The Effective Path of the Connotative Development in Higher Education

At present,higher education in China has entered the stage of popularization,and the"connotative development of higher education"has become the inevitable choice for the development of colleges and universities in China.In the process of"connotative development"in higher education,we must realize the importance of discipline construction and optimize discipline layout and specialty construction,improve the quality of personnel trained by colleges and universities in order to satisfy the needs of social and economic development.On this basis,colleges and universities should,according to the market demand for talents,reform and innovate the talent training mode,continuously strengthen the construction of teaching staff,improve the quality of classroom teaching,effectively improve students'social practice capability,improve the quality of talent training,and take a connotative development path through school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and teaching.

Accreditation System of Distance Higher Education in the U.S. and Its Implications for China

Distance higher education is an important component of the Chinese higher education.How to enhance the quality of distance higher education is one of the key issues to be addressed in the research areas of distance education and higher education.As a crucial step to quality improvement,the constitution of accreditation system in distance higher education balances the benefits of all parties involved.This paper explores the American accreditation system of higher education and distance education and concludes with suggestions for the constitution of the Chinese quality assurance system:1)establishing third-party institutions to share part of the government roles;2)constituting the accreditation system;3)setting up appropriate standards;4)publicizing results of quality assurance work;and 5)building internal quality assurance mechanism.This paper is aimed to provide some reference to the constitution of accreditation system of distance higher education in China,facilitate the solution of quality problems in distance education,and promote the continuous improvement and development of distance education in China.

Multimodal Approach to Teaching English in Higher Education

With the deepening of educational reform and the continuous development of the times,the traditional English teaching model has been difficult to meet the current society’s demand for requirements of English talents.Therefore,from the perspective of multi-mode,colleges and universities should recognize the shortcomings of traditional English teaching mode,and actively innovate and reform English teaching through various effective ways,so as to cultivate talents that meet the needs of social development.The author investigates and analyzes the multimodal theory and proposes an effective way to teach English in higher education under the multimodal vision.It is hoped that it will help to improve the quality of English language teaching in higher education institutions.

The Assessment of Higher Education Quality from the Perspective of Students through a Case Study Analysis

The assessment of quality in higher education from the perspective of students has three dimensions:students’assessment of teaching,students’satisfaction and students’learning engagement.These differ in conceptions of quality,evaluation methods,evaluation content,evaluation purposes,traits and priorities.The authors conducted three rounds of empirical investigations to study higher education quality assessment from students’perspective and concluded that students play multiple roles in higher education evaluation and assessment,all of which can be improved by strengthening students’objectivity and participation,evaluating the added value of a college education oriented to student development and taking the students’perspective as an important way to contribute to higher education quality enhancement,assurance and control,and make proper use of higher education evaluations and assessments.

Evaluation of Technical Education by Using a Modern Structured MOODLE Laboratory Course, in Relation to Recent Data

E-learning platforms support education systems worldwide, transferring theoretical knowledge as well as soft skills. In the present study high-school pupils’, and adult students’ opinions were evaluated through a modern structured MOODLE interactive course, designed for the needs of the laboratory course “Automotive Systems”. The study concerns Greek secondary vocational education pupils aged 18 and vocational training adult students aged 20 to 50 years. The multistage, equal size simple random cluster sample was used as a sampling method. Pupils and adult students of each cluster completed structured 10-question questionnaires both before and after attending the course. A total of 120 questionnaires were collected. In general, our findings disclosed that the majority of pupils and adult students had significantly improved their knowledge and skills from using MOODLE. They reported strengthening conventional teaching, using the new MOODLE technology. The satisfaction indices improved quite, with the differences in their mean values being statistically significant.

The Advantages and Disadvantages of Assessment in Higher Vocational Education

Assessment is always considered to be an important component in the field of higher vocational education.It serves the purpose of evaluating students’achievement and supporting learning and teaching.Assessment plays a key role by relating the in structional activities to increase students’capabilities.The purpose aims to consider the notion of assessment as a prerequisite and will attempt to explore certain strengths and weaknesses of assessment associated with higher vocational education.Some different types and techniques of assessment in higher vocational education alongside their advantages and disadvantages will also be ex plored.

A Framework for Mobile Education System for Higher Institutions in Nigeria

With the advent of cloud computing technology, the development of mobile applications for use in several facets of life has been on the increase. This has been supported by the proliferation of mobile devices in the society which is also being used in utilizing the prowess of the cloud technology. Building a mobile education system that is platform independent is a major challenge since most of the popularly used ones are either software dependent or hardware dependent. In this work, a framework for mobile education system that is cross platform in nature with regard to operating system, hardware and web browsers using the 3-tier Client/Server mobile application architecture built on web standard was developed and fully tested. A first year computer science course offered by more than 1000 students was used as input to validate the framework. An integration of Short Message Services (SMS), virtual classroom and e-assessment components enable students and lecturers to communicate, create discussion forum and carry out e-testing using their mobile devices. This work is strongly recommended for higher institutions in Nigeria that need to explore the use of mobile devices that are available with the majority of students. Only registered users can access the developed app via the use of handheld devices (smart-phones & tablets). This can actually improve learning, research and collaboration between students and lecturers thereby enhancing learning experience.

