Design and Implementation of the Dance Teaching Live Broadcasting System Based on the Distance Education Platform

With the rapid development of the modem information technologies,to promote the education informatization and share the educational and teaching resources,the live classroom in the distance education emerges as the times require.The live classroom expands the space-time boundaries in our education and teaching,and changes the traditional teaching methods.It is a new model of the distance education.In order to recognize and understand the impact of the live teaching on the dance teaching and promote the development of the live teaching in the dance education,this paper,from the perspective of the distance education,uses the theories and methods of the distance education to analyze the characteristics of the live teaching,which is a feasible way.

The Impact of COVID-19 and FAIR Data Innovation on Distance Education in Africa

Prior to the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, distance education, a mode of education that allows teaching and learning to occur beyond the walls of traditional classrooms using electronic media and online delivery practices, was not widely embraced as a credible alternative mode of delivering education, especially in Africa. In education, the pandemic, and the measures to contain it, created a need for virtual learning/teaching and showcased the potential of distance education. This article explores the potential of distance education with an emphasis on the role played by COVID-19, the technologies employed, and the benefits, as well as how data stewardship can enhance distance education. It also describes how distance education can make learning opportunities available to the less privileged, geographically displaced, dropouts, housewives, and even workers, enabling them to partake in education while being engaged in other productive aspects of life. A case study is provided on the Dutch Organisation for Internationalisation in Education(NUFFIC) Digital Innovation Skills Hub(DISH) project, which is implemented via distance education and targeted towards marginalised individuals such as refugees and displaced persons in Ethiopia,Somalia, and other conflict zones, aiming to provide them with critical and soft skills for remote work for financial remuneration. This case study shows that distance education is the way forward in education today, as it has the capability to reach millions of learners simultaneously, educating, lifting people out of poverty, and increasing productivity and yields, while ensuring that the world is a better place for future generations.

The Application of E-learning and Distance Learning Technologies to Crew Education and Training in the Russian Federation

The article examines the world experience of e-learning as well as distance education technologies within the education process organization on higher and post-higher education programs.There have been listed the results of the most popular e-learning platforms analysis.Furthermore,there have been looked through the core legislative background of the development of the mentioned technologies in Russia and worldwide among the universities,specialized in seafarers training.There have been also drawn up the points of the Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping(Admiral Makarov SUMIS)design of the distance education system LMS"FARWATER"in compliance with the International Convention on Standards of Training,Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers(STCW Convention).The practical application of distance education system to the advanced professional training has been discussed in the article.

Perceptions of Instructors and Students to Online Education at a Rural University

The popularity of technology has allowed universities to make changes through their educational system in recent years. Some transitioned from face-to-face instruction to online instruction. The aim of this study is to investigate the perceptions of both the instructors and the students as regards second language acquisition through online education at a rural university. The study was implemented in the context of teaching and learning English as a second language in an online education environment. The course material is based on The Net Languages Learning Platform, which is available at http：//ide.yok.gov.tr/, and the course level is general English pre-elementary. Both quantitative and qualitative methods were used in this study. For quantitative data collection, a questionnaire was employed to understand the reasons for low student attendance on online courses. For qualitative research method, observation was carried out, and interviews are designed as data collection techniques. Purposive selection was used for selection of the participants. The findings revealed that online education needs to be modified. The students are eager to improve their second language competencies; however, they do not want to waste their time on an easy course level.

The Integration of Distance Learning and Classroom Teaching

The COVID-19 has not only changed people’s life-style,but also has changed our teaching concepts and methods.It causes sudden transition from classroom teaching to virtual teaching and then hybrid teaching.This presents a special challenge to language instruction which requires mutual communication between instructor and students as well as communication among students.First,by tracing the history of distance learning,this paper introduces the developmental stages of distance education,and the communication technology conditions behind them.Second,the background and current situation of Chinese language distance education is introduced.Third,after discussing the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning,the complementary relationship between virtual and face-to-face Chinese instruction,the ideal teaching mode and corresponding teaching strategies are discussed.

Studying Chinese Characters in a Web-Based Learning Environment: A Case Study of Swedish University Students

This survey study aims to investigate the perceptions learners have of the character-learning strategies they employ when taking a web-based course in Chinese.The seven Likert-scale statements are included in the questionnaire to examine learners’opinions on the three character-learning strategies that are widely used in traditional campus courses.A total of 65 students who completed the beginner level‘Chinese Characters’web-based course at a university in Sweden completed the survey.The results suggest that students in web-based courses consider these three strategies to be just as helpful and effective as campus students;moreover,the more orthodox strategy-rote learning-is found to be the most popular among distance students.Furthermore,findings of this study provide insight into the limitations and advantages associated with a web-based course,and also the possible effect learners’age and gender may have on learning strategy preferences.

