A new dinuclear manganese complex [Mn2(L)2(2,2'-bipy)2(H2O)512·3H2O has been synthesized with MnSO4·H2O, 2,2'-bibenzoic acid (H2L) and 2,2'-bipyridine(2,2'-bipy) in the mixed solvent ethanol and water. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group Pi with a = 9.9944(10), b = 21.939(2), c = 25.628(3) A, a = 108.429(3), β = 100.613(4), 7 = 102.821(3)°, V = 4997.9(9) A3, Dc= 1.355 g/cm^3, Z = 2, F(000) = 2108, GOOF = 1.074, the R= 0.0626 and wR= 0.1531. The structure of the complex contains two [Mn2(L)2(2,2'-bipy)2] units, ten coordinated H2O molecules and three uncoordinated H2O molecules. A mixed-valence dinuclear manganese complex, [Mn ⅡMn ⅢL](ClO 4)·1/2MeOH, where L is a macrocyclic ligand derived from the cyclocondensation of sodium 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenolate with N,N-bis(2-aminoethyl)... A mixed-valence dinuclear manganese complex, [Mn ⅡMn ⅢL](ClO 4)·1/2MeOH, where L is a macrocyclic ligand derived from the cyclocondensation of sodium 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenolate with N,N-bis(2-aminoethyl)-2-hydroxybenzyl amine, was obtained and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The orange crystal is a monoclinic system with space group P2 1/c and lattice parameters a=1.1617(4), b=1.4005(3), c=1.4641(3) nm, β=113.03(2)°, and Z=2. The crystal structure shows that each pendant-arm is bonded in a bidentate fashion to the adjacent metal atom and that both the arms are on the same side of the macrocycle. The two Mn atoms are bridged by two μ 2-phenoxy oxygen atoms of the tetra-imine macrocycle, and each Mn atom, locating in a trigonal prismatic coordination environment(N 3O 3), is six-coordinated by the two imine nitrogen atoms, one tertiary nitrogen atom and a pendant phenol moiety apart from the two oxygen atoms. 展开更多

A novel complex, [Mn(2-NCP)(H2BTC)(H2O)]n(1, 1,3,5-H3BTC = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, 2-HNCP = 2-(2-carboxyphenyl)-1 H-imidazo(4,5-f)-(1,10)phenanthroline), was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XRD and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Structural analyses reveal that complex 1 exhibits a(6, 6)-connected topology network with a Schl?fli symbol of(63). The adjacent 2 D layers are further stacked via strong hydrogen-bonding interactions, giving a 3 D supramolecular framework. In addition, the structure of complex 1 was calculated by the B3LYP/LANL2 DZ method by Gaussian program. The results from natural bond orbital(NBO) analysis shows obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Mn(Ⅱ) ion. 展开更多

The assembly of 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2bdc), 4,4?bipyridine (4,4?bipy), trimethyltin chloride and MnBr24H2O in hydrothermal conditions gave rise to a hydrogen-bonded three-dimensional complex {[Mn(4,4?bipy)4H2O](bdc)}n which has been characterized by single- crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2/n with a = 7.0001(2), b = 11.5540(3), c = 11.4192(1) ? = 101.754(2)? V = 904.21(4) 3, Z = 2, C18H20MnN2O8, Mr = 447.30, Dc = 1.643 g/cm3, F(000) = 462 and m(MoK? = 0.783 mm-1. The final R and wR are 0.0499 and 0.1301, respectively for 1335 observed reflections with I ≥ 2(I). The complexes were characterized using elemental analysis,IR and electronic reflection spectra. These complexes are proposed to have extended 1, 3, 5-benzenetricarboxylato-bridged structure and to consist of three manganese (Ⅱ) or three nickel(Ⅱ). The X-band ESR spectra of the complex 1 and complex 2were recorded at room temperature. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilities of complex 1 and complex 3 were measured over 4. 2-300 K. According to experimental results of the variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility, the magnetic interaction between the paramagnetic centers is too weak to be detected using the usual magnetic susceptibility technique. 展开更多

