He stated Riemann conjecture (RC): All roots of ξ (t) are real. We find a mistake of Riemann: he used the same notation ξ(t) in two theorems. Theorem B must contain complex roots;it conflicts with RC. Thus theorem B can only be used by contradiction. Our research can be completed on s0 =1/2 + it. Using all real roots rk and (true) complex roots zj = tj + iaj of ξ (z), define product expressions w(t), w(0) =ξ(0) and Q(t) > 0, Q(0) =1 respectively, so ξ1(t) = w(t)Q(t). Define infinite point-set L(ω) = {t : t ≥10 and |ζ(s0)| =ω} for small ω > 0. If ξ(t) has complex roots, then ω =ωQ(t) on L(ω). Finally in a large interval of the first module |z1|>>1, we can find many points t ∈ L(ω) to make Q(t) . This contraction proves RC. In addition, Riemann hypothesis (RH) ζ for also holds, but it cannot be proved by ζ.展开更多

Ten medical students participated in the study. A 1-year long doctor-patient communication skills training program was conducted. RsfMRI data were collected at baseline, one month and one year after training. There was a significant increase in the communication skills test average scores between baseline and 1-month duration of training(P〈0.001). After one month of communication skills training, medical students had decreased ReHo in the right superior temporal gyrus compared with the baseline. After one year of communication skills training, students had increased ReHo in multiple regions and decreased ReHo in several regions(P 〈0.05, Alphasim corrected). The change of ReHo values in the superior temporal gyrus negatively correlated with the change of communication skills scale score between one month after communication skills training and baseline(r=-0.734, P= 0.036). The training program we used can be an effective approach of improving doctor-patient communication skills, and the training resulted in functional plasticity of the brain’s architecture toward optimizing locally functional organization.展开更多

It enables health professionals to: investigate how patients face the treatment, understand the role and importance of religion in the life of this individual, how much spirituality may interfere in the health-disease process and in the disease experience. It also helps detect spiritual needs and mobilize resources to promote the biopsychosocial and spiritual wellness of the individual. Objective: identify spiritual questionnaires in literature. Methods: This article is a bibliographic review. Researching was on books and electronically based from August to December 2014. PUBMED and SCIELO databases were used in English and Portuguese. Inclusion factors: short, brief and easy to memorize questions to know if the patient’s beliefs interfere in medical treatments and to what extent. Exclusion factors: not try to convert or to interfere with the patient’s rights, not try to influence their beliefs or to make anamnesis on emergency situations or acute medical consultations. Results: based on the questions of seven samples of spiritual questionnaires found in literature, health professionals identified the patient’s spiritual needs and the beliefs likely to interfere in the doctor-patient relationship and in the therapeutic conduct as such. The anamnesis models found converge in some points, but differ mainly as to time excess some questionnaires demand (due to the large number of questions) when compared to others (shorter) and/or when going deeper into a particular aspect of beliefs, leaving some important points out. Conclusion: the anamnesis found are as follows: FICA Questionnaire; HOPE Questionnaire, Kunh’s Spiritual Inventory, CSI-MEMO, ACP Spiritual History, Matthews Spiritual History, Maugans Spiritual History. The main points found in these seven questionnaires are: resources mobilization to meet the patients’ spiritual demands; to what extent spirituality may interfere both in adherence to the treatment and in the clinical treatment and in strengthening the doctor-patient relationship.展开更多