An Investigation into the Web-Based Learning in Jiangsu Open University(JSOU)——A case Study of College English

College English is a compulsory course for all registered online learners in Jiangsu Open University and students have been practicing web-based learning instead of face-to-face classes ever since 2014.Questionnaires and interviews are adopted to look into the 4-year-long practice of web-based learning in College English in JSOU.By analyzing the data obtained from both teachers and students,the findings show:(1)web-based learning caters to online learners in that the online learning materials,particularly micro-lessons,are well-designed and easily accessible.(2)web-based learning helps teachers monitor the learning process of online learners and therefore assures the quality of online learning.(3)web-based learning enhances effective learning since students and teachers can communicate conveniently and instantly via online chat rooms and instant messaging software.

我国中小学数字教材审定的现实困境与机制建设路向

当前,大数据、区块链和人工智能等新技术正在创新并引领数字教材形态的变革,也为数字教材的推广应用带来诸多新的风险与挑战。从多学科、多领域视角审视智能时代我国中小学数字教材的发展,发现教材审定的现实困境包括:数字内容的无限扩展性、数字空间的互动生成性、数字侵权审查的滞后性及教育用户的数据安全性。未来,我国中小学数字教材审定的机制建设路向应从支撑平台体系、组织保障体系、标准建设体系和政策保障体系入手,以法律法规和国家相关标准为引领,以数智技术应用和资源平台建设为抓手,着力完善与数字教材发展相适应的审查标准及相关法律实施细则,切实提升数字教材审定的法治化、规范化和技术化水平,致力于构建智能精准、敏捷高效、人机协同、开放透明、共治共益、公平包容的审定框架体系,以回应我国高质量教材体系建设的实践创新需求。

基于SF-Transformer的智能教育平台短期电力负荷预测研究

建设智能教育平台是推动教育智能化的一个重要过程,但智能教育平台依赖的人工智能模型在训练过程中会消耗大量电力,因此,开展短期电力负荷预测对建设智能教育平台具有重要意义.针对在考虑多个属性开展短期电力负荷预测时,由于部分属性与电力负荷数据的相关性不强并且Transformer无法捕捉电力负荷数据的时间相关性,而导致电力负荷预测不够准确的问题,基于SR(Székely and Rizzo)距离相关系数、融合时间定位编码和Transformer,提出了一种短期电力负荷预测模型SF-Transformer.SF-Transformer通过SR距离相关系数对影响电力负荷数据的属性进行筛选,选择与电力负荷数据之间SR距离相关系数较大的属性.SF-Transformer采用一种全局时间编码与局部位置编码相结合的融合时间定位编码,有助于模型全面获取电力负荷数据的时间定位信息.在数据集上开展了实验,实验结果表明SF-Transformer与其他模型相比,在两种时长上进行电力负荷预测具有更低的均方根误差和平均绝对误差.

基于云平台的血管通路技术继续教育模式效果评价

目的探讨基于云平台的远程超声引导下血管通路技术继续教育模式的效果以及学员的满意度。方法选择2020年1月—2022年6月在国内12家血管通路中心进修学习的39名进修医师为研究对象,通过云平台与其进修时期相应的指导医师连线,完成当地医院持续血液透析患者通路评估以及超声引导下经皮血管腔内成形术(percutaneous transluminal angioplasty,PTA)。采用进修医师操作过程评分表和进修医师满意度问卷评价培训效果。结果对进修医师操作全程的考核发现,血管评估技能平均得分(88.24±4.31)分,其中内科情况评估、透析情况评估、通路情况评估以及手术方案制定分别得分:(14.29±0.52)分、(21.03±1.72)分、(37.53±1.43)分、(15.40±2.51)分。超声引导下PTA相关技能平均得分(88.56±3.62)分,其中无菌观念、人文关怀、操作熟练程度满分人数较多,分别占总人数的94.87%、82.05%、56.41%。操作前准备、术中准备、操作后注意事项得分相对较高,分别为(18.18±1.35)分、(15.00±0.92)分、(13.92±1.04)分。主要的失分项为术中超声操作、导丝操作以及球囊操作。满意度调查发现,所有进修医师均对基于云平台的远程超声引导下血管通路技术教育模式表示满意,认为云平台指导可激发学习热情、增强自主学习能力,提高沟通和语言表达能力等,提高超声引导下血管通路技术水平。结论基于云平台的超声引导下血管通路技术继续医学教育模式可为进修医师提供个体化、精准化指导,进修医师对该模式的满意度高,可提高医师学习效率,缩短学习周期,增强其在当地开展该技术的信心,促进多中心超声引导下血管通路技术的普及化。

利用信息化深入推进医联体超声远程教育及远程质量控制

文章以新疆开放大学一体化在线学习平台为研究支撑,以“职业生涯规划”课程为个案,通过建立微课设计模型,系统研究微课脚本制作、视频制作等建设过程。在此基础上,以调查问卷的方式对初始样片和修改样片进行比较研究,其研究结果显示:与初始样片相比,修改样片在微课评价指标中均占绝对优势,尤其在内容选择、知识应用、知识掌握等方面,二者有较大的差距。一体化在线学习平台的微课设计研究,有益于提高教师的微课设计制作水平,提升微课质量。