人际互动的基本前提是人与人之间的关系连通。在连通性视域中,高校师生关系可以区分为“无连通、弱连通和强连通”三种状态,并因此发展出“互动缺失、弱互动、强互动”三种互动类型。师生互动强度与教学效果之间存在明显正相关。师生强互动和关系强连通的获得机制主要是个体层面的特征同质性机制和群体层面的结构平衡化机制。实践中,通过调整教学策略、完善制度保障、建构支持合力等举措,可以增进师生之间的同质性因素,强化师生群体的结构平衡,进而建构起师生强互动和关系强连通,有效提升教学效果。

高职院校公共体育课程思政效果评价体系构建研究

课程思政效果评价作为学校课程思政建设的关键环节,为提升育人质量提供重要的实践反馈和策略指向。分析高职院校公共体育课程思政效果评价体系的现状,发现其存在评价指标不够科学、评价方法单一及评价结果缺乏实践应用等现实困境。针对其困境,构建了以学生为中心,以校内评价为内环,校外评价为外环的评价主体模型,并从认知、情感、价值和行为4个维度出发,构建了包含认知提升、情感认同、价值取向、行为塑造4个一级指标,18个二级指标的高职院校公共体育课程思政效果评价指标体系,并对体系的各指标进行赋值,为高职院校公共体育课程思政效果评价体系的构建与完善提供借鉴参考。

高职遥感技术与应用课程思政教学改革实践

全面推进课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措。在明确课程思政目标、课程思政教学成效的基础上,结合教学实践,探索了遥感技术与应用课程思政教学方法选择、课堂教学实施及教学效果考核工作的路径。结果表明,依托智能教学平台,采用理论教学法、案例教学法、理实一体教学法等方法,开展线上线下混合式教学并从多角度考察、保障课程思政育人的“输入”“输出”效果,实现了遥感技术与应用课程的专业育人目标和思政育人目标。

课程作为人才培养的主要手段和媒介,在高等教育发展中占有基础性地位。要推进高等教育高质量发展,必须要落实到课程的层面。然而当前高校课程考核却存在一定的“放水”现象,主要表现为考核标准亟待提高、考核内容提前泄露、考核结果失真三个方面。究其原因,主要为传统文化与思维的消极影响、高校和教师主体责任与原则的缺位、高就业率追求的负面效应以及安全和稳定要求下的让步。为从根本上治理高校课程考核的“放水”现象,需提升质量意识并凝聚高等教育高质量发展的共识,培育坚持学术逻辑与容忍学术失败的学术文化,强化高校与教师保障课程教学质量的主体责任,优化影响课程考核客观性的外在评价方式。

“非升即走”条件下高校青年教师积极心理品质的培养:职业幸福感的中介作用

在高水平大学建设的驱动下,越来越多高校以“非升即走”制度来管理和考核教师。“非升即走”制度对高校和青年教师产生了重要影响,并诱发了部分青年教师的离职倾向。因此,有必要考虑高校青年教师的积极心理品质对其离职倾向的缓解作用,探讨青年教师的职业幸福感在积极心理品质和离职倾向之间的中介作用。文章采用定量分析方法,对广东省部分实施“非升即走”制度高校的青年教师进行调查,结果表明:高校青年教师的积极心理品质与离职倾向呈显著负相关,与职业幸福感呈显著正相关;高校青年教师的职业幸福感与离职倾向呈显著负相关,职业幸福感在积极心理品质和离职倾向之间发挥部分中介作用。因此,高校青年教师的积极心理品质既直接影响离职倾向,也通过职业幸福感对离职倾向产生影响。针对“非升即走”制度下高校青年教师离职率上升现象,高校应改革教师科研评价标准,突出学术成果的质量、创新性和贡献度,同时采取多种措施提升青年教师的积极心理品质和职业幸福感。

开放远程教育背景下云教室有效教学应用的影响因素研究

云教室是国家开放大学为了实现优质教育资源共享提出的一种新型远程教育方式,研究对云教室试点的相关教师进行的深度访谈和教学观察,应用扎根理论的程序化方法分析材料,在三级编码的基础上建构了影响云教室有效教学应用的“条件—过程—效果”模型,归纳出硬件技术、教学设计、团队教学、制度环境等四个关键影响因素的主范畴,提出了云教室的建构与教学应进行充分的前期调研与评估,建构与云教室教学配套的师资体系和管理保障机制;根据云教室的教学方式进行有针对性的教学设计等建议,以期打造高效课堂,提高教学质量,真正实现新技术与课程教学的深度融合。

高职院校课程群“课程思政”协同育人实施路径——以学前教育专业语文课程群为例

文章旨在探讨高职院校课程群协同实施“课程思政”的有效路径,涉及理论指导、协同育人模式构建、课程群课程思政内涵体系、课程群课程内容与教学方法的协同、资源共享及评价机制的完善等方面。研究采用定性研究方法,对四川幼儿师范高等专科学校学前教育专业语文课程群进行了案例研究,实践表明,通过双主线一体化设计课程群,进行教学方法的协同创新、资源共享的协同整合、综合评价体系的协同构建、教学时空的协同优化,课程群课程思政可显著提升课程质量和学生参与度。

随着“一带一路”倡议不断深化,我国与沿线国家在教育、经济、文化等诸多方面的交流日益深入,职业教育的国际影响力显著提升。本文拟从鲁班工坊建设的意义入手,借鉴发达国家高职教育国际化经验,结合天津高职教育实际情况,分析现有鲁班工坊项目发展现状,探索鲁班工坊助力天津高职教育国际化发展路径。

预先危险-失效模式与影响风险分析法在高校化工实验教学中的应用

高校化工实验教学过程中开展的很多实验存在实验药品有毒有害、实验设备复杂、实验过程危险性较高等特点,需要对实验进行风险分析并提出防范措施,保证实验教学安全性。本文以预先危险性分析(PHA)、失效模式与影响分析(FMEA)和风险矩阵法(LS)等风险分析法为基础,提出一种用于提高高校化工实验教学安全水平和准确性的评价方法——PHA-FMEA分析法。以高校化工实验教学中的“二元混合可燃液体闪点变化规律实验探究”为例,应用PHA-FMEA分析法,对实验全过程进行危险性分析,提出改善措施,该方案具有提高实验的安全性和准确性的优点。