However, inadequate functional health literacy among patients is a well-known barrier to effective doctor-patient communication, which has an adverse effect on health outcomes. This study aimed at investigating the association of functional health literacy and doctor-patient communication among HIV/AIDS patients in Homa Bay County, Kenya. It was a cross-sectional hospital-based survey conducted among 362 HIV/AIDS patients receiving care at the eight sub-county hospitals of Homa Bay county. Data was collected using a self-administered structured questionnaire. Cronbach’s alpha and confirmatory factor analysis tests were used to ascertain the reliability and validity of study instruments, while Logistic regression logistic analysis was used to measure the association between functional health literacy and doctor-patient communication. 51% of the respondents were females, and the majority (30.9%) of respondents fell in the age group of 45 years and above. The respondents’ functional health literacy levels were inadequate at weighted means scores of 3.23 [SD 1.31]. The study further established that functional health literacy significantly influenced doctor-patient communication [Nagelkerke R square = 0.318]. There is, therefore, a need to document the determinants of functional health literacy to improve it and make doctor-patient interaction an enjoyable and meaningful experience.展开更多

The change in the electoral system allows imagine the foundation of a State Parties in Brazilian democracy. Although most constitutions incorporate the virtual mandate idea, or representative, according thought of Burke and Sieyes, the democratic legitimacy requires control mechanisms and accountability of representatives to the population, including legal. It takes up to the imperative mandate, not in Rousseauian molds, but tied to party guidelines, founding party mandates. The ownership of the mandate by the political party moves towards the strengthening of key players who are partisan associations in the electoral process. On the other hand, it is not obvious that political parties meet the necessary conditions for the establishment of an imperative mandate tied to party deliberations, since patent oligarchic and bureaucratic character of much of them, whose process of deliberation and choice of leaders and political positions do not require internal democracy. This reflection induces the political and party system to wonder if the role they playing in democracy helps to combat political inequality or strength it, by analyzing the dynamics of party migration in Brazil.展开更多

While Omhedi was a contested site of conflict during the war of liberation and served as a stage for ethnographic tours and photography, it has in post-colonial period come to represent a segment of important local power as it is currently the seat of the new Oukwanyama kingship. The central aim of this paper is to explain the transformation of Omhedi as a site of"spectacles" of culture during the colonial period and as the seat of Oukwanyama monarchy in post-colonial Namibia. It centrally asks how the colonial politics of the time influenced the way Omhedi was organized and accessed and the ways in which people attach meaning to and organize a sense of space and place in the postcolonial era. This paper is significant as it explores how political legitimacy can be reactivated at such a contradictory site of"traditional" power like Omhedi and what meanings these hold in terms of access in postcolonial Namibia. I conclude by raising issues of the past with the restoration of the Oukwanyama monarchy and its installation at Omhedi after independence, posing key questions about shifts in political legitimacy in both the colony and the post-colony. My analysis utilizes theories on the important use of landscape as a physical "space" for living, but also as a "place" with its meanings and contributions to societal identity. Consequently the place identity is a particular element contributing to sense of place. I argue that there exists a sense of nostalgia that many Ovakwanyama people have for a precolonial past, and the Omhedi landscape serves that purpose. In analyzing these sentiments against the construction of Omhedi as a space and place, this highlights a sense of identity and belonging that many Ovakwanyama people have towards Omhedi in default of any site with deeper legitimation or authenticity.展开更多

The main points found in these seven questionnaires are: resources mobilization to meet the patients’ spiritual demands; to what extent spirituality may interfere both in adherence to the treatment and in the clinical treatment and in strengthening the doctor-patient relationship.
文摘Patient involvement in the health care process has been documented as a critical component of successful disease management. There is, therefore, a need to document the determinants of functional health literacy to improve it and make doctor-patient interaction an enjoyable and meaningful experience.
文摘The Superior Electoral Court anticipated the political reform with the creation of party loyalty, reproduced in infra constitutional legislation by Law n°. 13.165/2015. This reflection induces the political and party system to wonder if the role they playing in democracy helps to combat political inequality or strength it, by analyzing the dynamics of party migration in Brazil.
文摘The history of Omhedi in north-central Namibia is not simply about place but is a site that internalizes conflictual and contradictory social forces which are inscribed in place. In analyzing these sentiments against the construction of Omhedi as a space and place, this highlights a sense of identity and belonging that many Ovakwanyama people have towards Omhedi in default of any site with deeper legitimation or authenticity.
