Objective:A protein-based leaking-proof theranostic nanoplatform for dual-modality imaging-guided tumor photodynamic therapy(PDT)has been designed.Impact Statement:A site-specific conjugation of chlorin e6(Ce6)to ferr...Objective:A protein-based leaking-proof theranostic nanoplatform for dual-modality imaging-guided tumor photodynamic therapy(PDT)has been designed.Impact Statement:A site-specific conjugation of chlorin e6(Ce6)to ferrimagnetic ferritin(MFtn-Ce6)has been constructed to address the challenge of unexpected leakage that often occurs during small-molecule drug delivery.Introduction:PDT is one of the most promising approaches for tumor treatment,while a delivery system is typically required for hydrophobic photosensitizers.However,the nonspecific distribution and leakage of photosensitizers could lead to insufficient drug accumulation in tumor sites.Methods:An engineered ferritin was generated for site-specific conjugation of Ce6 to obtain a leaking-proof delivery system,and a ferrimagnetic core was biomineralized in the cavity of ferritin,resulting in a fluorescent ferrimagnetic ferritin nanoplatform(MFtn-Ce6).The distribution and tumor targeting of MFtn-Ce6 can be detected by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and fluorescence imaging(FLI).Results:MFtn-Ce6 showed effective dual-modality MRI and FLI.A prolonged in vivo circulation and increased tumor accumulation and retention of photosensitizer was observed.The time-dependent distribution of MFtn-Ce6 can be precisely tracked in real time to find the optimal time window for PDT treatment.The colocalization of ferritin and the iron oxide core confirms the high stability of the nanoplatform in vivo.The results showed that mice treated with MFtn-Ce6 exhibited marked tumor-suppressive activity after laser irradiation.Conclusion:The ferritin-based leaking-proof nanoplatform can be used for the efficient delivery of the photosensitizer to achieve an enhanced therapeutic effect.This method established a general approach for the dual-modality imagingguided tumor delivery of PDT agents.展开更多

The distribution of reducing gas in a shaft furnace dominates the temperature profile,gas utilization ratio,metallization degree and is the overwhelming factor for stable,high productivities and low-energy-consumption...The distribution of reducing gas in a shaft furnace dominates the temperature profile,gas utilization ratio,metallization degree and is the overwhelming factor for stable,high productivities and low-energy-consumption operation.At the same time,the distribution of gas flow is mainly determined by the position of gas inlet,the packed bed porosity distribution as well as its change due to the difference on the mode of top charge and bottom discharge.When injecting position of the process is fixed,the charge mode is the only means for regulating the gas flow distribution.In this paper,a numerical simulation model of burden distribution in the shaft furnace of COREX 3000 has been developed to analyze the porosity distribution under the different charge modes by means of Discrete Element Method(DEM).The effects of the particle size and its distribution under conditions of different charge batches,chute angle,stoke line on the burden surface shape and burden bed particle size distribution and segregation were investigated,and then the porosity distribution in the shaft of corresponding charging pattern was quantitatively accessed.Therefore,the results can be used to optimize the charge patterns base on required gas distribution.展开更多

Environmental health incidents have occurred frequently in recent years;in China,however,litigation has not been effective in protecting the rights and interests of victims due to their heavy burden of proof.In order ...Environmental health incidents have occurred frequently in recent years;in China,however,litigation has not been effective in protecting the rights and interests of victims due to their heavy burden of proof.In order to mitigate the burden of proof for victims,the environmental judicature in China introduced the rule of inversion of burden of proof;this means that the victim only assumes the preliminary burden of proof,but in practice it has not been sufficient.Victims in environmental health litigation still face many difficulties in proving causality.Based on the statistical analysis of judicial big data,this paper demonstrates three dilemmas faced by victims.First,the preliminary burden of proof of causality has a high standard.Second,the victim's ability to produce evidence is low.Third,the casual relationship between pollution behaviors and health damage is difficult to identify.When examining the possible legal instruments,there are three aspects to the causes of these dilemmas:theory,judicial practice,and society.The theoretical aspect manifests as the differences between the rule of inversion of burden of proof and the presumption of causality;the practical aspect manifests as the lack of an identification system for personal injury;and the social aspect manifests as the victim's lack of economic,scientific,technological,and information resources,as well as the absence of assistance from government sectors and social organizations.Combining Chinese law with judicial practice,this paper proposes a solution to the dilemma of victims needing to prove causality in environmental health litigation.On the basis of clarifying the theoretical differences between the inversion of burden of proof and the presumption of causality,China should adhere to the rule of inversion of burden of proof,establish an identification system for personal injuries caused by environmental pollution,and use methods such as epidemiological causality,indirect counterevidence,and prima facie bewies.Furthermore,the full functions of the government and social organizations must be brought into play.This will not only help victims demonstrate causality,it can also help victims achieve equitable relief.展开更多

