To reduce the energy consumption of the LTE-A system,a distributed energy-saving mechanism based on Co MP(Co MPDESM) is proposed to solve the inadequate coverage problem under the dormant cells.First,the network is di...To reduce the energy consumption of the LTE-A system,a distributed energy-saving mechanism based on Co MP(Co MPDESM) is proposed to solve the inadequate coverage problem under the dormant cells.First,the network is divided into clusters based on the equivalent cell principle.Then,we transfer global optimization into a group of subproblems.Second,a joint processing-based cooperative cell selection model is constructed to determine cooperative cells and dormant cells.Third,the compensative cells with a determined threshold are selected to control users' access.Finally,a simulation is implemented in Matlab.Results show that the energy-saving rate can reach 36.4% and that the mechanism meets the network coverage requirement.Thus,joint processing can be effectively applied in an energy saving mechanism and used to improve the network performance of edge users without increasing transmission power.展开更多

It is an important way to exploit natural resources sufficiently, change the simplistic structure and promote the high efficient agriculture. It provides a new space for people to enjoy themselves and appreciate rural scenery. In light of its function, it can be classified into sightseeing, dietetics, shopping, recreation, leisure, health and vocationing. At present, most agritourism is concentrated at the suburbs of big cities, comparative developed regions along the seashore, scenic spots nationalities inhabited areas and regions of special agriculture. Beijing is a metropolis where tourism is comparatively well developed with advantageous conditions. Agricultural landscape is the theoretical base of agritourism. The impact of the sa...In this paper, sampled-data based average-consensus control is considered for networks consisting of continuous-time first-order integrator agents in a noisy distributed communication environment. The impact of the sampling size and the number of network nodes on the system performances is analyzed. The control input of each agent can only use information measured at the sampling instants from its neighborhood rather than the complete continuous process, and the measurements of its neighbors' states are corrupted by random noises. By probability limit theory and the property of graph Laplacian matrix, it is shown that for a connected network, the static mean square error between the individual state and the average of the initial states of all agents can be made arbitrarily small, provided the sampling size is sufficiently small. Furthermore, by properly choosing the consensus gains, almost sure consensus can be achieved. It is worth pointing out that an uncertainty principle of Gaussian networks is obtained, which implies that in the case of white Gaussian noises, no matter what the sampling size is, the product of the steady-state and transient performance indices is always equal to or larger than a constant depending on the noise intensity, network topology and the number of network nodes.展开更多

The construction of social institutions aimed at distributive justice should observe the following principles: equal opportunity, equal distribution of benefits and obligations, rational distribution criteria and procedures, and rectification of injustices. Social institutions established on these principles demonstrate inherent fairness and can ensure that social resources are distributed in an equitable way. For social institutions to ensure distributive justice is of great practical significance because this helps society integrate individuals' singular intentionality of pursuing distributive justice into a collective intentionality that fosters a social perspective on investigating distributive justice, establishes an egalitarian concept of distributive justice, and provides more effective protection for acts promoting distributive justice and stronger sanctions for acts undermining it. This maintains and enhances the interests of both advantaged and disadvantaged groups in distribution.展开更多
