目的通过化学镀共沉积技术在Ni-P-WS_(2)镀层中引入六方氮化硼(h-BN)纳米粉末,以进一步提升其硬度和耐磨性,改善其摩擦学性能。方法将六方氮化硼(h-BN)纳米粉末与二硫化钨(WS_(2))纳米粉末共沉积制备Ni-P-WS_(2)-BN复合镀层,并对其进行... 目的通过化学镀共沉积技术在Ni-P-WS_(2)镀层中引入六方氮化硼(h-BN)纳米粉末,以进一步提升其硬度和耐磨性,改善其摩擦学性能。方法将六方氮化硼(h-BN)纳米粉末与二硫化钨(WS_(2))纳米粉末共沉积制备Ni-P-WS_(2)-BN复合镀层,并对其进行400℃×1 h的惰性气氛热处理。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、摩擦磨损试验机等对镀层的化学成分、组织结构及摩擦学性能进行表征,考察h-BN用量及热处理对复合镀层的影响。结果随着镀液中h-BN用量的增加,镀层中h-BN含量持续上升,镀层的表面粗糙程度先升高、后降低,胞块结构有致密化倾向,硬度由321HV_(0.1)上升至522HV_(0.1),磨损率从1.82×10^(-13)m^(3)/(N·m)降至0.95×10^(-13)m^(3)/(N·m),平均摩擦因数介于1.61~2.00,且呈先降后升的趋势(h-BN用量为3.0 g/L时达到最小值)。经热处理后,镀层硬度可达457~822HV_(0.1),磨损率从1.24×10^(-13)m^(3)/(N·m)降至0.31×10^(-13)m^(3)/(N·m),平均摩擦因数降至0.93~1.29。复合镀层的磨损以磨粒磨损机制为主。结论h-BN粉末的共沉积和400℃退火处理可显著提高复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性,大幅度降低摩擦因数和磨损率,改善复合镀层的综合性能。 展开更多

利用液相剥离法制备了WS_(2)纳米片,结合真空抽滤技术,控制上清液体积制备了不同厚度的WS_(2)薄膜。在此基础上,使用800 nm飞秒激光的Z扫描技术表征了WS_(2)纳米薄膜的三阶非线性吸收特性。研究发现,制备的不同厚度的WS_(2)都表现出可... 利用液相剥离法制备了WS_(2)纳米片,结合真空抽滤技术,控制上清液体积制备了不同厚度的WS_(2)薄膜。在此基础上,使用800 nm飞秒激光的Z扫描技术表征了WS_(2)纳米薄膜的三阶非线性吸收特性。研究发现,制备的不同厚度的WS_(2)都表现出可饱和吸收特性,可饱和吸收主要是由于单光子吸收所引起的泡利阻塞效应引起;随着厚度的增加,饱和强度基本不变,调制深度会有所提高,但是三阶非线性极化率虚部的绝对值和品质因子会降低。这主要是因为较厚的薄膜缺陷更多,更容易捕获光生载流子,从而三阶非线性吸收和厚度有一定的依赖关系。可饱和吸收可以用于调Q激光器以及锁模激光器,为WS_(2)薄膜在超快开关和超快激光的应用提供实验支持。 展开更多

An ionic liquid-polyaniline/tungsten disulfide(IL-PANI/WS_(2))composite was synthesized in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole tetrafluoroborate(LB104)aqueous solution by in-situ polymerization and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.A current-carrying friction and wear tester was used to study the tribological properties of steel-steel and copper-copper friction pairs lubricated by an IL-PANI/WS_(2) lithium complex grease(LCG).After the experiment,scanning electron microscope was used to observe the surface morphology of the wear scar on the steel and copper plates,and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer was used to analyze the elemental composition of the wear scar surface.The results show that compared with greases containing IL-PANI and WS_(2),greases containing IL-PANI/WS_(2) exhibit better antiwear performance when lubricating steel-steel friction pairs and better tribological performance and electrical conductivity when lubricating copper-copper friction pairs.Therefore,it can be concluded that WS_(2) and IL-PANI have a synergistic effect. 展开更多