Strasbourg’s application of proportionality test has some unique features.Due to the Court inherent subsidiary role,it hardly transplants the formulas and criteria adopted by the German Constitutional Court or Court ...Strasbourg’s application of proportionality test has some unique features.Due to the Court inherent subsidiary role,it hardly transplants the formulas and criteria adopted by the German Constitutional Court or Court of Justice European Union(CJEU) in the complete sense.Consequently,the Strasbourg application of the proportionality has been depicted as a "mysterious house" for the reason that it lacks of certainty.Therefore,some scholars often worry the application of the proportionality test will threaten the predictability and the Strasbourg rule of law.Generally,the proportionality test has two internal functions for the Strasbourg judges:(1) strike fair balance between/among the competing interests;(2) testing on the reasonableness and appropriateness between the measures employed and aim pursued.In the first category,the primary task of the Court is to protect the scope of "essence" of the Convention rights from the interference of collective goods relying on the interest-based rights theory.Beyond this scope,the Court would have to balance the interests explicitly incorporated into the Convention rights as well as the external collective goods claimed by the state authorities.In some sensitive judgments,the Strasbourg Court tends to impose the onerous responsibility of "burden of proof" to the State authorities,or strategically defers to the domestic decisions unless they will be found "manifestly unreasonable".Secondly,the Court must take a scrutiny towards the appropriateness between the means employed and ends pursued,and then it has to decide whether a less intrusive alternative existed or will possibly be found or not.Sometimes,the Court might impose state authorities an obligation looking for a new alternation.However,due to subsidiarity characteristic of the Strasbourg Court,the task of the assessments sometimes is complicated and time-consuming,so the Court are not capable of evaluations in all occasions.Finally,the Court could strike down the "chilling consequence" caused by some few of the legitimate measures which may highly potentially threaten the individual rights in the National legal order.展开更多
The burden distribution in the shaft of blast furnace is known to affect the gas distribution,heat transfer,and chemical reactions inside the furnace.However,the internal layer structure of burden in the shaft cannot ...The burden distribution in the shaft of blast furnace is known to affect the gas distribution,heat transfer,and chemical reactions inside the furnace.However,the internal layer structure of burden in the shaft cannot be directly measured.Hence,a mathematical model for evaluating burden profile and layer structure was established.A sensitivity analysis based on the model was implemented to elucidate the effect of some factors on the burden distribution,including the stockline height and the mass of central coke.The results show that the width of funnel zone widens with the increase in stockline height,and the mass percentage of ore to coke in this zone slightly increases.Besides,the mass of central coke shows a significant influence on the width of coke channel,and 2%of batch mass of coke is recommended to implement central coke charging operation.The model has been indirectly verified by the gas temperature in operating blast furnace and successfully applied to online evaluate burden distribution.展开更多

Model validations demonstrated ...In this study, a regional air quality model system (RAQMS) was applied to investigate the spatial distributions and seasonal variations of atmospheric aerosols in 2006 over East Asia. Model validations demonstrated that RAQMS was able to reproduce the evolution processes of aerosol components reasonably well. Ground-level PM10 (particles with aerodynamic diameter ≤10 μm) concentrations were highest in spring and lowest in summer and were characterized by three maximum centers: the Taklimakan Desert (-1000 μg m^-3), the Gobi Desert (-400 μg m^-3), and the Huabei Plain (- 300 μg m^-3) of China. Vertically, high PM10 concentrations ranging from 100 μg m-3 to 250 μg m-3 occurred from the surface to an altitude of 6000 m at 30°-45°N in spring. In winter, the vertical gradient was so large that most aerosols were restricted in the boundary layer. Both sulfate and ammonium reached their highest concentrations in autumn, while nitrate reached its maximum level in winter. Black carbon and organic carbon aerosol concentrations reached maximums in winter. Soil dust were strongest in spring, whereas sea salt exerted the strongest influence on the coastal regions of eastern China in summer. The estimated burden of anthropogenic aerosols was largest in winter (1621 Gg) and smallest in summer (1040 Gg). The sulfate burden accounted for -42% of the total anthropogenic aerosol burden. The dust burden was about twice the anthropogenic aerosol burden, implying the potentially important impacts of the natural aerosols on air quality and climate over East Asia.展开更多

