) the possible presence of elements which are potential health hazards. In this study few anomalies were found: 1) The high presence Ti of and W in few samples, 2) Arsenic was found in four of them, and 3) A trace detection of a rare earth element in a particular product. The products studied are almost freely imported from a world open marked, so the questions about their innocuousness could affect not only to the Chilean society. 展开更多

Despite the safety,low cost,and high theoretical capacity(820 mA h g^(-1))of Zn metal anodes,the practical application of aqueous Zn metal batteries remains a critical challenge due to the Zn dendrite growth,corrosion,and hydrogen evolution reaction.Herein,we demonstrate the MXene ink hosting Zn metal anodes(MX@Zn)for high-performance and patternable Zn metal full batteries.The as-designed MX@Zn electrode is more facile and reversible than bare Zn and CC@Zn,as verified by better cyclic stability and lower overpotentials of symmetric cells with the plating capacity of 0.05 mA h cm^(-2)at 0.1 m A cm^(-2)and of 1 m A h cm^(-2)at 1 m A cm^(-2).The MX@Zn|MnO_(2)full cells deliver a high specific capacity of 281.9 m A h g^(-1),91.5%of the theoretical capacity,achieving 50%capacity retention from 60 mA g^(-1)to 300 mA g^(-1)and 79.7%of initial capacity after 200 cycles.Moreover,the patterned devices based on the MX@Zn electrode achieve high energy and power densities of 348.57 Wh kg^(-1)and 1556 W kg^(-1),respectively,along with a capacity retention of 64%and Coulombic efficiency of 99%over 500 cycles.The high performance of MX@Zn is attributed to the high electrical conductivity and hydrophilicity of MXene and rapid ion diffusion through the 3D interconnected porous channels. 展开更多

Acetabular cups,which are among themost important implants in total hip arthroplasty,are usually made from titanium alloys with high porosity and adequate mechanical properties.The current three-dimensional(3D)printing approaches to fabricate customized acetabular cups have some inherent disadvantages such as high cost and energy consumption,residual thermal stress,and relatively low efficiency.Thus,in this work,a direct ink writing method was developed to print a cup structure at room temperature,followed by multi-step heat treatment to form microscale porous structure within the acetabular cup.Our method is facilitated by the development of a self-supporting titanium-6 aluminum-4 vanadium(Ti64)ink that is composed of Ti64 particles,bentonite yield-stress additive,ultraviolet curable polymer,and photo-initiator.The effects of Ti64 and bentonite concentrations on the rheological properties and printability of inks were systematically investigated.Moreover,the printing conditions,geometrical limitations,and maximum curing depth were explored.Finally,some complex 3D structures,including lattices with different gap distances,honeycomb with a well-defined shape,and an acetabular cup with uniformly distributed micropores,were successfully printed/fabricated to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多