The crystal crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 16.921(5), b = 18.307(5), c = 18.450(5)A , α = 113.369(5), β = 108.529(5), γ = 102.984(5)°, V = 4553(2)A^ 3, C114H72Mn3N12O14.25, Mr = 2002.66, Dc = 1.461 g/cm^3, μ(MoKα) = 0.488 mm^-1, the final F(000) = 2058, Z = 2, R = 0.0491 and wR = 0.0980 for 9087 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). In the crystal structure, the manganese atom is six-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms from different carboxylate groups of the same dipha and four nitrogen atoms from two different phen ligands, showing a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. A new dinuclear copper(II) complex [Cu2(L)2(phen)2]·5H2O (1) with bicycle[2.2.1 ]hept- 2-en-5, 6-dicarboxylic acid (H2L) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) as ligands has been synthesized in the mixed solvents of ethanol and water. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with a = 17.925(4), b = 19.908(4), c = 11.235(2) A, β = 97.65(3)°, V= 3973.4(14) A3, Dc = 1.552 g/cm^3, Z = 8, F(000) = 1910, the final GOOF = 1.056, R= 0.0519 and wR= 0.1293. The crystal structure shows that the whole molecule consists of two independent dinuclear units, in which two copper ions are bridged by twoμ2-η1 :η0-3-carboxylate groups of L^2- anions. The fluorescence and thermal stability properties of 1 were studied. The results show that 1 has an intense fluorescent emission at around 381 rim. A novel dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex [CuL(NO3)]2·2MeOH was obtained by the coordination reaction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O with ligand HL (HL=N-(methyl-2-benzimidazol- methylidene)-2-hydroxyaniline). The single-crystal X-ray analysis has revealed that the complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P with a=9.535(3), b=10.009(3), c=10.666(4) , α=104.303(4), β=100.105(4), γ=115.917(4)o, V=839.0(5) 3, C16H16CuN4O5, Mr=407.87, Z=2, Dc=1.614 g/cm3, F(000)=418, μ=1.338 mm-1, R=0.0543 and wR=0.0980. The basic dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex units [CuL(NO3)]2 are formed by NO3- as co-bridging ligands and L as NNO tridentate chelate coordinating to the copper ions. The ladder-like one-dimensional chain motifs are formed by O…H-O and O…H-N hydrogen bonds from methanol molecules connecting the dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) units. 展开更多

A manganese(Ⅱ) complex (tataH)2[Mn(pydc)2]·4H2O (C20H28MBN14O12, Mr = 711.50, tata = 2,4,6-triamino-1,3,5-triazine, pydcH2 = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1^-, with a = 9.9847(3), b = 10.9813(3), c = 15.2616(5)A, a = 101.5310(10), β = 90.2610(10), γ = 116.4600( 10)% V = 1459.44(8)A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.619 g/cm^3,μ = 0.539 mm^-1, F(000) = 734, the final R = 0.0292 and wR = 0.0745. In the crystal the Mnn atom is six-coordinated by four carbonyl oxygen atoms and two pyridine nitrogen atoms from two tridentate pydc ligands to furnish a distorted octahedral geometry. The complex shows the A…D…D'…A' H-bonded tetramer. The molecules are packed in a three-dimensional framework structure by the combination of O-H…O, N-H…O and N-H…N hydrogen bonds between (tataH)^+, [Mn(pydc)2]^2- and crystal water. 展开更多

For this complex: C_(36)H_(42)Cd_2N_8O_(22)S_2,Mr = 1227.74,triclinic system,space group P1,a = 7.555(9),b = 12.006(14),c = 13.943(16) ?,α = 67.955(2),β = 88.573(2),γ = 77.550(2)o,V = 1142.5(2) ?~3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.784 g/cm^3,λ = 0.71073 ?,F(000) = 620,S = 1.125,R = 0.0460 and w R = 0.1159 for 3949 observed reflections with I 〉 2(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the central Cd(Ⅱ) ion is bound by six oxygen atoms,forming a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Density functional theory of complex 1 was studied. The novel dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex with with N (2,4 dihydroxybenzalidene) o aminobenzoic acid ligand, [Cu(C14H9NO4)]2· 2H2O, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV Vis and thermal analysis. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group P21/c. The cell parameters are: a=0.82510(11)nm, b=0.68870(9)nm, c=2.3007(3)nm, β =100.847(2)° , V=1.2840(3)nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.742Mg· m- 3, μ (MoKα )=1.723mm- 1, F(000)=684. The structure was refined to final R1=0.0267, wR2=0.0735. The complex molecule structure has dinuclear centrosymmetric dimeric structure in which a planar Cu2O2 core features. The ligand N (2,4 dihydroxybenzalidene) o aminobenzoic acid dianion is μ 2 tridentate, chelating one copper? ion via one nitrogen, one hydroxy oxygen atom and one carboxylate oxygen atom, and the hydroxy oxygen atom simultaneously coordinates to the other copper? ion of the dimer. In the structure the copper? ion rendered four coordination in a distorted square planar geometry structure. CCDC: 212695. 展开更多