Burden distribution output behaviors(BDOB) at the throat of BF is a 3-dimensional spatial distribution produced by burden distribution matrix(BDM),including burden surface output shape(BSOS) and material layer initial thickness distribution(MLITD). Due to the lack of effective model to describe the complex input-output relations,BDM optimization and adjustment is carried out by experienced foremen. Focusing on this practical challenge, this work studies complex burden distribution input-output relations, and gives a description of expected MLITD under specific integral constraint on the basis of engineering practice. Furthermore, according to the decision variables in different number fields, this work studies optimization of BDM with expected MLITD, and proposes a multi-mode based particle swarm optimization(PSO) procedure for optimization of decision variables. Finally, experiments using industrial data show that the proposed model is effective, and optimized BDM calculated by this multi-model based PSO method can be used for expected distribution tracking.展开更多

COREX process is one of the earliest industrialized smelting reduction ironmaking technology.A numerical simulation model based on discrete element method ( DEM ) has been developed to analyze the burden distribution ...COREX process is one of the earliest industrialized smelting reduction ironmaking technology.A numerical simulation model based on discrete element method ( DEM ) has been developed to analyze the burden distribution in the melter gasifier of COREX process.The DEM considering the collisions between particles can directly reproduce the charging process.The burden trajectory , the location and the burden surface profile are analyzed in melter gasifier with a mixing charging of coal and direct reduction iron ( DRI ) at the same time.Considering the porosity of packed bed has an important effect on the gas flow distribution of melter gasifier , a method to calculate porosity has been proposed.The distribution of DRI and coal and the porosity in the radial direction are given under different charging patterns , which is necessary to judge the gas flow distribution and provide base data for further researching the melter gasifier for the next work in the future.The research results can be used to guide the operation of adjusting charging and provide important basis for optimizing the charging patterns in order to obtain the reasonable gas distribution.展开更多

文摘Strasbourg’s application of proportionality test has some unique features.Due to the Court inherent subsidiary role,it hardly transplants the formulas and criteria adopted by the German Constitutional Court or Court of Justice European Union(CJEU) in the complete sense.Consequently,the Strasbourg application of the proportionality has been depicted as a "mysterious house" for the reason that it lacks of certainty.Therefore,some scholars often worry the application of the proportionality test will threaten the predictability and the Strasbourg rule of law.Generally,the proportionality test has two internal functions for the Strasbourg judges:(1) strike fair balance between/among the competing interests;(2) testing on the reasonableness and appropriateness between the measures employed and aim pursued.In the first category,the primary task of the Court is to protect the scope of "essence" of the Convention rights from the interference of collective goods relying on the interest-based rights theory.Beyond this scope,the Court would have to balance the interests explicitly incorporated into the Convention rights as well as the external collective goods claimed by the state authorities.In some sensitive judgments,the Strasbourg Court tends to impose the onerous responsibility of "burden of proof" to the State authorities,or strategically defers to the domestic decisions unless they will be found "manifestly unreasonable".Secondly,the Court must take a scrutiny towards the appropriateness between the means employed and ends pursued,and then it has to decide whether a less intrusive alternative existed or will possibly be found or not.Sometimes,the Court might impose state authorities an obligation looking for a new alternation.However,due to subsidiarity characteristic of the Strasbourg Court,the task of the assessments sometimes is complicated and time-consuming,so the Court are not capable of evaluations in all occasions.Finally,the Court could strike down the "chilling consequence" caused by some few of the legitimate measures which may highly potentially threaten the individual rights in the National legal order.

文摘The burden distribution in the shaft of blast furnace is known to affect the gas distribution,heat transfer,and chemical reactions inside the furnace.However,the internal layer structure of burden in the shaft cannot be directly measured.Hence,a mathematical model for evaluating burden profile and layer structure was established.A sensitivity analysis based on the model was implemented to elucidate the effect of some factors on the burden distribution,including the stockline height and the mass of central coke.The results show that the width of funnel zone widens with the increase in stockline height,and the mass percentage of ore to coke in this zone slightly increases.Besides,the mass of central coke shows a significant influence on the width of coke channel,and 2%of batch mass of coke is recommended to implement central coke charging operation.The model has been indirectly verified by the gas temperature in operating blast furnace and successfully applied to online evaluate burden distribution.
文摘The circumferential burden distribution of bell-less top with two parallel hoppers was analyzed to obtain the expressions of burden flux and uneven ratio. The four-batch feeding spirally with two parallel hoppers was proposed to realize even burden distribution by uneven flux, ensuring reasonable distribution of BF gas and effective usage of heat energy and chemical energy of gas as well as stable BF production with higher quality and lower consumption.

文摘In this study, a regional air quality model system (RAQMS) was applied to investigate the spatial distributions and seasonal variations of atmospheric aerosols in 2006 over East Asia. Model validations demonstrated that RAQMS was able to reproduce the evolution processes of aerosol components reasonably well. Ground-level PM10 (particles with aerodynamic diameter ≤10 μm) concentrations were highest in spring and lowest in summer and were characterized by three maximum centers: the Taklimakan Desert (-1000 μg m^-3), the Gobi Desert (-400 μg m^-3), and the Huabei Plain (- 300 μg m^-3) of China. Vertically, high PM10 concentrations ranging from 100 μg m-3 to 250 μg m-3 occurred from the surface to an altitude of 6000 m at 30°-45°N in spring. In winter, the vertical gradient was so large that most aerosols were restricted in the boundary layer. Both sulfate and ammonium reached their highest concentrations in autumn, while nitrate reached its maximum level in winter. Black carbon and organic carbon aerosol concentrations reached maximums in winter. Soil dust were strongest in spring, whereas sea salt exerted the strongest influence on the coastal regions of eastern China in summer. The estimated burden of anthropogenic aerosols was largest in winter (1621 Gg) and smallest in summer (1040 Gg). The sulfate burden accounted for -42% of the total anthropogenic aerosol burden. The dust burden was about twice the anthropogenic aerosol burden, implying the potentially important impacts of the natural aerosols on air quality and climate over East Asia.

文摘Burden distribution is one of the most important operations, and also an important upper regulation in blast furnace(BF) iron-making process. Burden distribution output behaviors(BDOB) at the throat of BF is a 3-dimensional spatial distribution produced by burden distribution matrix(BDM),including burden surface output shape(BSOS) and material layer initial thickness distribution(MLITD). Due to the lack of effective model to describe the complex input-output relations,BDM optimization and adjustment is carried out by experienced foremen. Focusing on this practical challenge, this work studies complex burden distribution input-output relations, and gives a description of expected MLITD under specific integral constraint on the basis of engineering practice. Furthermore, according to the decision variables in different number fields, this work studies optimization of BDM with expected MLITD, and proposes a multi-mode based particle swarm optimization(PSO) procedure for optimization of decision variables. Finally, experiments using industrial data show that the proposed model is effective, and optimized BDM calculated by this multi-model based PSO method can be used for expected distribution tracking.
文摘China's current tax structure is seriously out of balance.It is dominated by indirect tax primarily paid by firms,and the share of direct tax is limited and the share of direct tax paid by households and individuals is still more limited.In order to achieve a more equitable distribution of the tax burden,the tax reform initiated by the Third Plenum of the 18 th CPC Central Committee mandated increasing the direct tax and reducing the indirect tax as key priorities to improve China's tax structure.

文摘COREX process is one of the earliest industrialized smelting reduction ironmaking technology.A numerical simulation model based on discrete element method ( DEM ) has been developed to analyze the burden distribution in the melter gasifier of COREX process.The DEM considering the collisions between particles can directly reproduce the charging process.The burden trajectory , the location and the burden surface profile are analyzed in melter gasifier with a mixing charging of coal and direct reduction iron ( DRI ) at the same time.Considering the porosity of packed bed has an important effect on the gas flow distribution of melter gasifier , a method to calculate porosity has been proposed.The distribution of DRI and coal and the porosity in the radial direction are given under different charging patterns , which is necessary to judge the gas flow distribution and provide base data for further researching the melter gasifier for the next work in the future.The research results can be used to guide the operation of adjusting charging and provide important basis for optimizing the charging patterns in order to obtain the reasonable gas distribution.
